Hi! My name is RC- I am 32 and live in the Midwest.
My unconfirmed due date is March 15th.
I took a test strip test on June 28th. I shower something, but not a line. I wasn’t about to get my hopes up so didn’t think anything of it. I took a clear blue digital test the next morning since it was the only test I had left. I was almost out the door late for work when I remembered I took it; I ran back to the bathroom and to my surprise, it was positive!
Ive had 2 blood work appt so far. I have my first appt and sonogram scheduled in 2 weeks (I’ll be 6 wks). I am technically high risk due to my PCOS and T2D. In Sept 22, I was put on semaglutide and went from 238lbs to 175lbs. I have been able to maintain for awhile. I started taking VITEX (chaste berry) and I believe this is how I was able to get pregnant. (Problems with progesterone). I plan to have my progesterone monitored during my pregnancy. So far so good! My hcg also has been looking good. (3,000 at week 4)
Me and my husband (M33) always knew we wanted children but never tried before, well after 7 yrs of marriage, we started trying. It took 3 months.
This will be both of our first child. We had a baby boy dog that we adopted at the beginning of our dating years, 8 years ago. He sadly passed away in May 2024. I always thought he would meet our children. I took the loss hard but doing better everyday.
I am currently part time interior designer assistant and UIUX designer in tech.
I am 4 weeks 4 days. My only symptoms have been fatigues and increased urination and that’s it so far!
How you found out: I am a surrogate and had an embryo transfer on June 24th. Tested Saturday the 29th faint positive. Monday the 31st definitely a line and the digital said pregnant. Beta Monday the 8th 2051 2nd beta Wednesday the 10th 4881. Parents are over the moon. If anyone has any questions did ivf or is also doing surrogacy I would love to connect!
Tell us about yourself: (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) I have been married to my husband for 15 years in august we met while he was in the military. We currently live north of Jacksonville on a 6 acre farm with chickens, quail, goats and rabbits. We have 4 boys 13, 11 (twins) and a 7 year old.
How are you feeling: (Physical symptoms, emotionally)? I am so excited for the parents like over the moon they are more cautious and taking there time getting there which is normal. My main symptom is exhaustion just debilitating exhaustion which honestly is hard for me to combat with chores, my family and all my responsibilities but I go to bed early and my husband is great!
How you found out: We were trying but this came as a surprise! We had a loss in March and were hopeful and trying again, but my past cycle we thought I didn’t ovulate as the OV tests never came back positive! (Now I think I may have ovulated early). Around the date of my expected period, I wasn’t getting my usual symptoms. I was awake at 4am with the thought in my mind - what if I’m pregnant? I took the pregnancy test just to nip the thoughts in the bud and to avoid the disappointment when my period came - and to my total shock we got a strong second line! Woke my husband up screaming from the bathroom.
Tell us about yourself: (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) We have two dogs and two cats. I work in healthcare and husband works in IT. We like spending time with our pet babies and family, reading, camping, board games, and cozy movie nights.
How are you feeling: (Physical symptoms, emotionally)? Completely crappy! And I’m glad because it’s very reassuring that things are progressing, especially with pregnancy anxiety post-loss! Fatigue, nausea, some vomiting and a whole lot of dry heaving, major food aversions and smell aversions, and breast tenderness. We’re at 6w4d and waiting for our first scan next week….
Introduce yourself: Hey y’all! I’m Abby! (Initials feel like I’m being deceptive, so y’all get my nickname!)
Due date: March 17th, as of right now.
How you found out: I threw up one morning and fell asleep in the middle of a conversation. Figured maybe we should test.
Tell us about yourself: I have 2 boys (16 & 3) as well as a lovely loaf dog who only weighs about 8lbs, but will protect his family with every one! We love driving around and exploring places we’ve never been!
How are you feeling: I feel fantastic! Some morning sickness here and there, but not nearly as bad as I had with my youngest. I threw up the entire pregnancy with him, so I’m glad (so far) that this has been less of that! Really looking forward to seeing how my youngest grows as a big brother! Hope y’all are doing well, also!
Hi! I’m 31, and husband is 38. This will be our first. We have been trying for A year and 3 months, and actually had just started seeing an infertility specialist to look at IUI or IVF.
Our unconfirmed date is March 15th. The hospital will hopefully call soon to book our dating ultrasound for the 8 week mark.
