Good timing for this thread, just had my first OB appointment this morning! Baby was measuring a little over 11 weeks (a few days ahead of where I thought).
EDD August 15th but measuring a few days behind that. Finally got to see this LO for a bit. They kept moving around so it was tough to get a good view.
Just had my first OB and Ultrasound appointment on the 31st!
Little thing was wiggling and kicking in there, but we had a hard time getting a good picture due to positioning!
So excited to get genetic tests back and know the gender. This will be out tie breaker baby with older siblings- 8 & 6 years old. They are so excited, especially my daughter.
The tech wasn't able to capture it, or maybe she just missed seeing it when I did, but I saw an adorable facial profile. Could already tell LO is going to have the family nose.
Was tired of waiting on my doctors appointment, end up getting a sneak peak ultrasound today until then. So glad I did, surely gave me a peace of mind and brought everything into reality. Baby is even measuring ahead. 🤗 Felt good to finally see what is going on inside of me. 11 weeks… baby measuring 12 weeks
Are you a first time momma? I thought last week my bump wasn’t growing and then looked in the mirror the next day to find I was quite a bit bigger than I expected.
First time mom here - I felt like I finally “popped” around 17 weeks. It all really depends on your body, if your ultrasounds have been looking good, try not to worry too much. (Easier said than done, I know)
Hoping for a better profile shot of baby by next appointment. Baby was tucked into the placenta and hiding so they need a follow up for heart images. Those are feet on the bottom. 🥰
Anyone else not getting great pictures? I just had my 20 week scan and none of the pictures are great. Happened at my last scan too. It’s bothering me! I have to go back in 2 weeks for another because they couldn’t get everything they needed on my anatomy scan and I’m hoping to get a decent picture then.
Sometimes babies just don’t want to cooperate. It took them forever to try to get baby girl to reveal her spine and involved me laying in four different positions. I’m glad they eventually got it because I did not want to go back
20 week ultrasound for us! This one did show us what we needed to see. I have a marginal placenta previa so I'll still need another one in six weeks! Baby is super sweet and just taking it easy in there.
Here is Emaline at the anatomy scan today (thank goodness for an opening 4 weeks earlier than I was scheduled). All looks good. They want me back in 4 weeks as I guess she’s measuring 27th percentile which they said is normal but since I’ve also had the gastric sleeve in the past they want to make sure it’s all on track. Otherwise I’m measuring 24 weeks on track.
Do y’all get pictures at every ultrasound? I have to pay to get a dvd with all the pics on it so I won’t have any womb pics of this baby cause I’d rather not pay for them.
I've only gotten pictures at half of my visits so far, but it sounds like I'm going to be getting more next visit. I have only gotten a few each time, but I've not had to pay for them.
Re: Ultrasound Thread
I instantly thought "Oh. Yeah. There it is!"
11 weeks… baby measuring 12 weeks

this was from 2 days ago, 23w3d 👑🎀
The latest pictures of Spud. They kept opening and closing their mouth and wiggling out of the way the whole time.
