Due date: ~July 20th (not sure, haven’t had a blood test yet)
How you found out: Took a pregnancy test 2 days before period was due and got a faint line. Took another one yesterday and got a very obvious positive line.
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?): I’m 33, married with a 3 year old son and a cat. I work from home which makes life super easy. I’m an avid peloton bike rider; hoping I can maintain consistency through the pregnancy.
How are you feeling (any symptoms, Emotionally)?: I’m not feeling that many physical symptoms aside from some cramping here and there and a little fatigue (took 2 naps yesterday). Emotionally, I’m a mix of excited and nervous. Also, anxiously awaiting the potential nausea/fatigue that I had during the first trimester of my last pregnancy. My doc won’t be seeing me until the first week of Dec, so it’ll just be me and my thoughts til then lol
How you found out: We've been going through infertility with one loss 9/22. This cycle was assisted by femara, a trigger shot, progesterone, and estrogen. I've been testing daily since 7DPO and got my first faint at 10, which got progressively darker. Now I'm on blood verifications for the next 2 weeks until 6 week US.
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?): I’m 35. Married to a delightful man. We lost our two dogs this fall (2 months apart and unexpectedly for both) but have 4 cats. I work as an Admin in law enforcement, my DH makes soap. We're "cozy" activity people, video games, books, puzzles, crafts, that sort of thing.
How are you feeling (any symptoms, Emotionally)?: I'm incredibly nervous with how good I feel. I'm a little tired and a little snack-ish, but otherwise everything seems normal. I have anxiety as is, so I'm fretting about the potential of another loss after working so hard for our rainbow.
How you found out: I had some mild spotting a couple days ago that didn’t fill a tampon. I had implantation bleeding with my first two so I took a test today and lo and behold it’s positive.
Tell us about yourself? I have 9 and 7 year old boys. They are rowdy! I’m turning 37 in a couple weeks. We thought we were done having babies so this is going to make things a bit more interesting! I’m a healthcare professional with my own practice.
How are you feeling (any symptoms, Emotionally)? Honestly, I’m worried, but tentatively excited. I’m worried because I haven’t been taking any prenatal vitamins and I haven’t been taking care of my health as much as I would have if this were planned. I’m on some medications that I’ll need to stop. I went to two events in the past two weeks where I drank a LOT of alcohol so I’m concerned about those two occasions but what’s done is done and I guess we’ll have to wait and see. I’m 4 weeks today so hopeful that wouldn’t have made too big of an impact. I’ve had a headache for a week which makes a bit more sense now. I’m a little woozy in my tummy which makes sense because I had awful morning sickness with the first two.
Currently waiting to get a blood test to confirm. But three pregnancy sticks gave me a definite (although faint) line.
How you found out: pregnancy test this morning! I was so convinced this round wasn’t going to stick since it was our first month trying, and I couldn’t believe my eyes!! Had to take another test to confirm I wasn’t losing it.
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?):
I am 26 years old and have been married to my husband for a little over a year. We have two pups, a toy aussie and a mini aussie/corgi whom we love so much!! We own an excavation business and I’m still at my office job. We are big into snowmobiling!!
How are you feeling (any symptoms, Emotionally)
Emotionally I can’t believe it! Yesterday I was experiencing breast pain, but I honestly thought it was PMS. Other than that, no physical symptoms!! Just scheduled my first ultrasound in 4 weeks and I can’t believe it.
How you found out: has been a long long journey of trying. I have done two rounds of ovulation induction and was ready to start IVF in Jan. I found out through early testing because I didn't have the patience! I have had one blood test and going for a second tomorrow so that they can monitor my levels.
Tell us about yourself: I'm married and we have a border collie. I work as a business analyst in Melbourne, Australia
How are you feeling (any symptoms, Emotionally)? Emotionally, I am feeling really excited but also feel so much worry and stress. Just crossing everything to stay pregnant xx Physically, I actually feel pretty good. The fatigue sometimes hits me like a brick, but no sickness which I am grateful for!
Hey there future July mommas! I’m so excited to have a community to lean on as we venture through this journey and to tell people we are pregnant aside from our parents!