Normally my period is right on time or a day early. I was sure I was gearing up for my period with cramping but when I was a day late I decided to take a test. This time around was not like all the others. I have taken many test praying that it would be the time and it wasn’t. However, this time I took it and went off until my timer went. I checked the test and I couldn’t believe my eyes. I started crying. My husband thought something bad happened while I was in the bathroom so he rushed in and I showed him the test. I am still in disbelief. Praying this is our time for our future!
We have a dogo and a cato and I love to go hiking and spend time in nature. I can’t wait to show a little one the beauty. My hubby likes to golf and I’m looking forward to him being able to share that with a little one. I am also a volunteer firefighter.
Right now I’m pretty much exhausted al the time and yet have a hard time staying asleep at night. I feel like the biggest worry wart at the moment. I find myself constantly googling to see if what I’m ingesting is okay. I’ve never thought so much about my own actions as I do right now. I love CrossFit and I’d like to continue during my pregnancy with modifications of course. But I still worry about elevating my heart rate. Even though my doctor said it was okay. I still worry. I wish there was someone that I could ask my random questions to. I personally want to keep our pregnancy private for as long as we can.
How you found out: I wasn’t feeling great one day and took a test in a Target bathroom 😂 this will be my 3rd and I was pretty sure I knew what the test was going to say.
Tell us about yourself: (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) My husband and I have two girls, 4 and 2 and are excited to have one more in the bunch! I am big into crafting and reading.
How are you feeling: (Physical symptoms, emotionally)? Mostly just nervous about how I’m going to manage being outnumbered!
How you found out: I was feeling poorly at what I thought was 9 dpo and got a dye stealer. Turns out my June period that came 3 days early was just very heavy implantation bleeding for 5 days, followed by 5 days of spotting. Based on the confusion I had an at home test, a blood test, and an ultrasound last week to figure out what was going on.
Tell us about yourself: (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) This will be our first human baby, we've got a couple of VERY spoiled pups. Hubby and I are both consultants. I like to read and do Pilates. We watch a lot of soccer together.
How are you feeling: (Physical symptoms, emotionally)? I feel like garbage 🤣 unless I eat every couple hours I've got crazy indigestion, I wake up in the middle of the night every night, I'm exhausted, and I'm going on 3 days with a headache.
How you found out: my period was 4 days late so I took a plethora of tests lol, I’m about 4 weeks and 4 days.
Tell us about yourself: (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) I turn 19 in September so still very young. I have a fiance who is in the army, he is currently stationed in upstate New York which is about 8 hours away from where I’m living now. I’ve got two cats, Tiger Lilly and Freckle.
How are you feeling: (Physical symptoms, emotionally)? I’m pretty anxious as to how I’m going to tell my mother, I know she won’t be thrilled, but I know she’ll want to take care of me and make sure I’m alright. So far I’ve just been a little bloated!
Due date: March 21 based on FET July 3rd (4+5 today)
How you found out: we decided to start testing at 4 days past transfer, got our first very faint line at day 5, then confirmed with two positive betas on the 12th and 14th.
Tell us about yourself: (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) My wife and I are 39, we had a mc in December, between 6 and 7 weeks. I work as a Project Manager in fire and flood restoration so it’s been hard to avoid taking certain projects due to wanting to limit exposure to toxins. We want to wait at minimum until we see a heartbeat this time around to tell anyone as we didn’t get the support we needed last time around. This is our first human baby and we have a 12 year old doggy. We like to spend our time in nature as much as possible.
How are you feeling: (Physical symptoms, emotionally)? Physically I am feeling great, barely any nausea or soreness. Although that is also causing some anxiety because I was super sick last pregnancy and it ended in an early loss …
Due date: According to date of my LMP, my due date would be around March 26th
How you found out: On the date my period was supposed to start, Monday July 15th, my best friend and I thought it would be a good idea for me to test, because I knew there would be a real possibility of being pregnant. We stopped at a grocery store, bought a 2 pack of ClearBlue, instantly came up positive. I took the 2nd test 1.5 hours later when I had to pee again, instantly positive. And for good measure, took a first response brand later that night, also positive. Blood test take on tuesday confirmed, with a 473 hcg level.
Tell us about yourself: I am 38 years old and have 3 other children. Ages, 18, 14 and 11... I know I am crazy to start all over. I am in the process of a divorce with my husband of 15 years. My boyfriend/baby daddy, is extremely excited, and I am as well, but also nervous as all get out.
