My husband is medical and he wants nothing to do with any of that. Get shot in the face he's your man, want him to catch a baby or cut the cord and he gets all weird.

DH was a total jerk last night and didn't leave work until 10. I got a coupon today for outback and sent it to him thinking he'd tell me no way. He just called offering to take me!

my H does not want to catch the baby or see me down there when I'm birthing. I'm ok with that. But then when I ask him if he wants to cute the cord he says "ok" not like he WANTS to be like he will do it. I don't know if he is excited or thinks that is just what I want to hear...

DH isn't much of a JJ guy anymore, but I usually get the Vito with cucumbers and a little bit of mayo and mustard. Then a root beer and salt and vinegar chips on the side. These days though, it's mentally more like "root beer with a sandwich and chips on the side."

I haven't even asked my DH yet, partly because I keep forgetting, but also because I'm not sure exactly what it is I even want to hear. On one hand I think it would be nice hearing that he wants to be involved, but on the other hand I think I'd be relieved to hear him say he'd rather just stay up by me. The thought of him seeing my lady bits in all their gory glory makes me rather anxious.

I saw them at BRU a while ago, but I was not paying $55 for it. I just hope he ends up using it. He's a huge Cubs fan. Not gonna lie, I'd get the Mets one and just hold on to it. As my SIL said you could always sell it on eBay. I've never seen them so cheap!

I walked into the preschool at work today to talk to a coworker who was sitting on the floor. First words out of her mouth, "wow, you're getting big!"
Sooooo I think 36w was where I stopped looking cute.


Unrelated: my doc checked out my arm today and said that she will likely have me skip the Tdap next pregnancy because of my reaction. I've only started developing allergies over the last 6 years or so (mostly foods, but some environmental as well), but it's possible that this may be one of them.

Mine was so into catching our first but due to the complications with delivery he wasn't able to. He was so disappointed, as was I. He was unable to catch our second because I was induced...again disappointment. I asked if he wanted me to find out if he could try again and he was all down and told me if I felt like bringing it up I could. I feel so bad he hasn't had his chance to catch one of our kids because he really wanted that experience and now he doesn't want to get his hopes up. I glad your midwife is open to it.

Sorry, lady hopefully third time's a charm for you guys!

Yeah, I told him 'you realize this is front row seat to blood, hemorrhoids, poop, and a super stretched to the max vag, yes?' He's still really down for it lol. He's not phased by much.

Yeah, I know it's a tough shot, but I've never had this bad of a reaction. It's not just that it hurts, but it's truly inflamed. My arm has a fever...

My mom made DH cupcakes for his birthday....

They tasted like muffins with frosting ( good frosting). My mom is usually really good at baking. DH has been craving cupcakes for weeks... I feel disappointed for him. I thought they were gross
