@majwv8 I wish my DD was chilled enough to take her to a hockey game, if you think she can handle it then do it! I would only worry about the noise so make sure you have earplugs or muffs. I had to send DH to a leafs game with a freind because I'm too scared to mess with DD's bed time if she were less crazy I would have gone the 3 of us.
you gave up a leafs game, 200 dollar seats in the nosebleeds... ahh...

@pinkpuffyheart2 - He sounds depressed. If calling his mom will help, do it! He's probably afraid to go to counseling because then he will have to actually communicate how he really feels and the thought of admitting and saying those words out loud is probably very scary.
I'm picking "cradle cap" off dd's head while she sleeps. (Gross, I know.) I feel like a monkey looking for bugs. :P she won't let me mess with her much while she's awake, and her hair is SO thick that its hard to get to her scalp and get it all! Blechhh...
@tttwalters we are very lucky and get to go to 2 games every year (my dad's firms tickets). That's the ONLY reason I was OK giving up the tickets. We have another pair of tickets for April, at that point I better be ready to let someone else do bed time with DD.
I asked my boss if they'd consider letting people work from home one day a week. Sadly it doesn't look promising anytime soon. I was really hoping one day a week would be possible. It would make life so much easier.
Story of my life It is 100% possible to do my job from home but my manager is so stuck in his ways he would never consider it.
I only read the first page, the responses made me LOL. I'm trying to decide if i want to go down the rabbit hole or watch the Bachelor. I think crazy Bachelor ladies are going to win over crazy internet ladies tonight.

Ugghhhh I forgot about the bachelor!!!! now I'm stuck upstairs with a sleeping baby in my arms and no tv.
Just catching up. So many sick littles. Get better! Rough day around these parts NBR thank goodness. But it is better now ;;) wine not pictured bc it is empty.
I can walk with a limp @Murphie82. The outside of my right ankle is really sore and I can't twist my foot in that direction. I've been icing it most of the afternoon and evening, so tomorrow will be the real test. I hope you're feeling better too!
Neon yellow poop twice last night, would you be worried? She had mangos on Saturday and mostly fruits and some yogurt since then (just realized I really need to get better at giving her veggies lol).

Once again my husband regressed into a bratty 12 year old at midnight when he was supposed to be doing the MOTN shift. Thursday night I did the MOTN shift, then drove 4 hours to help host his sister's baby shower to turn around the next day and drive back (didn't get to sleep bc his mom kept me up talking til 1:30 am and had to get up at 7:30 am) and then drove home and did the MOTN shift again. My back has been killing me from the drive and the shower and I was completely exhausted so last night was supposed to be my night to sleep. He knew that Ben has been waking up 2x per night and we discussed it before bed. Well the first wake up came at midnight and MH decided that he just needed to CIO. WTF?!!! I was so pissed. We have already had the CIO discussion and he knows better than to pull that shit suddenly in the MOTN. So not only did I have to get up and feed Ben, which was all he wanted, but also got up with him at 6 am when he got up for the day bc my asshole husband was ignoring the monitor. I'm fuming and didn't say a word to him this morning. I'm so sick of this with him. He just doesn't care how exhausted I am. He is probably the most selfish person I know, and I just don't know what to do anymore.
So LO has had his 2 bottom teeth for about 6 weeks now, but just yesterday has started biting my nipple!!!! Holy hell we both end up in tears when he does it. Hoping he learns to stop doing it soon because this momma is no where near ready to wean.
@funkyphoenix, that sucks! I know how you feel. I was always the one up in the MOTN bc I was staying home with LO and thought I could nap during the day. Haha the last time I got a nap while home alone with LO has been months ago. DH threw a fit the other night when LO woke up, I wasn't about to go let him soothe our baby with that attitude. Men :-q

4 days no shower, and 5 for laundry. Unless you CD, then 2 days!