How are you feeling: I have tender breasts, and slight nausea and pinching pain in my abdomen. Hoping that is just implantation. I feel like I am starting all over and cant remember what this was all like 12 years ago lol. Emotionally, I am ALLLL over the place. I have yet to tell my children. I am happy, excited, anxious, scared, nervous, overwhelmed.
Due date: March 10, unconfirmed. 5 days before my tentative wedding date (got engaged and conceived within days of each other 😅)
How you found out: my period was late. I had already taken 2 tests before which were negative but when I was 7 days late I took another test and it was positive. Confirmed by a second positive test later the same day
Tell us about yourself: (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) I got engaged June 15 and likely conceived the day after hahaha. We have been together 3 years and started planning our wedding before we found out. I recently got a new job about 2 months ago which has been a huge adjustment and we got a puppy the week before I started my new job. I work as an engineering manager remote (thankfully). We like to go on hikes, see live music and spend time with family.
How are you feeling: (Physical symptoms, emotionally)? Physically exhausted, it’s been very difficult with a 4 month old puppy and a brand new job to feel so tired. I feel like I’m failing my work by napping during my work day. I’m very emotional, tearing up constantly and irritable. My anxiety is very high (I went off antidepressants and supplements I was taking for my anxiety/depression because we were TTC). The nausea started this week, I’m slightly nauseous all day and hungry all the time. Emotionally my mind is non stop questioning can I do this, can I eat that? The countdown until the doctors appointment is dragging and I already have a huge list of questions. Once we see our baby I can start to figure out how to answer everyone’s questions about our wedding 🙃
How i found out: OB/Gyn. I went to her feeling off.Asked her why I felt this way. She did tests to confirm my twin pregnancy. Sø ï found out at the doctor's office.
Ï have 10 kids and i lost a twin pregnancy last year.ï feel like God is giving me a second chance to have twins.
The father of my pregnancy is married to someone else, So I don't know how involved he's going to be.Thats okay-ï can do this myself if ï have to.
How I'm feeling: Emotional and excited! I have some mild cramping and a backache, my breasts are bigger, I'm bloated and look like I'm 3 months pregnant!Other than that I feel fine. No nausea yet.
How you found out: I honestly was "100% sure" I was about to get my period any day now because of cramps, but I was 3 days late so I figured may as well take a test. My husband got a call on his way to work with me yelling "I'M PREGNANT!!!"
Tell us about yourself: (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) This is our first, I've been in the process of trying to get a residence permit to my husband's country for the last year & a half so I haven't been working, but I used to be a school bus driver! I love to read, and I love coffee (I miss it😭)
How are you feeling: (Physical symptoms, emotionally)? THE. CRAMPING. No one ever warned me about the cramping. It's been soooo painful for me. I feel a little nausea occasionally, but it's not bad, and I've been a little picker with what I eat. Also my boobs hurt so bad.😅
Introduce yourself: Hey everyone! I am Heidi and I am back (not that I expect anyone to remember me from when I was in my July 2017 BMB haha!) I am 35 (for a little while yet) and I am happy to be on this journey with all of you
Due date: March 9 (unconfirmed at the moment - when I had my initial consult / phone appointment with the nurse that is the date she gave me). I will get a confirmed / more accurate due date in August at my 1st appointment with the doctor.
How you found out: I thought I was having PMS symptoms but then felt like I got sucker punched in the boob one day (which is not something I experience before a period) so I started to wonder but brushed it off until a couple close friends and my DH told me to test. I tested and took a digital and non digital test - both came back positive.
Tell us about yourself: I have a son who just turned 7 a few days ago. I just got married (2nd marriage) in June of this year. We wanted to have kids together as soon as possible but didn't expect it to be this soon but we're both over the moon! My son is excited but said if we have a girl, he's moving to abother country We have 3 dogs ( 2 Dachshunds and a Yellow Lab) 1 cat and my son has 3 fish. I work from home in HR and love my job. I love cooking, baking, hanging out with friends and family and collecting Janet Evanovich and Danielle Steel books!
How are you feeling: (Physical symptoms, emotionally)? Overall I am feeling pretty good physically and emotionally. I am nervous to be "starting over" when my other is already 7 but I am SUPER excited at the same time. I am trying to balance craving all the sweet snacky things with fruits and veggies. I had tender breasts for a while and that went away after a few days but if I wake up in the middle of the night to pee, they feel heavy and sore lol. The main symptoms I have right now is the gas Like man I am glad there is no one around me during the day lol and also feeling tired during the day and wanting to take a nap.
