There is no proof that the rocker was purchased by the funds donated to youcaring which were released to ERbear1010 by youcaring. We can no longer take up our concerns with youcaring, they were contacted. Legal counsel was consulted in the state of residence for ERbear1010 and basically we were told that because no one individual donated a substantial amount of money, legal action would not get us anywhere. Please focus on the point of this thread.

We have no reason at this time to believe that any other TB members were involved in the confiscation of the donated funds. Erbear1010 was given a sufficient period of time to provide proper documentation of the use of the funds. All documents provided were forged.

That's a ridiculous accusation. The "ass kissing" on the glider thread was nothing more than fellow bumpies coming to defend a trusted (at that point) friend. There was more to the MIL story, and the poster that flamed her obviously didn't know all of the history there. While I agree with a lot of what ren said - it was overkill, out of nowhere from a perceived newb, and against someone we all respected (at the time.) it should NOT be the focus of this thread.

Other than people taking one side comment about the money going towards the glider out of context, there is no actual proof that that is what the stolen money was used for nor is it the point of this thread. The subject of the glider and that thread is a separate one from this- she alone was entrusted with the money of which women in that thread donated to as well and were burned as well. While the glider thread may be good bump gossip fodder, it is not the same level as stealing money meant the honor a grieving mother and her little one. As everyone has expressed, the majority were completely blindsided by what happened especially those in that thread that people are trying to throw under the bus now. Let's focus on the horrible crime that was committed and try to get the justice we can without trying to mix it with innoculous bump drama. Not saying what was discussed in that thread was right or wrong, just that it doesn't have anything more that a cursory relationship to this thread and offer some truth about her personality in hind sight.

I don't think it is fair to place any blame or suspicion on the May Mama's who donated or coordinated the donation other than the one poster who stole the money. It is really easy to play "Monday morning quarterback" after the fact and look back and say we somehow should have seen the writing on the wall or seen the flaws in ErBear's character. I am sure we would all do many things differently in our lives if we could have the benefit of hindsight.
