  • In WI...I dont have snow tires.  But I know people that do.  I survived on very bald ones last year...new ones in general make a huge difference.
  • Snow tires were frequently my saving grace in Montana. That and the fact that my car is a standard. The no ABS thing sucked but I made due.

  • I'm curious about snow tires in Illinois. Going to start polling people about this. I truly didn't realize that was even a thing.

    @MissConstrued @laurac122 @chiboo9 @kitten80 do you use snow tires?

    No, I didn't even know such things existed? Then again, I'm so completely clueless when it comes to cars. I mean, I drive a convertible bug. I didn't even think about winter driving when I bought it. Obvs. :-??
  • I have had all seasons and snow tires in the winter. A brand new set if all seaons will do welk in winter but after that snow tires all the way. They make a huge difference! Studded tires were a popular option where I used to live in northern Ontario.

    I have never seen an episode of any of the show mentioned here, and I never want to.

  • I loathe when the temp goes over 80 degrees. Anything over 85 = hot as hell in my book and there better be a damn beach nearby.
    You should come over this summer, I have a cute little private beach right down the street. Great for little kids.
