Took LO on a 3 mile hike in his carrier, mid hike he had a huge blow out of hot poop all over me and the carrier... 2 miles from home. Currently thinking of how I will make him pay for this when he's a teenager. Yuck! :|

    Ewww! Lol.

Poosplosions are awesome! My LO had one that required a bath an hour ago. She's napping now. She totally pooped herself out ;)

This is my greatest fear. Also, which carrier do you use? I have gone on lots of long walks but they've all been flat. I'm nervous that more rugged terrain will be too bobbly. How did it work out?
Ergo, and it was our first time not using the infant insert!

Walked home and immediately showered with LO

  • Crap. I put my LO's birth date into Wonder Weeks, not due date.
  • It's such a fun pattern/not pattern @mrscrcalli! I need to decide what I want to make for Eliza.

She does amazing quilts! She's doing theis mis patterned big stars one right now that's awesome.

  • @dani+california‌ I kinda forced a scheduled on my LO but it's not perfect. I let him do whatever during the day (sleep wise) but once 5/6pm hits I wake him up to eat. Then we "play" until about 7/8ish before we take a bath, put on jammie's, eat again and go to bed. I usually get decent amount of sleep during the first stretch.
  • @mamrotu73‌ DH does raspberries to dd and she looks at him like he's nuts every time! That's so cute that A does them. My DH would be jealous
  • the 8 week leap is SO much worse than week 5 :(( thank goodness for pork belly and straw-beer-itas!
  • My farts though :\">
  • Ok overshare: mirena users, can you feel the strings? Are you supposed to? I should've asked when he put it in but I forgot.
  • We haven't gotten through an entire bedtime story without DD crying. I feel like a crappy mommy :(

@Emily041285‌ you're not "supposed" to but everyone I know who has had it said they could. Major reason I opted not to go with it.

Hmmm. Slight bummer but too late now I guess! The idea of no pill every day appealed to me. Plus I met my deductible so it was basically free.

Might be growing pains. I remember they hurt soooo bad (7-10) but if it hurt then I'm sure it always hurts. So when I know she is going through a growth spurt I give lots of massages.

  • Sounds like everyone had an enjoyable holiday weekend. :)

I have a nosy question. My brother and SIL are TTC. We were at their house putting dd down for a nap in their guest room and saw a Clear Blue easy preg test in the trash. I'm a nosy biatch so I took it out. It didn't show a plus, and there was only one line in the display window, but it was going the opposite direction as the one in the example thingy. There was not a plus. Is this a BFP? I know CBEs have issues with false positives and evap lines especially after the timeframe, but just curious (nosy).

    BFP: 7/5/10   EDD: 3/13/11  Miscarriage 8/1/10 at 8 weeks

    BFP: 10/30/10   EDD: 7/7/11   Born 7/11//11 7lb12oz, 20 in.

BFP: 7/30/13  EDD: 4/9/14 Born right on time on his due date! 8lb10oz, 21.5 in.

I didn't even consider growing pains! I just figured that she was enjoying her little massage!

Our mammary glands extend into our armpits and from what I've read online a couple times, those glands are modified sweat glands that make the tissue around the gland itch during letdown.
Yeah, after I asked the question here, I decided to ask Google. I discovered the same info. That's pretty weird!

Good to know, maybe I'll stick to the k'tan for a few more weeks. I just got an ergo but haven't tried it yet. She's probably too little right now. I just threw out an Ad on my local moms facebook group to see if anyone is willing to lend me one so we'll see how that goes.