Due date: July 20
How you found out: week 3 I was feeling a little queasy and “off” so I decided to take a test the day before my expected period and to my surprise it was positive!
Tell us about yourself: my name is Kelly and I am a Dental Hygienist and I’m 34 years old. We don’t have any other children but do have a dog, Frankie. My husband and I love to travel, go to sporting events and being active.
How are you feeling?: after that first week I’ve been feeling just fine. I have the occasional cramps throughout the day but overall feeling excited!
How we found out: It was a week before my expected period and my husband could smell the hormones on my skin.
Some things about myself: My name is Human and I’m turning 33 soon. I’m non-binary (they/them pronouns) and not a mom therefore I feel weird posting in here since it specifically says it’s for moms. We lost our daughter at 40w5d during labor due to hospital negligence this year in April. Her name is Ximena and we carry her urn everywhere we go in a little bag shaped like a stegosaurus. My husband (he/him/they/them) and I are introverts and spend the majority of our time playing video games and watching tv shows.
How I am feeling: Definitely more anxious than our first pregnancy since the fear of losing baby is more predominant. I have sore breasts like my first pregnancy, but more nausea this time around.
Due date: July 19, according to this app. Won't have my 1st Dr appt till December 18, so that's the date I'm sticking with for now.
How you found out: my period didn't start, and I didn't feel good but couldn't explain how or why. So I took a test, and saw the good news 5 days ago!
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) My husband and I have been married for 11 months. Our 1 year wedding anniversary is in 2 weeks. I have a grey kitty, and I work from home, but I am also looking for a new job, so I'm hoping that won't change. I like to go hiking and activities that involve walking (like window shopping!). I was in a car accident last year and spent a long time recovering. I am finally feeling like I can start to get back to my pre-accident exercise, but I need to start slow, and now I don't know if this is the best time to do that.
How are you feeling (any symptoms, Emotionally)? I'm 41, will be 42 when baby is born, and this is my first pregnancy. I'm starting to get excited! I have wanted to be a mom for as long as I can remember, and it almost doesn't feel real yet. I have been having extreme fatigue, some constipation that thankfully went away, and I feel like I need to eat more often, so luckily it's all pretty mild so far!
Hi! I'm Rhenona, my due date is July 25. I found out after taking multiple at home test and then not working. I was extremely confused so I went to the doctor after my boyfriend went to work. This will be my first pregnancy and the little has 3 fuzzy siblings that are all super excited to meet him/her. I currently work at a vape store and I'm a full time college student as well. I think my first tell was definitely intense smells and nausea.
How you found out: I was at work and noticed that I had to pee way more than I usually do. Just felt off and trusted my instincts when I got home. It was the day before my period was due and I peed on the little stick and was shocked that the big plus sign was there! We have a vacation set the beginning of December so we will have to wait for the first appt until we get back. The wait is UNNERVING.
Tell us about yourself: I have an 11 yo daughter that will be 12 by the time her sibling comes. This is my DH’s first bio kid but he is an amazing step-dad to mine. We have a sweetheart Rottie that I only worry will try to lick the baby to death or steal toys 🤣 I have full time career, in grad school, and teach undergrad and trying to figure out how I am going to balance everything when I was barely doing it before.
How are you feeling? So excited and terrified at the same time. DH and I basically played roulette when my body kept rejecting my IUDs and I can’t take hormonal BC. After a couple of months we just didn’t think it was going to happen. I had a Chem a few months after first baby and so I’m scared to be excited. Also having a kid at 38 seemed scary but I see so many others in the same range and it makes me feel a lot better.
Back on The Bump after 11 years, I definitely did not see it in my cards.

Hi, I’m Chris. I’m 26 and this will be my 2nd baby.
How i found out: I haven’t been on BC for 6 months and we were tracking cycles so when i miss my period we instantly knew. I took 6 tests, i literally couldn’t believe it.
I have a 3 year old, 2 cats, and 1 dog. All boys. My husband is also 26 and works in the restaurant industry.
Emotionally: not doing well. I was not expecting another baby this soon and i have a lot of anxiety due to some PTSD i have from my first pregnancy. I can’t figure out if i’m excited or not. Please, no hate. Physically: I’m have no symptoms besides getting nauseous when i have a semi-empty stomach. I’ll probably gain about 100 lbs this time around.
