As a teacher I am super picky about names so my husband and I have been talking about them for years now. We found out we are having a baby boy a couple of weeks ago and (unless something changes) we are going with Elias!
Yes, I feel the same! We are having our second boy and it was SO hard picking the name. My first was Cooper (13 years ago) and I had, had that name picked out for years prior. This go around we decide on Jack strong and classic 💙
Found out little one is a boy and we're decided on Orren Nathaniel. • I love a double letter (when appropriate) and after losing our first (Rowan Isaac at 24w last December) we found Nathaniel meaning "God has given" to be perfect. • Also we love the parallels of Orren (ash/pine tree) and Rowan (mountain-ash).
thinking Beatrix(Bea) Marguerite (Margo) Guenivere (Ginny) Lillian (Lily) Charlotte (Charlie) Cordelia (Delia) Juliette (Jule) middle name Grace - last same starts with S.
Finally narrowing down some names. Funny to me that we had it all picked out for a boy and we're having another girl lol Shaynn
Glynn
Brynn
Raenn
Dawnn
Fernn
If we're going to 2 syllables I kind of like Ashlynn

I think we have decided officially on Matilda nn Tilly. Middle name tbd. I like Matilda June but my husband doesn’t 😒 he likes Matilda Rose and I’m ok with that too.
We are completely stuck. This is our first child together, but our 4th child (blended family). Both of my kids have a version of Daniel as their middle names. Husband really wants Blaine in the name somewhere as it's a family name for him and he had no say in his daughters name (one night stand kid he didn't find out about until her mom wanted money).
My concern w/ Blaine as first name is our last name is Jacoby and I can already hear all the BJ jokes haunting hid childhood. I also don't love Danile as a first name b/c its my dad's name, and he's still living and I just feel weird about that.
All weird feelings aside, our thinking currently is: Blaine Daniel Jacoby Blaine Daniels Jacoby Daniel Blaine Jacoby (Or some weird version of Daniel as first name here)
For what it is worth: @mflowers929 I really like Brynn. Or Ashlynn (if going two syllables) @Gingermom15 I prefer Matilda Rose. I’m just imagining if you called her by her nn and included her middle name that Tilly Rose rolls off the tongue a little better than Tilly June. But both are cute!
@themrsjacoby I like Blaine Daniels the best! I like how unique but also family oriented the name is!
@beach2mtns2desert I’m pretty indifferent to the middle name personally, I like them both so we will probably go with Rose since that is my husbands preference. Our daughter is Amelia Ruth, we call her Millie and my only concern is that Millie Ruth and Tilly Rose are too cutesy together? I’m not mad about it though
@mflowers929 my sister’s name is Ashlyn! Not a very common name
we are liking the name Nora for a girl and Caleb (my DH would want Kaleb though… we’ll see) for a boy. We also just came across Arlie today and we both love it! I pictured Arlie for a girl but my DH thought it would be good for a boy
if it’s a girl the middle name would be Lyn (my moms middle name and also a piece of my sister Ashlyn) If it’s a boy the middle name would be James, same as DH’s mn
@Gingermom15 I actually lie how cutesy the names are together! It makes me like it even more now!
@littlemarshmallow I have never heard of Arlie before. So unique!! I think it could be either boy or girl!!
I think we are set on Adalynn Mae. The middle name has to be Mae because it is passed down in my family. I originally liked Madilyn Mae but then I came across Adalynn and think I like that a little better. Still now set in stone but I feel like that is most likely what we will name her as my husband already refers to her as Addy.
My dad died in October, and if it wasn’t for my inheritance, I would not have been able to pay for IVF to have my current baby. So, I’m going to honor my dad with the middle name Michael.
Judah means praise, and I have always loved that name.
I stayed up last night until hubby got home and we decided on Ashlynn Sarah it sounds more normal compared to our other two, but it's the one we both like best lol

@Ashley8201 I really like both names but I think I am leaning towards Ellie. Good luck deciding… maybe when you see her you will know which name fits better.
