Ugh, we have no drinks but I could really use one. DD has been a little terrorist today and I'm either PMSing or pregnant so I'm losing my friggin' mind. Sigh.

On the plus side, we scored a Melissa and Doug fruit cutting set at a garage sale today for $2.

I said I was going to cook dinner tonight, but I think I've changed my mind.  L had an early dinner and my husband probably won't be home until after 8.  Maybe he'll bring home a pizza or something.

I intend to drink wine tonight.  I kind of want a strawberry daiquiri but I'm not sure the calories are worth it, especially if pizza is happening.

I'm not drinking. Just cleaning all the things, because we have people staying with us soon, and our house smells like a stinky dog.

My kid has started clapping and saying yay when I go pee. That's an amusing side effect of PTing.

I will be soon. Long day! Attended a IEP (w my former supervisor) for support and that shit was 2hrs long. Glad I was there to support her. Ugh! The system is something else!!! Wine.com shortly!

I've been a dirty lurker so I'm just gonna jump in...

This morning, while getting dressed, my 7yo stepdaughter walked in the room. "I'll be out in a second, baby, I'm just getting dressed," I told her. She didn't move. "Go wait in the living room, C, I'll be right there," I said.

She slowly walked away and then shouted from the hall, "It's okay! I saw all of your stretch marks anyway!"

...I wish I could drink.

It's 90* here. I have a glass of Chard, but I think I'm going to switch to watermelon vodka and 7-Up. We have another couple coming over for dinner tonight. The guys are gonna BBQ, us girls are gonna eat and then ditch the guys (who have the task of bed/bath time tonight!) to go grab some beers downtown.

The woman who made my wedding/engagement rings just posted a pic of a new design on FB and I want. I don't even wear jewelry. It would be so pretty with my rings, though, lol.

oh my god my kid hates bedtime now.  He used to go to bed so easily.  Now, almost every night, as soon as he gets any inkling that it is bed time, he loses his mind.  He "cries" for forever.  Like, last night, for almost an hour.  Doesn't even shed a single tear, though and it's halfway funny when I try to make him laugh and he tries so hard not to smile. But otherwise it really gets to me.  I feel bad but I'm not sure what to do.  He is screaming "mama come here" but I know if I go in there he'll just want me to pick him up.  Now he is saying "mama hold you" which kind of breaks my heart.  It'll just prolong it if I do that, though.  

I don't know what to do!

(and I don't know what is up with the weird formatting)

I moved our bed while DH was at work yesterday and I thought he was going to kill me when he got home. He was super pissed I had moved furniture. The man won't even let me carry groceries into the house if he's home.

I'm sorry it sounds like you have quite a few migraines. Are you taking anything for them? I have had some luck with amitriptyline(sp?) An antidepressant. But they started coming back so I am trying out acupuncture now...not sure if it is helping yet or not. Migraines are awful. I'm sorry you are getting them.
