The difference in your story is that your friend didn't have a US until 22 weeks. At the OPs theory of being 9 weeks pregnant, a US would show a sac, baby and a heartbeat.

And I am assuming that A.  her US showed no baby since she hasn't been back
or ( and lets hope this isnt the case) B. The US found something serious that may have been causing her "symptoms" and she is working on that.

This is getting exhausting. Read farther along please. Yes, I missed the part about her getting a frickin ultrasound because I didn't read her whole post because it was too long. My friend did not receive ultrasound until 22 weeks.

LOL at people taking offense at the phrase "crazy pants".  OP is being a crazy pants.  If a urine test, blood test and US are all negative then you aren't pregnant.  Trying to convince yourself that you still are because you feel sick, boobs are sore, you have severe mud butt is just dumb.  Let it go and on to the next cycle geesh

My coworker had sex with two different guys within a couple days. She swore that it was one guy's baby because she had its DNA tested. Apparently, she thought people were dumb enough to believe you can do DNA testing when you're 6 weeks pregnant.

My point is ... Not all stories from friends are 100% true. Your friend was most likely not pregnant when she was taking the tests.
