Ok.  I finally got it to work.  

Fried anything is pretty fucking amazing.

Fresh cheese curds are weird to me.  And don't try to tell me that they will grow on me...I'm 33 and I still don't like them.

I mean, if it was between starvation and cheese curds, I would take the curds, but it's not my first choice of cheese.

At the chain places, we get salsa and bean dip. 

At the local hole-in-the-wall places, we get, like, 4 different kinds of salsa. 

At my favorite hole-in-the-wall place, we get what I lovingly refer to as Crack Salsa.  I have no idea what they put in it, but you crave it fortnightly.

Yeahno - sorry. I'm all about pico and the taco truck salsas. Cheese dips always sound good in theory, then they coagulate & get that fucking skin on the top and I just CANNOT.
