We had a friend who makes sleep sacks do one for us that was longer and wider in the legs too. Best thing we've ever done for the baby yet.

FFFC - I'm terrified that Aiden will end up with DH's food tastes and not like anything because for me, cooking for people is a huge way of expressing my love, and people rejecting/not liking what I've made makes me feel rejected. No amount of reminding myself it isn't personal makes me any less hurt.

I definitely broke up with a guy for being a picky eater. Thankfully DH will eat pretty much anything savory, he just isn't much of a sweets guy (for that matter neither am I.) For that reason, I don't bake often, but when I do it's like pulling teeth to get anyone to eat any. DD1 will eat frosting or ice cream, but not much else.

If I was going to break up with DH, it would have been for his picky eating. The man has very few things he'll eat - meat, potatoes, corn and the 'safe' Italian food. I'm having to remind him of his promise to man up and eat veggies since LO got here (asparagus was last night and I about strangled him with the roasted veggies). Thank god my friends love that I cook and bake so much and they get all the output!

I was wondering the same thing.  I'm thinking it is things like pizza, spaghetti and meat lasagna.  Eggplant parmesan would not be on the "safe" list.

LOL. I re-read that and it does sound pretty odd! Safe = Pasta with just meat and cheese and either red sauce or alfredo (ie chicken tortellini or fettuccine). Nothing too adventurous for my DH - good lord it might kill him!

I will say he is very, very slowly getting better - probably a combination of my no longer putting up with stuff, and he realizing his finickiness is downright detrimental.

@mamrotu73 (NOT mamArotu73) I'm the exact same way. You don't want the ratatouille I worked my ass off on just because you don't like squash and zucchini? That's fine by me. 

To his credit, hubster always tries everything I make. 

He also makes his own after-dinner snacks later on. Now if I could just get him to clean up after that too...

I hope Sullivan takes after his daddy in the food department! DH loves healthy food and will eat just about anything. He has a hell of an appetite though, I am afraid for the days of Sullivan's teenage appetite.. His daddy already eats us out of house and home! He's so into veggies that I have gone vegetarian and he will eat anything I cook and not complain that there wasn't any meat (he isn't giving meat up though). He will however, complain about the absense of sweets. Give us the pie, Jelly.

Could kill hubster. He just made plans to go fishing (which I LOVE!) with a friend from work. Said friend has a girlfriend who is the worst kind of person in the world (read: complains about EVERYTHING, calls my baby a "thing," as in, "I sooooo want one of those things!" is obsessed about food in a really obnoxious and unhealthy way that's a trigger for me ("Oh I am SO hungry. Oh my gosh I can't eat anything it's too hot. Oh man I am soooo full. That slice of watermelon really filled me up!"), and is impossible to hold a conversation with because she interrupts ALL THE GD TIME). The issue? It's a "guy's fishing trip" which means the girlfriend texted me with big plans to hang out... 

Probably no way to get out of that, huh? Daaaaaamn it. So much for a relaxing weekend.

I did awhile ago... I like seeing more pictures of cute babies. It just occurred to me that her leaving makes it an elusive kindof club now which makes me a little sad. When TB app is tits-up I can still get on FB. So, it was more of a concern that others won't join now because she isn't here to ask and it makes it sound elitist or segregated with how they all GBCB'd.

I'm a part of it, and I promise you're not missing out on much. The way I'm perceiving it is that aviola had a little too much control over the FB group. She never made anyone else a leader, she deleted me out of the group chat message I'm assuming because I never talked..? I felt too overwhelmed and couldn't keep up (which is how I originally felt about RTT). But seriously, who cares? Why bother deleting someone just because of inactivity? And she made a post making sure we didn't share anything on here that was said on the FB group for privacy reasons. :-@