Hello all! I'm a mama of 2 girls, 7 and 9, and jumping back on the merry go round at 37 (38 next month). My husband has always wanted to try for a boy, but jokes on him, I'm betting on another girl.
Due date: I almost don't qualify for July! July 31 estimated.
How you found out: I've been to this rodeo twice, so when the minor maybe symptoms popped up days after we ditched the condom, I figured we were in for it. Heartburn, weepy over dessert I didn't even want, peeing more, super sniffer, etc. Started obsessively testing every morning until it popped a faint pink line 6 days before my period was due. Tested several more times since to confirm.
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) Got my 2 girls, we have a pair of fuzzy boy kittens. I work with my husband for his IT company. We are a bunch of nerds in our house, so we play games and watch all the Fandom TV and movies together.
How are you feeling (any symptoms, Emotionally)? The fatigue is real, even this early! I slept a full night on Sunday, went back to sleep for 3 more hours mid morning, then took a 2 hour afternoon nap and went to bed more or less on time. Low belly cramping, moody and sensitive (way more than usual) and while morning sickness hasn't reared its ugly head yet, I wake up starving which drives me nuts because I've been pretty comfortable at 1 meal a day for a while and it's all messed up now.
Let's introduce ourselves here: Sarah, 36, first time pregnant.
Due date: July 25
How you found out: Kind of surprised how fast it happened. We had only been trying for two months. First month I based my ovulation off of a digital calendar, which was wrong. Second month I got ovulation test strips for more accuracy, and then BAM! Pregnant. Never really thought about having kids until this past year. Having an amazing partner really changed my mind and awakened that part of me. Everything is new to me and I am trying to read and learn as much as I can! I did work in daycares for a couple years during college and right after, so no problem with the basics. However, I want to learn as much as possible about the different things to expect while pregnant.
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) I have two Shiba Inus, play soccer (not too much longer!), love watching football and hockey, enjoy hardcore and punk music, reading, camping, and traveling. I just got engaged to my partner then found out we are pregnant!
How are you feeling (any symptoms, Emotionally)? I am feeling good about having a baby, I am just nervous about the pregnancy since I am 36 and it is my first time trying. Hoping I have a healthy pregnancy.
Just started week 5. I have sore breasts, fatigue, and had some brown spotting today.
Let's introduce ourselves here: Sarah, 36, first time pregnant
Due date: July 25 according to LMP
How you found out: Shockingly got pregnant two months into trying. First month I just used an online ovulation prediction calendar, which was off. Second month I got ovulation test strips for better accuracy and then ended up pregnant! I used a pregnancy test 3 days before my period was supposed to start. Happened to have an appointment for a physical at my normal doctor's a day later, who confirmed I was pregnant. First OBGYN appointment is Dec 14 at week 8.
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) I have two Shiba Inus, play soccer (for now), love watching NFL football and hockey, traveling, camping, reading, history, art, hardcore and punk music, and video games. Just got engaged right before I found out I was pregnant.
How are you feeling (any symptoms, Emotionally)? Nervous and excited. Until I met my supportive partner I never really envisioned having kids until the beginning of this year. Excited to have the baby, nervous about the pregnancy. I'm trying to do as much research as possible.
Physically I have had sore breasts and fatigue. Some light nausea. Just started week 5 and had some brown spotting today and very light cramping. thinking it's some old blood from the implanting?
How you found out: It happened so fast! We've only been trying since October. I'm pretty sure conception happened right before Halloween. Had unbelievably sore breasts the first weekend in November and took a test on Tuesday, 7th. Two bright lines immediately! I was pretty meh on kids for a long time, but warmed up to the idea as my husband expressed more interest to try. As soon as I saw I was pregnant I just fell in love. I am SO excited!
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?): Two cats, no other children. Husband and I have been married fifteen, together over nineteen, years. We met and started dating in high school. Now we live in a remote location working for the National Park Service; being pregnant in the woods over winter is gonna be interesting for sure! Love to write and craft and paint.