Edited to add: Disregard the stuff on the bottom (DH age and TTC etc). I am trying to figure out how to change / update all of it because that is back from the last time I was on here.
Me:35 | DH: 32 Married: 06-2024 TTC #1: Since November 2015 Restarted TTC "count" Oct. 2016 due to previous issues. ***TW*** BFP: 11/4/2016 BFP: 07/17/2024
How you found out: I was exhausted all day, i had really bad heartburn for a few days and my face and ears were extremely oily, so my friend told me to test and she was right!
Tell us about yourself: I am currently a substitute teacher for the district I live in, but hopefully getting the job as a SpEd shadow at the high school for this yr! I am engaged to my wonderful fiancé Adam, we will be getting married 6weeks after my due date! He has a son from a previous relationship. I say he is my son, and he calls me 'mommy'. These two boys are my absolute world. I do have the Factor 2 Mutation so I'm a little nervous. If anyone else has this, lets talk and compare notes!! I found out I was pregnant on the 2yr anniversary of being misdiagnosed ectopic so I'm super paranoid and hoping everything goes okay this time.
How are you feeling: I am SO exhausted all day long. My face and hair and ears are extremely greasy and get this way so fast. The nausea is starting to come in weak waves but is getting stronger every day... I'm also super gassy but not bloated at all... Emotionally I'm nervous that the same thing will happen again. But I'm hopeful that with this new dr, I'll be okay.
How you found out: we were trying. I took a negative test, poured a giant glass of wine, then pulled it out of the trash later and saw a faint positive line!
Tell us about yourself: (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) my husband and I live in Illinois. We have a 2 year old son and an ancient cat and dog. He’s Brazilian and we’re raising our kids bilingual and bicultural which is challenging in the Midwest but also fun!
How are you feeling: (Physical symptoms, emotionally)? Much worse than last time. Super exhausted and nauseated, and parenting a toddler doesn’t make it easier
Introduceyourself: I’m Kat, I’m 35 and I’m in Canada (I was the only Canadian in my last bump group, so if I missed a fellow Canuck, hit me up!)
Duedate: March 25, 2025 (to be confirmed via ultrasound soon)
How you found out: My husband was on the fence about a second, but knew having 2 was important to me - after 4 years he was agreeable to get going. We were on a bit of a time crunch since my sister just confirmed she is getting married in Greece in August 2025 and I was determined to not miss her wedding (my family is from the island, we would have a ton of help). I had my iud removed and our schedules were off so we only had sex 4 days before my positive ovulation stick and not after. I was convinced it wasn’t happening this month. I took a test because I just had a strange feeling and to my shock, it was positive. My husband is in shock but coming around, lol.
Tell us about yourself: (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) My husband and I are university sweethearts, we have been together 14 years and married for 7. I work as a social worker/therapist in child and adolescent psychiatry at a hospital. I absolutely love what I do. My husband also works for the government.
We have a beautiful daughter who is 4, she is starting JK in the fall and she’s super bright and hilarious! She has been begging for a sibling so when we tell her, she will be so excited. Her due date was also March 25, and she was born late March 2020 in the height of COVID. That horrible, but a story for another time. My March 2020 due date group saved my sanity! We are still pretty close 5 years later. Covid was on the entire 18 months I was on mat leave so I’m hoping for no more global disasters this time around, lmao.
I love interior design and home decor! I also love fashion and I love to learn about politics and world events - I listen to podcasts, books, etc. I’m an evidence-based parent and have learned so much from the therapy I do with families. I am also a recent lover of reality TV. My job can be very heavy and reality TV has been such a fun way to unwind for us. DH and I blew through all 10 seasons of VPR before the new one (we were obsessed, didn’t know what the scandal was and we were hooked!). I’m now watching Love Island for our girl, Ariana! I love intelligent comedies and well-made TV. The office is my favorite, close seconds are parks and rec, friends, schitt’s creek, Derry girls, etc.
How are you feeling: (Physical symptoms, emotionally)? Feeling pretty good so far since I’m only 5.5 weeks, just sleepy and VERY bloated/gassy. my belly, butt, hips, and thighs have all exploded early this second time around. Otherwise I’m waiting for nausea to hit and hoping I don’t get as big as my last pregnancy (I’m 5ft tall and DD was 9 lbs, so I was a literal bowling ball).
