Had our first official OB appointment today! Baby still has a strong heartbeat and was a bouncy little thing! It’s crazy how much they grow in three weeks!
I had my first US today, and we officially have a healthy heartbeat! But she couldn't get the best view for measurements so I have to go back in 3 weeks for an official dating scan. Right now she said she thinks I'm 8w1d, not 9w3d, which I expected because I ovulated so late. Now I just have to be patient and wait for the next scan lol.
First midwife appt was today! Baby looked great and got to see the heartbeat flickering away. This is from a screenshot from the video she took from the handheld ultrasound device on her phone so not the best quality but I'm just happy to confirmation that baby is good in there. Due date is officially 3/20/23❤️

@auriculatus ahh so exciting! I haven't made it to my due date yet but so far they keep staying put for longer and longer. My sister is hoping for this one to come on St. Patrick's day which is also her birthday!

Finally had my first appointment today! Im officially 10 weeks with a EDD of 3/14 which is my DS birthday 🥳 I’ve never gone actually to the due date before but who knows with this one.
8w5d!!! Got bumped up one day for my due date! Due March 23rd! So happy I got to see my little peanut today! Heartbeat was 181bpm. I cried almost the whole time, my husband looked like he was in shock but was smiling!
We finally has our first appt today. Everything looks good and measuring one day off from my EDD, March 24th, so they just kept that one. We didn't get to hear heartbeat (I didn't realize they stopped doing that at first appt?) but got to see it. 176! Our LO looks like a gummy bear! Our nickname is sweet pea, but might change to gummy bear now. ☺️
Went in for my second appt today and got to see the baby dancing about! Honestly wish I could have had a video of it 😄 I’ll be 12 weeks tomorrow and it feels really good to be nearing the end of the first trimester.
@cheznet they do look like gummy bears! Yea my ob played the heartbeat for about a second during our first visit and said I’ll only do this real quick. Curious why it’s a no-no now.
Had my first prenatal appointment this morning. We have a very wiggly little bean measuring exactly on track to the day,with a heartbeat of 168 ❤️ I got a little 30 second clip of the baby moving around for DH since he couldn't go to the appointment and I've been watching it all day long.

@auriculatus it was honestly the most clear ultrasound I've ever had! My 3 year old's 10 week ultrasound just looks like a blob compared to this one. I was in awe

Measuring 9w4d due March 19, 2023! So relieved to see our baby is healthy. We could see the heart beating but they didn’t have any sound on. Forgot to ask what the heart rate was. Doc said our baby was probably sucking its thumb. Can’t believe how cute our baby is already!
Is there anyone else that is still waiting for their first ultrasound? I know I can’t be the only one. Finally going on Thursday (at 10.5 wks) but it’s still so far!
@disneybaby23 I'm still waiting on my first "official" one on Tuesday. I'll be 9+3. Did the boutique one a couple weeks ago cause I couldn't wait lol 10.5 wks is a long wait!!
@gravcass I tried to find a boutique one by me because I caved a few weeks ago but no one would do one until 18 weeks for gender reveal. Congrats on getting your official one this week!
Hello all mom's. I am a new mom. I'm 11 weeks and 2 days so far. I had a bit of scare so had ultrasound early at 10 weeks to check on baby. Apparently bleeding and spotting is normal, but I still was worried. Thankfully baby is doing great. This was the clearest ultrasound I ever saw at 10 weeks. LOL. I'm due March 12th, 2023! Cannot wait!
@saylavibaby2023 - You might want to crop your ultrasound picture, as when everything is left in, anyone on the internet can read your personal information such as your full name, DOB, and the facility that you had the scan at.
Saw little one on Tuesday. Doing great and was measuring 4 days ahead (9+ 6) but they are going to keep my due date the same which I'm Happy about since I'm almost certain I'll go over.
Finally got our ultrasound! Measuring 10 weeks. We’re keeping the due date of 3/21. Got to hear the heartbeat for a minute. It was so exciting. I got the perfect view of my husband seeing baby for the first time - core memory etched in my brain forever.
First scan was at 6 weeks according to LMP, 6w+2 according to IUI, yet measured 5w+6 with 114 fhr. Two weeks later, measured 8w+3 166 fhr. Another two weeks later, measured 10w+3 with 169 fhr. Had a MMC back in February so the healthy heartbeat and growth rate has been a big relief to us!!! This will be our very first. My REI was kind enough to give me the 10 week scan since my OB couldn’t see me until after 13 weeks and with my history we have been so nervous. Finally graduated from my REI! But how do I post the picture??
12w2d, we’re due March 7th! First pregnancy and I’m so excited and ready to feel this little babe moving in there! Baby was dancing all over and it made my heart flood with love watching it ❤️❤️
This is from my NT on Thursday. I went in thinking I was at 13 weeks, but they said that, after averaging my measurements, I looked like I was at 13 weeks 2 days instead, moving my due date from March 2 to February 28! I know that FTMs tend to give birth five days past their due date, though, so I'm sure this will still be a March baby. Still haven't received the report, but this is a screenshot from a video my husband took. You can see the nasal bone (plus a few others).
We used this pic to announce to my parents (long-distance) today! On top of their general shock, they were shocked by how big it looks. I know it looks huge! It's just zoomed in, I guess I think I might be the furthest along in this group?? Can't wait to see everyone else's scans at this point too.
@missmuisq I'm so glad you posted your US! My due date is actually Feb 27 (also thought it would be March 2) and I haven't been able to see baby since our US at week 9, so seeing yours gives me a bit of a peek into what our baby may look like right now 🥰
I absolutely love looking at all of the ultrasound pics and reading what you all are sharing as well. It has encouraged me to want to open up and share. My husband and I tried to conceive for 2 years. I know there are people who try for longer and my heart aches for them. I think any amount of time waiting for this feels like an eternity. We conceived and lost in June of 2022. Found out we are pregnant again august 8th 2022. First US august 26th. Baby is now 9 weeks 4 days as of today. Heartbeat was 180 at the time of US. So far so good! Just what we prayed for, and I couldn’t be more thankful to God for it all.