How are you feeling (any symptoms, Emotionally)? Not too much nausea yet, mostly low-grade nausea, but I've been chugging ginger water. Breasts still tender. Some sleeplessness, but I think that's because I'm thinking about so much now! I'm definitely more weepy, but not cross, in terms of emotional symptoms.
Like some others said, I've had some brown spotting and light cramping last week (week 5). Crossing my fingers it's just implantation bleeding. OB appointment coming up in a couple weeks!
The calculator indicates I'm due July 24. Im pretty sure of my ovulation date so i think thats going to be right. I don't see my Doctor for awhile yet as I'm in Canada.
This was our 8th cycle of ttc and i was certain we were out because i wasnt feeling anything. All week 3 I was symptom spotting and holding off taking a test. Finally my expected period day came and i broke and bought a test on my way home from work and it was postive. i cried my eyes out!
I'm 29, and this is my husband and my first baby. We have a large Shepherd dog and a rotating assortment of foster dogs come through our house.
Symtoms- i am so tired. my boobs have never been so angry, and workouts have gotten more challenging.
I’m 30 and just found out yesterday randomly! I have PCOS, never thinking I’d get pregnant. My boyfriend and I just bought our first home 3 months ago with our 2 dogs. I bought an ovulation tracking kit and it was delivered yesterday so I wanted to test the strips to see the colors I should see and I tested it side by side with a pregnancy strip and was shocked. Took 9 more digital, blue dye, pink dye, etc and all positive! I go December 4th for my first appointment but the fear of being pregnant with PCOS is scaring me. This is a dream come true.
Good morning all- sneaking in right under the wire for this BMB!
Due date: 7/30/24
How you found out: Period was 4 days late and I'd been having cramps so just waiting for AF to start. However my apple health app was barking at me "did your period start yet??" and then I just figured I might as well test, dug out an old expired Wondfo and had 2 lines immediately. Confirmed with a non-expired test after that. It has been almost 2 years and TBH I'd sort of given up hope and figured we'd have to decide soon if we wanted to seek consultation or just continue to expectantly manage so I was pretty shocked!
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) Two girls age 6.5 and 3.5 I was team green with both of them and am very conflicted about being team green this go around. I want to know more than I did with the previous but similarly don't want to treat this pregnancy any differently. I work in the medical field and actually just left a toxic job and then finally conceived the cycle after that, so go figure. One thing different this go around is that I actually have a horse and am a competitive rider so having to shelve that at some point in pregnancy is a bit depressing, but it will only be for a limited time.
How are you feeling (any symptoms, Emotionally)? Super gassy and more cramps than I remember previously. I'm AMA this time so risks of loss are higher, but taking one day at a time.
Me: 36 DH: 37 Married May 2013
TTC #1: April 2016 (Mirena removed March 2016 after 2.5 years)a BFP #1: 10/14/16 - DD born 6/2017 TTC #2 November 2018 (Mirena removed October 2018 after 1 year) BFP #2 9/11/19 - EDD 5/24/20 - DD born 5/2020 TTC #3 May 2022 (Mirena removed after almost 2 years) BFP #3 11/24/23 - EDD 7/30/24
How you found out: Been TTC for 2.5 years, had an IVF egg retrieval in June and finally got to transfer a male euploid frozen embryo November 6th! Found out it actually worked November 16th by testing at home, then confirmed with a blood test the next day.
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?): I’m 31, married with an adopted 13-year-old son who came to us through foster care 3 years ago. I’m a high school math teacher!
How are you feeling (any symptoms, Emotionally)?: Sore boobs, lots of little pulling cramps, my digestive system is alllll thrown off
I am 43 years old. Never expected to get pregnant. Always wished we had another kid. Due date according to missed period is July 24, 2024. I am a SAHM to a sweet 10 year old and a naughty 2 year old schnauzer. I found out I am pregnant 5 weeks ago. No specific symptoms of pregnancy other than some tiredness. Kind of worried as I had a lot of morning sickness with my first. Scheduled for an ultrasound in 2 weeks. Hoping for the best.