Introduce yourself: Hi! I am Zoë, 27 years from Philadelphia
Due date: Unconfirmed March 27th, 2025. First doctors visit is August 20th
How you found out: I have been using natural cycles through my oura ring as birth control since I got married in November 2023. My husband and I have been following the guidance of the app very carefully to not get pregnant, as we wanted to wait until next year to try, except went off the recommendation of the app for one week this month 😅 I did not think I would get pregnant that easily, but since I am an anxious girl I decided to take a pregnancy test right before my period was due and it was positive! I took 5 more throughout the day (because I could not believe it, I work as a mobile family therapist so stopped in a Wawa to take one lol) and they were all still positive.
Tell us about yourself: (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) This will be my first baby, my husband and I met when I was in college while he was stationed on a base near me in the marines. I finished grad school in May 2023 for counseling and became a mobile family therapist right after. I am now transitioning into private practice which is kind of perfect timing (way less intense). My husband is in nursing school and is in his OBGYN semester (how fitting), but wants to work in the ER, he will graduate 3 months after baby's due date. We have an English Bulldog named Ernie (very stubborn and may throw a fit about a sibling) and just moved into a townhome rental that has space for a tiny nursery 🥹
How are you feeling: (Physical symptoms, emotionally)? I am so excited, but also so anxious about miscarriage. I met with my therapist about it this week and am working on being in the moment as baby grows inside me. I told my family and close friends and they are thrilled. I have no symptoms besides being ridiculously exhausted and feeling bloated at 5 weeks now.
WOW! My LO was born March 31st, so close, we were so close to being in the same due date group! No one will quite understand how wild it was to have your first (or any baby!) in early COVID! We are trauma-bonded for life, lol.
This is my 4th pregnancy. I have two boys ages 5 and 3. I miscarried November 2022 at 15 weeks and we finally decided to try again a few months ago. Estimated due date is March 25 according to my lmp. My period was 2 days late and I took a test expecting a negative but to my surprise it was very positive! We are still shocked and hoping for a girl but we will be happy either way. My first scan is August 20 and I’m anxiously waiting. We have not told our boys yet and don’t plan on telling anyone for awhile. Keeping it a secret lol
I’m very tired and not sleeping well. I don’t have much of an appetite but I’m not nauseous like I was with my other pregnancies.
I’m still in shock and go back Thursday to confirm heartbeat. I’ve been cramping which I know is normal. And so tired this will be our 2nd child. We have an 8 year old and have been trying for number 2 for 7 years. We’re so excited to add to our family.
how you found out? Just took a home pregnancy test after some spotting and sore boobs after googling about having two periods in one month. I SWEAR I got my period on cd32 (normal cycle length for me) about a week and a half ago, so I’m honestly very shocked. I’ll call OB to make an appointment tomorrow
tell us about yourself: have an almost 5 year old daughter who will be ecstatic when we share the news.
How are you feeling? extremely sore boobs, some tiredness, really nervous about the transition from 1 to 2
How you found out: I'm a solo mom (to-be) by choice and had my third IUI on July 2nd. I tested exactly 2 weeks later and when it was positive had a happy cry and then drove to my parents house, got big hugs and then my sister's house for more hugs. This baby is so very wanted and loved.
Tell us about yourself: (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) I have a 13 yr old little dog who is my favorite thing in the world. I work as a Marketing Manager, love to read, play with my nephews, cook and do yoga.
How are you feeling: (Physical symptoms, emotionally)? Emotionally I'm so happy, physically dealing with heartburn, sore boob's, tiredness, a little nausea off and on. My face is breaking out - eek, and I've been tearing up at commercials and tv shows so that's new haha.
Hi! Also March 27th! Emily from Texas. We have been trying since January and were diagnosed with unexplained infertility last month. The very next morning I took a test and it was positive! Very excited, tired, a bit of nausea, a lot of nerves.
