A ton of our friends have had/are having babies this year, and it seems like they're all having boys. When MH talked to one of his coworkers who's a bit older than us though, she said all her friends are having girls. Obviously there are exceptions but we're guessing the trend seems to be late 20s to early 30s = boys and mid to late 30s = girls. Does that ring true here at all? I'm 28 and team blue. Just interested to see if there's any correlation outside our circle!
I am 29 and team pink. Although this baby was conceived using ICSI during the IVF process so maybe it would have been team blue had we conceived thengoodnold fashioned way. But seriously, I don't think that age has anything to do with it.
Married DH : 7/7/12; 3 fur babies (2 dogs and 1 cat) DS born 9/3/13; DD born 7/22/15; LO due 5/28/18 FS (age 5) and FD (age 2) to become AS/AD very soon!
I know several people pregnant. Actually about 10 are due in August! It's a good mix of boy/girl and most in their late 20s. So yeah, don't think your theory has any truth.
I'm 30 and having a boy. I've found boys or girls are more rare depending where you live. There have been lots of girls in our families and only a few boys. At church, there's a 3 to 1 ratio - more girls.
I`m 28 and I am having a girl. My SIL is 31 and having twin boys, My cousin is in her early 30`s and having a boy, my other cousin is 28 and having a boy, My BIL`s GF is 29 and just had a boy yesterday.
No one else will ever know the strength of my love for you. After all, you are the only one who knows what my heart sounds like from the inside.
It seemed like right until I got pregnant everyone was having boys. Now that's changed. I have one friend who just found out she's having a girl (late 20s) and another friend who is having boy/girl twins (early 30s). We'll find out the gender of our other friends baby this weekend (early 30s). But so far it's been a good mix for my group.
Had DD when I was 22 and now at 25 pregnant with DS..my friends who are pregnant or just recently had babies are all mid to late 20's as well and has been pretty balanced, maybe a few more girls..
28 (DH is 32), we're having a boy and everyone I know right now that has recently delivered or is expecting, and has found out the gender, has had or is having a boy with the exception of one friend that just had a girl.
P.S. I really wish the bump would fix the poll feature!!!

No I am 35 had my son when I was 34. I actually think the opposite the later in life moms tend to have more boys because they may have been charting or doing IVF.
haha yes, i am aware that the sperm determines the sex of the baby. i wanted to see if there was any correlation with age and basically the findings of dr. shettles (shettles method) where he essentially concludes that Y-sperm are like sprinters and X-sperm are like marathoners. thanks for all your input ladies!
I know more people having girls! I'm 31 having a girl will be 32 when baby is born. I'm the 2nd oldest of all the pregnant girls I know right now and others r in their late 20s.
In my immediate local circle (not facebook friend etc.) there are 8 of us pregnant all in our mid 20s to early 30s and all girls. We are team green but feel like we might turn team pink in August.

This. I'm 24 and having a girl.
At 21 I had my daughter. I'm 25 now and having a boy.
BFP 3/29/2014 2u2 Let's do this!
I had my daughter at 39 and will have my son at 40.
Also, a friend who is about a year younger just had a boy and then a girl about 18 months apart, so I doubt age was the factor here.