Due date: between my LMP and my IUI I'm somewhere in the July 21-24 range
How you found out: I had been doing fertility treatments and was on my 3rd round of IUI. I knew I was supposed to go in for blood tests at the clinic to check if it took, but that night I was having some strange twinges in my sides so I decided to test at home. I ended up doing 3 tests because after 26 months of trying it was so surreal to see those BFP
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) My husband and I have been married for 7 years, we have a 6 year old boy together, and a black cat named Loki. I work for our local city government in youth employment services and love what I do. I am an avid reader (currently at 50 books for the year and wrapping up the Popsugar Reading Challenge 2023) and like romances and thrillers. During the pandemic I learned calligraphy and turned that into a side biz
How are you feeling (any symptoms, Emotionally)? My symptoms this time around are nothing like with my son! I've been feeling really warm, almost like I've got a slight fever but my temp is holding steady around 99.3 which doesn't help at night because I'm waking up to pee and then notice how hot it is and can't fall back asleep. I've also had a pretty good appetite which is a welcome change from the 22 weeks of nausea and vomiting I had with my first
2nd time mom here haven’t even had my first apt yet (going tomorrow at 9 weeks exactly, assuming an early July baby). Found out because I was tracking my cycle meticulously and had a missed period! We were trying.
Im 33, married, son is almost 17 months (he’s also a July baby!!!) and first trimester is kicking my butt. Way worse than last time lol. So….mamas tired!
I’m hopping over from August group. I’m either due end on July or early Aug, cycle isn’t regular and we were not trying so we aren’t completely sure. My first appointment isn’t until Jan since my OB is booked.
I have a 1.5 year old, I’m 26, and we are nervously excited to meet baby #2! I had my son early, so I may go into preterm labor with this baby as well which would definitely be in July (hopefully) at the earliest!
I am a teacher, I love my job and my all my “babies.” I am nervous about being on leave at the beginning of a new school year!
As far as symptoms, if I wasn’t peeing on a stick to remind myself I’m pregnant I wouldn’t know! With my son I was sick before I ever took a test (and the whole 9 months) so this is strange!
Hello to all these mommas! My name is Markee, and I actually found out the day before my birthday…. So I found out October 20th. I recently miscarried, and got pregnant again right away! My due date is July 1st, as my doctor told me. This is my first child ever, and we are just so excited! I’m an elementary teacher, and my husband is a roofer. We have one golden retriever, and he’s our whole life! I’m excited to see how he will be with baby. I’m jealous reading all these posts not seeing a lot of people are nauseous. I have been extremely sick and throwing up about everyday. I ended up throwing up blood and had to go to the emergency room because of it! I’m doing a little better now, but hoping by second trimester I’m much better… only three more weeks to go! I’ve been nauseous, tired, and certain smells/foods are sending me over the edge 🤢 It’s definitely been rough, but I know it’s all worth it!
Prayers for you! I was so sick with my son. I ended up needing to take Zofran twice a day and Reglen before each meal because my sugar was dropping from not holding down any food! I hope you find relief in the second trimester. Try eating a few crackers before getting out of bed, and snacking small throughout the day, that helped me a little in the early days last time! And unisom for night time nausea!
Hi everyone :) My name is Makenzie and I found out I was expecting just last week. My period was a few days late and it’s usually super consistent so I took a test and it was positive! I may have taken many tests since then and all positive as well. Due date for now is July 30th! That could change after my first appointment.
My husband and I just got married a couple months ago so this was a little unexpected but we are super excited! I am 25 years old and I’m a social worker at a psychiatric hospital for adults. My husband is 27 years old and is a banker. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats and enjoy spending the majority of our time with them going to the park or for walks or just lounging at home.
I’m feeling pretty good so far! I’ve had some cramping and I’ve been super tired the last couple days. Very much looking forward to this experience, just taking it one day at a time.
Hello! EDD is end of July. Hubby and I decided to stop trying a few months back and I stopped tracking my cycle. Last week I was having nausea and breast tenderness ... and couldn't recall when my LMP was. Eep! 41yo ... here we go.
I've been married 14 years. Worked in international health for a number of years, now in healthcare. Live on a hobby farm with all sorts of animals. Love trekking/traveling. In fact, I have plans to trek the Shikoku Trail in Japan Nov/Dec 2024 (I can do that with a 4mo, right?!). @atravelingmama (we've got this!)
