Wow. Never expected to be the first here.
Monday morning, I went for my GTT. Doctor noticed some early symptoms of preeclampsia while taking my urine and vitals. Went home that day with a jug to collect for a 24 hour urine test. By the time i made it back to my doctor Wednesday morning, I had full-blown (and severe) pre-eclampsia. My first blood pressure reading at the hospital was 254/140. It didn't take too long to decide that baby needed to get out of there.
So, on Thanksgiving morning, my little Quinn Elyse came at 27+2 weeks. She's 1 pound 15 ounces and 14 inches long. Daddy and I are beyond in love.
Sorry, but no link. I think I'll just be lurking from now on.
I hope you each have safe pregnancies and deliveries! Can't wait to see all the announcements

Introducing my twins...born at 32 weeks Birth date: 12-11-15 4:18am (for both) My little girl is named Isabella Brielle. (First pic) My little boy doesnt have a name yet. I like a lot of names and dad only likes like 1-2 names. (Second pic) They were both around 3.5 lbs when born. I can't seem to remember exact weight. I got to hold then both for the first time last night!!!
I will update as soon as I can, but I'm still in the hospital due to complications. A healthy pregnancy went bad in a matter of days. I would like to introduce Landon Christopher. He arrived via c-section on Christmas eve, December 24th at 10:26pm. 4lbs 8 oz 17 inches. He is doing awesome and above doctors expectations. I will be better soon so I can spend my days in nicu by him.
Announcing the arrival of baby Sophia on behalf of @notasycophant as her labor buddy! In mama's words, "She went into full blown distress half way through the induction so I had an emergency C section. She's in the NICU now because of fluid in her lungs but otherwise all looks good. It was a emotional ride but thanking God for her."
On 1/13/16 we went in for our standard weekly NST to check on the twins. I was 35+4, and scheduled for a repeat c section on 1/28 (their actual due date was 2/13-exactly a month later to the day).
I had been feeling contractions for a week, but they weren't consistent and not painful. After monitoring me for an hour they decided to move me to triage. Things seemed to progress quickly and they were soon setting me up with an IV and checking on the babies via u/s.
The ultimate reason why the emergency c section was scheduled was because I had just had my DD via c-section on 1/17/15 and they were very concerned about uterine rupture. It ended up being the right call because my doctor and all the nurses said they had never seen a wall so thin. They told me you could actually see the baby moving around and my Dr barley needed to cut to get her out. Thank god because it would have been awful if I ruptured.
Lucy Charlotte was born at 1:41pm weighing 5lbs even and 18 1/2" long. Joey Jr was born at 1:42pm weighing 5lbs6os and 18 1/4" long.
Both are in the NICU but are breathing on their own. I was able to hold them late last night for the first time and loved every second of it!
I also officially have Irish triplets, and for the next 3 days I actually have 3 kids under 1!
We welcomed our sweet baby girls to the word today! At 12:35, Lucy Rae entered the world at 5 lbs. 15 oz and Whitney Paige arrived at 12:37 at 6 lbs. 13 oz!! Both are 19 inches and we are so in love!
I've had severe GI issues with my second baby and I checked in to the ER right before the blizzard Jonas of 2016 hit VA and while at the hospital I dilated from 1to 3cm with a couple of hours so the checked me into labor and delivery since I didn't dilate past that over night they decided to induce me at 37.5 weeks. My baby boy Adrian was born on the 23rd of January at 4:06 pm weighing 6lb8oz and 20in long. Only took 3 pushes to get him out. Born during a blizzard, so we are probably stuck at the hospital until Tuesday while my first born is stuck at home with grandma.
Induced on 1/26/16 at 7:30 am due to low amniotic fluid & higher blood pressure. Labored 30 hours and delivered via emergency c section. Will post birth thread once I have time to process all of the events.
Meet Madison Catherine. 1/27/16 at 1:43 pm. 7 pounds 13 ounces and 19.3 inches long. DH and I feel so blessed. First time parents. She's just incredible. And breastfeeding like a champ!! I've enjoyed sharing this journey with all you ladies. Healthy deliveries to all!
Bodie was born at 8:18am on 1/27. 7 lbs 15 oz and was 19.5" long. He's a snuggle bug and has been pretty laid back. I can't believe he's finally here. Had trouble with my spinal and csection (scheduled) but I'll post a longer birth story later on.
Duke Rowan was born 1/29th at 1045 am with 5 pushes after a quick and easy induction at 38 weeks for elevated BP. He weighed in at a whopping 8#11oz and 21 inches long. We love this chubby bunny!
p.s @acmw21 If it matters so much to you, by the time the Anesthesiologist got to my room I was already dilated to 10cms and pushing, so I spent 10 mins getting a novelty epidural, which never kicked in anyway. Do I get a sticker? Nope. You don't get any special prize for enduring more pain than the next girl. If I would have known how fast this baby was going to come I would have asked for an epidural the moment I walked through the door of the hospital.

