We have our Halloween-like holiday in a month and DH and I finally agreed what our costumes are going to be. Despicable me! DH will be Gru, I'll be the oldest girl and DD is going to be a minion. I am sooooo excited, DD is going to be adorable. Besides dressing up we also give gift baskets of food to all of our friends, I'm trying to think if I can make them despicable me themed as wel.

Another clueless teething question: LO finally has a tooth breaking through the gums. It's not just an indent anymore; it actually is visible now. How long does it typically take for the tooth to come all the way in, or is it totally different for each baby?

Man. That stinks. But, your Taco Bell has french fries. I remember that from my drunken nights in Windsor. Lol. They weren't great. But, when it's 3 am and you've had too much tequila, nachos and french fries are a win no matter where they're from. Well, they did. That was 10 years ago. Ohmygoodness that was 10 years ago. @tttwalters Ok the gross Taco Bell is enough to make me sad for you. And, I know what you mean about the 15 years old. I HATE being able to refer to things in my life in double digits. Like.. I've been driving for 13 years. I've been on my own paying bills for over 10 years. I've been with H for 10 years. Ok, that one isn't so bad, but still crazy that I'm old enough for that to be legit. Again, I'm not sad about 30. But, it has went much faster than I ever could've imagined.

So, DH has worked 50+ hours in the last 4 days because there is a reality tv show filming his restaurant. I hate where this is probably going and I don't want to see how effed up it will end up. I asked him if they made him sign anything (yes) and whether he read the release (no). My job is to be paid to read things other people don't want to read. Fuck.

@micabush a brand new show will be airing in the spring. Supposed to be on the down low for now. It's a pretty nice steak/seafood restaurant.

thanks @subliminalrabbit and @kdc2007-it's an allover assessment for K, to see if she needs Early Intervention services b/c she is a bit behind with her gross motor. I'm not convinced she is behind in other areas (like speech, fine motor, etc) so she probably won't qualify. (Has to have a severe delay in 1 area or moderate delay in 2 areas). But I would rather the experts tell me that. Her pedi was only moderately concerned, but agreed it wouldn't hurt to get her tested.

Dh slipped on ice and apparently hurt his back. Fun times for me as I have to listen to him bellyache and walk around like he is handicapped. I don't know why men are such drama queens.

I'm seriously a milk machine.  I should have had twins for as much milk as I make!

I dropped from 4 pumps/day to 3 today...and I still make enough for LO with extra to spare!  Sheesh these boobs of mine... 

I'm not sure if this is a brag...but this is seriously going to be hard to get them to stop producing!  I'm scared!

@CatlinaPink Sorry  It's because they were trained early on from EPing to make tons of milk.  Nothing to be jealous of!

I wish I could produce a lot with pumping! I'm lucky to get 4oz first thing in the morning, then I can only get .5-1oz per boob after that. But I also don't pump much... but have been more recently, to fill her sippy cup, which seems a little backward, but its really a step toward weaning, which is weird... cause I'm extended bfing too, if she wants to.

@kelly422 how much breastmilk should an over 12 month old get if they are not on cows milk? just curious. I will prob do cows milk too, though.

Blah! LO has been up every 20 minutes since 8!! As soon as I pick him up, he falls back asleep, but if I try to let him CIO, he just screams bloody murder! I know he must be working on teeth or milestones or something, but this sucks. He stays asleep just long enough for me to think he's down and then he screams after I've been in bed 5 minutes.