Due date based on LMP is March 23rd, but I scheduled my first prenatal visit for August 26th, my husband’s birthday, so we’ll know for sure then
I found out 3 weeks ago at 3w4d and it was a SHOCK because while we had been discussing finally starting TTC after 7 years of marriage, I had just come off birth control (which ironically was not even being taken to prevent pregnancy, but rather to control severe PMDD) and we weren’t trying at all. In fact, I was out of town for the majority of that month lol. I randomly get paranoid and test from time to time because I’m on medications that would be problematic during pregnancy. Of the 8-10 times I’ve done that over the last several years, the tests have always been negative. I grabbed one while picking up my Rx at the pharmacy last month and took it in the bathroom while waiting for my number to be called, fully anticipating a negative. And well, as I said… I was shocked!! So so so happy, but very much in disbelief! And of course, another test followed, then several more over the next week 😅
We are animal lovers and I’m a lifelong equestrian! Two dogs, a holland lop bunny, and a horse. Horses have always been the most important thing in my life— and I work with them professionally—, so this new stage is going to be interesting while I figure out how to balance it all. My husband is an engineer and my absolute best friend in the world!
How am I feeling? Physically pregnant, a little, I think? lol! Luckily nothing like extreme nausea, but I had period-like cramps for three weeks (part of why I was so surprised by the positive tests was that I was SURE my period was imminent based on the cramps) and now my boobs acheeeeee. I’m also super tired, but I question if that’s actually from coming off my previous stimulant medications. Maybe both. Mentally? I spend half the time elated that my lifelong dream of becoming a mother is hopefully SO close, and the other half feeling imposter syndrome and that I can’t possible be growing a tiny human in there?!?! I’m waiting to see when it’ll finally feel “for real” for real haha. On the downside, I’m also terrified of miscarrying and then I worry that all my anxiety about it isn’t doing me any favors either.
Happy to have come across this group and heard from you all! I have no family in the area and as an extreme introvert, no one that I’m really close to, so would not be opposed to making some friends
@Knottie1457913469 Hi fellow Marylander! Wishing you all the best of luck and my first time it didn’t feel real until the first ultrasound. All that imposter syndrome will go away then. 😊
Knottie1457913469 congratulations! we just moved to Maryland this month! I’m an animal lover as well! I love holland lops ❤️ i had one growing up and I can’t wait to get one again down the road!!
Hi everyone! My name is Paige. I’m a Midwesterner trying to make it out alive of this heat wave we’re getting 😂 I’m Catholic, I love k-dramas, reading, crocheting, getting outside, and spending time with my wonderful husband and almost 1 yr old boy.
Due date is approximately April 1st, but since my son was a c-section and chances for a vbac are slim for a few reasons, he/she will likely be a planned March baby.
We’ve been “winging it” for the past couple of months but the last cycle I really wanted to track closely and see how things went. I took a test on a whim the day my period was supposedly going to arrive and I was pleasantly surprised to see a faint positive. I tested again the next few days just to confirm I wasn’t seeing things!
My son will be 1 on the 11th 🥹 I can’t believe how fast this year has gone and am so excited that he will have a sibling close in age.
I’ve been having *terrible* sciatic/lower back/tailbone pain for almost 3 weeks now and after getting that positive I’m wondering if the hormone shift is what triggered it. I can’t sit, walk, lay down comfortably. Hoping chiropractic will start to help soon… other than that I’ve been extremely exhausted (more than normal with an almost 1 yr old who doesn’t sleep through yet lol). Mentally I honestly keep forgetting because we’ve just been so busy taking care of our son, which is definitely different to experience than the first time around. Very very grateful and excited!! I’m looking forward to getting to know you ladies 😊
Aw mine will most likely also be an elective c-section as well, my DD was overdue and 1oz shy of 9lbs, refused to come out after hours of pitocin and essentially we elected to have a c-section before any pushing. My stubborn gal didn’t even make it to the Canal 😂
if you pushed with your first and then a c-section, having an elective is a zillion times better, my recovery was amazing and i didn’t have “double-duty damage”/recovery. 4 years later, my c-section scar is almost gone (until I do it again with this munchkin)
I’m crossing my fingers for a VBAC but I know the stats and that I’ll likely need a C. Ended up the first time for stalled labor, 24 hours stuck at 8cm dilated after them using everything to try to open me up to push. But a girl can dream.
Hi my name is Sara I’m 24. This is my second pregnancy, my first ended in a miscarriage and my husband and I took the time we needed to heal and start trying again. I’m in MD, I love to read and garden. I have two big dogs that love to snuggle. My due date is March 24 2025. The day before my dads birthday :)
I actually tested super early- two things tipped me off. I was laying in bed that morning and I came across a video of a spider and I thought it looked cute? I HATE spiders and something about that spider just made me cry it was so cute. Second was the VERY next video I saw was a “psychic“ reading and the video started off with “you are pregnant or someone very close to you is” I thought whattt no way- I took a test and BOOM at three weeks I tested positive. It was such a faint line I thought I was making it up. I immediately called my cousin who talked me off the ledge, I sent her the photo and she confirmed there was indeed a line.
