I have run a marathon.  I'm not sure I'll ever do one again though!  I'm much happier with half marathons

The 14 in my SN is kind of a long-running family joke that will make me seem morbid, but oh well.  When I was in college, my grandma was very ill and in hospice care.  She wasn't coherent for a long time, but would randomly sit up in bed and yell "fourteen!"  It became an ongoing joke among my dad and my siblings and I to come up with stories that explained what 14 meant to her.  This continued long after she passed and still sometimes get brought up at get togethers.  Whenever I have to come up with a number for something (like a screen name or sports jersey) I pick 14 in honor of her and to make my family smile.

My favorite race is a local series in Wichita, Ks (near where I live).  It's the Prairie Fire Series and it is always so much fun, regardless of what distance you go!  I dream of someday doing the Istanbul Marathon.  It is the only marathon in the world that spans two continents and I love Istanbul.  My niece and I were planning on running it this November, but obviously, that's not happening now.  It may never at this point!

We already have two dogs a long hair chihuahua and a husky/collie cross. No more for now!

That's Tyler! He's a Belgian Malinois that we rescued when we bought our house 4 years ago. He's now about 8 years old. He's pretty much my favourite thing on the planet and as you can tell he's very excited about getting a human We also have a cat named Lucy who we adopted about 8 years ago from the SPCA. She's now toothless, but still going strong.

@sweetbabyrahe That's a tough one because 1) I'm pregnant and love ALL food and 2) I just finished lunch and am SO full that I can't even THINK about food )

But I'd have to say any steak house would be my favorite. I could eat steak every day, all day!

I'm totally terrified about the medical aspect of having the twins (possible complications, NICU stay, etc.) but I am more excited for when they get here. I grew up for the most part an only child (my half sister is awesome, but she was 20 when I was born and she'd moved out shortly), so I'm looking forward to the babies growing up with a built in playmate and best friend.

I have actually been approached about modelling a few times and I have considered it, but honestly I don't think I would be cut out for that industry. The thought alone inflates my ego enough  and I think actually pursuing it would probably give me major body image issues! I don't think it's for me, but I kind of wish I'd done it earlier in life so that I could say I'd done it. I'm too old for it now!

I rent in a beautiful complex with lots of amenities. It's more like a townhouse than an apartment though. 2 bedroom, 2 bath with 2 floors, a driveway, and my very own garage. Being that 1) I live on Long Island and 2) it's probably one of the nicest complexes in my county, rent is NOT cheap. But it's home. And I enjoy going there! 4 pools while pregnant during the summer is certainly helping...and I can see one of them from my bedroom window!

Lol, yes, yes, no...we were engaged Christmas Eve 2010.  My mind was so scattered with engagement and wedding stuff that I had NO imagination whatsoever in thinking about how lame I would think the name was later on.
