A ton of our friends have had/are having babies this year, and it seems like they're all having boys. When MH talked to one of his coworkers who's a bit older than us though, she said all her friends are having girls. Obviously there are exceptions but we're guessing the trend seems to be late 20s to early 30s = boys and mid to late 30s = girls. Does that ring true here at all? I'm 28 and team blue. Just interested to see if there's any correlation outside our circle!
Re: Poll
I was going to say the same thing. I'm 22 and having a girl. A girl I went to school with just had a boy.
Mama to 2 girls - H&I
DS born 9/3/13; DD born 7/22/15; LO due 5/28/18
FS (age 5) and FD (age 2) to become AS/AD very soon!
I know several people pregnant. Actually about 10 are due in August! It's a good mix of boy/girl and most in their late 20s. So yeah, don't think your theory has any truth.
This. I'm 24 and having a girl.
At 21 I had my daughter. I'm 25 now and having a boy.
BFP 3/29/2014 2u2 Let's do this!
I had my daughter at 39 and will have my son at 40.
Also, a friend who is about a year younger just had a boy and then a girl about 18 months apart, so I doubt age was the factor here.
IVF #1: 9/11: ER: 12R, 11M, 10F, No Frosties; 5dt: 2 blasts, 1 morula; DD born 6/3/12
IVF #2: 11/12-12/12: ER: 20R, 20M, 16F, 4 Frosties; 5dt: 3 blasts, DS born 8/9/13
28 (DH is 32), we're having a boy and everyone I know right now that has recently delivered or is expecting, and has found out the gender, has had or is having a boy with the exception of one friend that just had a girl.
P.S. I really wish the bump would fix the poll feature!!!

haha yes, i am aware that the sperm determines the sex of the baby. i wanted to see if there was any correlation with age and basically the findings of dr. shettles (shettles method) where he essentially concludes that Y-sperm are like sprinters and X-sperm are like marathoners. thanks for all your input ladies!