I told my husband that night, I found the book 5 little monkeys jumping on the bed and handed him the positive test and I have never seen him so happier. He immediately started planing our next steps and asking so many questions. I’m just trying to take everyday as they come.
My morning sickness has been awful. I am not a thrower upper (just go with it) my body never throws up and so every time I get sick I am violently gagging so bad sometimes I pee myself 😂. I am so tired. Never felt this level of exhaustion. My boobs hurt so bad. I have never wanted to get violent with my husband until he tweaked my nipple a few days ago. Im so so excited. We will be announcing to the family in a few weeks (after first ultrasound) and I just can’t believe this is finally happing.
Re: Introductions
My unconfirmed due date is March 15th.
Me and my husband (M33) always knew we wanted children but never tried before, well after 7 yrs of marriage, we started trying. It took 3 months.
Introduce yourself: Hello I’m AC!
Due date: March 3 - unconfirmed
Due date: March 19 2025, not confirmed
Spouse/partner?)
I got engaged June 15 and likely conceived the day after hahaha.
Due date March 2 2025 7 weeks 6 days
How i found out: OB/Gyn. I went to her feeling off.Asked her why I felt this way. She did tests to confirm my twin pregnancy. Sø ï found out at the doctor's office.
Ï have 10 kids and i lost a twin pregnancy last year.ï feel like God is giving me a second chance to have twins.

How I'm feeling: Emotional and excited! I have some mild cramping and a backache, my breasts are bigger, I'm bloated and look like I'm 3 months pregnant!Other than that I feel fine. No nausea yet.
My son is excited but said if we have a girl, he's moving to abother country
The main symptoms I have right now is the gas
Edited to add: Disregard the stuff on the bottom (DH age and TTC etc). I am trying to figure out how to change / update all of it because that is back from the last time I was on here.
Married: 06-2024
TTC #1: Since November 2015

BFP: 11/4/2016
BFP: 07/17/2024
Due date: March 25, 2025
Due date: March 14
Due date: March 25, 2025 (to be confirmed via ultrasound soon)
Spouse/partner?)
This will be my first baby, my husband and I met when I was in college while he was stationed on a base near me in the marines.
I’m very tired and not sleeping well. I don’t have much of an appetite but I’m not nauseous like I was with my other pregnancies.
Due date March 21st confirmed because we did IVF!
I’m still in shock and go back Thursday to confirm heartbeat. I’ve been cramping which I know is normal. And so tired this will be our 2nd child. We have an 8 year old and have been trying for number 2 for 7 years. We’re so excited to add to our family.
due date: unconfirmed but March 27 by my estimate
how you found out?
Just took a home pregnancy test after some spotting and sore boobs after googling about having two periods in one month. I SWEAR I got my period on cd32 (normal cycle length for me) about a week and a half ago, so I’m honestly very shocked. I’ll call OB to make an appointment tomorrow
tell us about yourself:
have an almost 5 year old daughter who will be ecstatic when we share the news.
extremely sore boobs, some tiredness, really nervous about the transition from 1 to 2
Due date: March 27, 2025
How you found out: I'm a solo mom (to-be) by choice and had my third IUI on July 2nd. I tested exactly 2 weeks later and when it was positive had a happy cry and then drove to my parents house, got big hugs and then my sister's house for more hugs. This baby is so very wanted and loved.
Tell us about yourself: (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?)
I have a 13 yr old little dog who is my favorite thing in the world.
Im 15.
Im scared. I am currently 5 weeks. i think
My last period was June 24th and now its hella late sooooo.
I feel like crap.
if you pushed with your first and then a c-section, having an elective is a zillion times better, my recovery was amazing and i didn’t have “double-duty damage”/recovery. 4 years later, my c-section scar is almost gone (until I do it again with this munchkin)
My due date is March 24 2025. The day before my dads birthday :)
I actually tested super early- two things tipped me off. I was laying in bed that morning and I came across a video of a spider and I thought it looked cute? I HATE spiders and something about that spider just made me cry it was so cute.
Second was the VERY next video I saw was a “psychic“ reading and the video started off with “you are pregnant or someone very close to you is”
I thought whattt no way- I took a test and BOOM at three weeks I tested positive.
