@etnyah I always felt so uncomfortable when people would comment on how quickly I lost weight after I had my son. I had PPD and anxiety attacks/general anxiety to the point I felt nauseous all the time. I was not taking care of myself physically or mentally but the only thing people noticed was my weight.
@iiirene I feel that 100%. Complements on how I looked and questions about how baby was doing, but never about how I was doing. I didn’t realize how invisible mom becomes after birth and I make a point of checking in on friends after having a baby, not just ask about their babies.