How are you feeling: both shocked and calm (meditation and perspective help)
Hi! I'm Katherine (38) and I am due July 20th. This is my first pregnancy. ♥️
My partner and I were TTC, but just barely -- we started in the middle of October, so this was basically a first try situation. I think I took the home pregnancy test on 11/16, because my partner was insistent that I was pregnant based on breast size (he was right, obviously). We're a little shocked by how quickly we conceived, so still trying to get over that. I had previously had trouble with unexplained heavy bleeding in the summer, so there were questions about whether or not I had a polyp and might need a procedure to conceive. I think that's probably why I expected it would take a while. It all doesn't feel real yet! I already had my first doctor's appointment and ultrasound -- there was a heartbeat and everything looked good, despite me having had some dark brown spotting and cramping.
I am a dual certified nurse practitioner currently working in cystic fibrosis and my partner is a computer programmer. We have three dogs! but no children. I enjoy reading and yoga and playing D&D. I used to be more physically active, so that's something I'm going to be really working on during pregnancy. So far it's a little hard because I've mostly just been extremely fatigued and nauseated all of the time. Breast soreness seems to be kind of up and down for me.
We're not planning on telling people until after the first trimester & genetic testing are done. Happy to be here! And congratulations everyone
Hey all! I’m actually due Aug 9th, but am feeling like I may have a July baby so I figured I’d say hello here too.
I have 2 kids. 11 and 9. Married to hubs for 14 years now. I’m 37 tomorrow.
We had been tracking and trying for 5 months or so and so I knew very early that I was pregnant.
We have 3 cats (one of them is an a hole but I love him so much but he pees on things) and a standard labradoodle doggo.
We just recently moved in with my in-laws to a house that has a separate suite area for them and we’re very happy. Happy to have extra help for them and for us.
Feeling some morning sickness and exhaustion and sore bewbs and cravings and the need to pee constantly. This will be our last baby so I’m excited to savor every moment.
Hello! I was originally in the June moms but my dates just been changed from June 25th to July 1st!
Due date: July 1st
How you found out: my period was late and we had been trying so I took a test around week 5. Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) my husband and I are very excited. We are both teachers in Spain, though I’m originally from Massachusetts. I love warm weather, the beach, snowboarding (not now of course) and animals.
How are you feeling (any symptoms, Emotionally)? Weeks 5-9 were really rough but much better now. A bit emotional, some nausea here and there and headaches.
Congrats to all the mamas to be on this thread! My due date is July 9! This is my first pregnancy and just completed our first ultrasound, which was incredibly exciting! We saw our little babes wiggling around and learned we’re several days ahead of schedule but they won’t change our due date.
All results from the ultrasound came back normal, except I have a heart shaped uterus, which I was told it’s nothing to worry about. Next week I have an appointment for genetic and carrier testing. I’ve been fortunate to not have been very sick. Beyond some stomach pains/cramps, fatigue, and tender breasts, I’ve felt pretty good over all.
My husband and I have been together for 10 years; married for 6 and we’re looking forward to this new chapter in life! I work remote for an Ivy League college but have to travel to NYC from time to time. This past year has been really busy; lots of firsts in life (this being a major event and milestone 🥰). Looking forward to 2024 and welcoming our little one into this world.
How you found out: decided to do an at home test 2 days before thanksgiving
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) I have 2 kids (daughter 5, son 2) with my husband. I’m 35, and a little bit apprehensive about becoming sleep deprived again. My 2 year old JUST started sleeping through the night.
How are you feeling (any symptoms, Emotionally)? I’m starting to get excited. Previously I was very 50/50 about having another baby. As I said above, my 2 year old really dragged on my sleep deprivation. It’s still a little surreal to do it all again and how to juggle 3 kids?! Physically I’ve had it easy so far.
Due date: 7/24 - I’m 10 weeks today. Ultrasound this morning was good with a strong heartbeat and baby was moving a ton.
How you found out: I thought I was getting a head cold or something and tested just to be sure - it was about 4 days before I expected my period. This was our first time trying which was such a shock! I had cervical cancer in 2019 and I’ve had two cold-knife-cone and 2 LEEP procedures. We thought maybe the scar tissue would be an issue but apparently not. This is my first pregnancy.
