Here’s our little Squirt! 12w on the dot yesterday. I was diagnosed with a subchorionic hemorrhage which I guess will resolve itself. Thrilled to see that we’re actually looking like an infant!!
Had a private ultrasound today at 15+1 and we’re having baby boy #3!!! I’m so excited, we have everything and I love being a boy mom! He even waved at us during our ultrasound!

Had my anatomy scan done on Monday! They couldn’t get a good shot of baby’s face. Baby was moving around like crazy. I’ve done 5 anatomy scans before (both of my kids required me to go back for more imaging) - and I’ve never seen a baby move like this. It was wild to see! The tech was really sweet and wrote notes on the images for my kids and DH who couldn’t attend.
Third kid: Due 11/6 Second kid: Dec 2021 First kid: Sept 2019
My sweet baby did not sit still AT ALL the entire scan. I felt so bad as the ultrasound tech was training someone and the trainee had such a hard time with my baby 😂 but anyway, here’s my sweet and very active baby boy!!!!
Big yawn, little girl! 20 weeks + 1 day (last Thursday) Estimated about 9 ounces, measuring about a week and a half behind after being right on track earlier in the pregnancy. Placental insufficiency, absent end-diastolic flow, growth restriction... but she was very active during the scan and that is very positive. We'll be doing another scan at 23 weeks and we'll see where we go from there.
Holy cow guys! It’s a girl! Just found out today. We are STUNNED! I think we both just had it in our heads that it was a boy and it is not and that’s weird but - baby looks healthy and well!!!
Got some amazing news at our followup ultrasound -- I'll post more in the check-in thread. But for now, here's baby girl yesterday at 23 weeks + 1 day.
While I go in for ultrasound twice a week, I don’t often get good images of baby because that’s not the point of the BPP’s and growth scans. But the ultrasound tech I had yesterday did try to get some 3-D shots. Baby girl did not cooperate as she kept tucking her chin and putting her arms in front of her face. 😂 However, I did get a perfect little side profile picture of her.