i was found to have mild preeclampsia Friday and Sophia went from transverse to full breech. So ended up going for a c section that evening. Arianna was born 6lbs 5 oz and 19inches long. Sophia made her arrival 2 minutes later at 4 lbs 15 oz and 18 inches. Neither needed NICU and they have been rooming in with us.
Our little lady arrived on Friday, Jan. 29th via C-section. She wasn't breathing at first but they got her going almost immediately and she is happy and healthy. She's 9lbs, 5oz and 21" long. She's nursing like a champ! It took us about 32 hours to name her but we finally settled on Maggie Clare. We were team green and I was shocked when they said girl! We are overjoyed.

Here she is! Big brother adores her, too.
Congrats, mama! I love her name!
Mama Bear to Ollie, Leilah, and Lennon. Pregnant with Little Moo 2.0 (our rainbow baby). Due 02/14/2016.
Tessa Anne made her debut 1/29 at 11:28pm weighing in at 6lbs 1oz after being induced due to high blood pressure. Slow start to the induction but progressed rather quickly once it actually got started. We are smitten and so is her big sister.
Baby Alexander born 1/31/16. Went into labor at 430 am and he was born at 8:04 am. Didn't plan on going completely natural but got to the hospital at 630 and was dilated to a six. By the time I got admitted to a room and they prepped me for an epidural I felt like I needed to push--they checked me and I was at a nine. Thankfully it all went fairly quickly and four pushes he was out. Still not sure how I did it but the recovery has been much easier than my first. Major props to the mamas out there who choose to or end up going med free! So glad he's here!
Eleanor Rey was born January 23rd. I went in to labour in the early morning and hung around at home as long as I could. We got the the hospital and 3 hours later she was born and we went home a few hours later. I had the vbac and the most amazing birth experience that I had hoped for. het brother is obsessed with his baby sister.
Liam Alan born 1-30-16 at 37 weeks and 1 day. 6 lbs 12 oz, 18 1/2 inches long. We Had a scheduled repeat c section for February 12th, but he had his own plans. We couldn't be more in love with this little guy. He's been a wonderful baby so far. Loves to eat and cuddle.
Silas David born 2/2 at 1:48pm 9 pounds 3 ounces and 22 inches long at 38 weeks gestation! I went from 5 cm to him in my arms in 45 minutes!!! All natural birth even with this big boy. I am thankful he came quick we are all doing well. For some reason it won't let me add a picture.
Leo came into the world 2-Feb after 38 week induction due to IUGR at 4:24pm at 5 lb 10 oz. He and I both had some struggles during labor and delivery and he entered a room with both a Code Pink and a Code Blue team waiting to jump in. After a few trying seconds of getting him to breathe, he got everything working and it's been smooth sailing for us both since! He's been feeding and snuggling like a champ. We're so in love!
Avery Grace is here! Born 2/ 3 at 11:58 am. 39 weeks exactly. Looks exactly like big sister but has dark black hair instead of blonde! Contractions came fast and furious. I have been walking around 4 cm since last Friday. My active labor was only 2 hours total this time and she was out within 6 minutes! Crazy fast, but grateful!