Tell us about yourself: Hubs and I are both geologists! I’m hopefully finishing up my PhD this spring before baby - fingers crossed! lol We have three fur babies, 13, 12, and 4.5.
How are you feeling? The dreams have been so insane!! The nausea is also pretty gnarly but the unisom and B6 is helping a lot. I’m also craving red meat.
Due date: Aug 2nd, figured I’d join this group as I’ve had my previous babies 29-38 weeks. 9 weeks today. My last birth I had a window rupture so I might possibly have a scheduled C-section at 36 weeks which would put me around early July.
How you found out: Thought I might have been pregnant the previous month, had a weird period to follow. I got nauseous, sore breasts and nightly migraines so I took a test 9 days before my period. It was positive. I’ve had 2 scans and my dates are on point for Aug 2nd though.
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) I’m a Hospice RN and I actually do sales. I’m 32, my partner is 34. This is his 1st and my 5th. I have 4 daughters, age 6-12 with my ex husband. This is actually my 7th pregnancy.
How are you feeling (any symptoms, Emotionally)? Sick! Tired. Excited.
Re: Introductions!
Due date: end of July
Due date: 20 July 2024
How you found out: has been a long long journey of trying. I have done two rounds of ovulation induction and was ready to start IVF in Jan. I found out through early testing because I didn't have the patience! I have had one blood test and going for a second tomorrow so that they can monitor my levels.
Tell us about yourself: I'm married and we have a border collie. I work as a business analyst in Melbourne, Australia
How are you feeling (any symptoms, Emotionally)? Emotionally, I am feeling really excited but also feel so much worry and stress. Just crossing everything to stay pregnant xx
Physically, I actually feel pretty good.
July 18th, 2024
How we found out:
It was a week before my expected period and my husband could smell the hormones on my skin.
Some things about myself:
My name is Human and I’m turning 33 soon.
How I am feeling:
Definitely more anxious than our first pregnancy since the fear of losing baby is more predominant. I have sore breasts like my first pregnancy, but more nausea this time around.
Due date: July 20th!
Just so excited to go on this journey!
Married May 2013
BFP #1: 10/14/16 - DD born 6/2017
TTC #2 November 2018 (Mirena removed October 2018 after 1 year)
BFP #2 9/11/19 - EDD 5/24/20 - DD born 5/2020
TTC #3 May 2022 (Mirena removed after almost 2 years)
BFP #3 11/24/23 - EDD 7/30/24
How you found out: Been TTC for 2.5 years, had an IVF egg retrieval in June and finally got to transfer a male euploid frozen embryo November 6th! Found out it actually worked November 16th by testing at home, then confirmed with a blood test the next day.
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?): I’m 31, married with an adopted 13-year-old son who came to us through foster care 3 years ago. I’m a high school math teacher!
How are you feeling (any symptoms, Emotionally)?: Sore boobs, lots of little pulling cramps, my digestive system is alllll thrown off
Due date: between my LMP and my IUI I'm somewhere in the July 21-24 range
Married: 11/12/16
BFP: 02/09/17
FTM | EDD: 10/13/17
2nd time mom here haven’t even had my first apt yet (going tomorrow at 9 weeks exactly, assuming an early July baby). Found out because I was tracking my cycle meticulously and had a missed period! We were trying.
Im 33, married, son is almost 17 months (he’s also a July baby!!!) and first trimester is kicking my butt. Way worse than last time lol. So….mamas tired!
I have a 1.5 year old, I’m 26, and we are nervously excited to meet baby #2! I had my son early, so I may go into preterm labor with this baby as well which would definitely be in July (hopefully) at the earliest!
As far as symptoms, if I wasn’t peeing on a stick to remind myself I’m pregnant I wouldn’t know! With my son I was sick before I ever took a test (and the whole 9 months) so this is strange!
Due date: 7/23
How you found out: decided to do an at home test 2 days before thanksgiving
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?)
I have 2 kids (daughter 5, son 2) with my husband.
Sick! Tired. Excited.
