My first ultrasound isn’t until week 11! I was told this was normal by the OBGYN office. EDD 1/31/23. I want to get one done asap now seeing how soon some of you are but I don’t think I can just ask and have it happen
Thought I changed my knottie name. Sorry about that. I’ll try again!
First ultrasound at 8 weeks 0 days on June 1st, go back on the 30th for check up. Due date is between Jan 9 and 11th. Husband and I are both Christmas babies (him Christmas day, me the 27th) so we are suspecting we might be adding another Christmas kid to the family!

We are bringing up the caboose of the BMB. I'm due on the 28th and it is so hard waiting for my ultrasound. I have to wait until 10-12 weeks for my 1st ultrasound so it won't be until July
No pic, but I had an ultrasound today and got to see the little squish dancing/kicking around! It was only supposed to be a heartbeat appointment, but they couldn't find it using the Doppler (which was super stressful) so they did an ultrasound instead. The baby was just hiding So incredibly relieved!
Had our first appointment yesterday and we got to see baby and heard heart beat. Very strong heart beat at 176. We are just so excited. We get to have another ultrasound on July 20th, so can't wait. I'm 9 weeks and 2 days. Due January 24, 2023.
First ultrasound yesterday! Baby measured 8w5d. HR 176, didn’t get to hear it but absolutely loved seeing the flutters on the screen 🥰 definitely put my mind at ease.
12w1d and baby is doing great! Tons of movement and rolling side to side. Both Dad-to-be and I are feeling very happy and at ease knowing things are going well.
I had my first ultrasound at 9 weeks 1, last Monday, the 20th. Unfortunately they didnt print any pictures but i recorded it for my daughter thankfully. I feel like I'm crazy because it looks like 2 sacs to me but the doctor didn't say anything. Hopefully I will find out for sure at the next appointment. She did said we will be running all the test and we can find out the gender which is super exciting. So I'm just anxiously awaiting the 18th!
Had our NT scan today at 13w2d and fortunately everything looks great! HR is 146, she’s measuring 7cm head to rump. It was so cool to see how much she’s grown in the last 4 weeks. We got to see her kidneys, bladder, and hands & feet stretch! Also confirmed, she’s definitely a girl!
Already sucking on his/her hand! 12w2d today. Baby was asleep so they had to poke and prod to get it to wiggle around 😂 then it was moving it’s arms like crazy. It actually looks like a baby this time ❤️
I went into my appointment on Wednesday thinking I was 12w2d, but they changed my due date based off my ER ultrasound and I was instead 12w4d. Both babies were measuring 13w1d, 4 days ahead based on my new due date.
12 week nuchal ultrasound! Everything looks healthy and NIPT clear. Baby girl on the way. ❤️
Does anyone know if there is a routine ultrasound between 12 and 20 weeks for 35+ pregnant people in US? Mixed answers online and not seeing my Dr until 14 weeks.
@rtz123 I had the nuchal ultrasound two weeks ago, then there is the anatomy scan that would be scheduled between 18 & 22 weeks. I am having mine at 18 weeks on August 1st.
@crossd2008 so excited to see another mom-to-be expecting twins. I am currently 10wks and 4 days pregnant with twins!
Curious, did your OB mention when the benchmark was for finding out what kind of twins you have? This is my first pregnancy so this whole journey has been a learning experience for me 🥴
This was at my 8 week ultrasound, I am currently 12 going on 13 weeks pregnant this Saturday. 💕 I think this baby is a girl, I already have two sons. Heart rate her was 174 bpm.
Not sure yet, but I do know they each have their own amniotic sac and placenta that is starting to form. Waiting to hear more about what kind they are.
@knottie8721d05da09b531e we are fairly certain that mine are fraternal because we did IVF and put 2 blasts in. I know in a regular pregnancy they look to see if there are 2 corpus luteums via ultrasound early on in gestation, the NIPT (Natera Panorama) is supposed to be able to tell the type of twins and the last way that I know of is waiting to see. Those are the 3 ways that I know of.
My girl looked like a turkey today at 11w4d. But she measured one day ahead, had a great HB and was kicking. Will have NT some time in the next two weeks.
Had my NT ultrasound today at 12w, 4d, the tech said everything looked okay but I can't shake my anxiety. Hopefully the bloodwork will calm it. Debating paying for NIPT as well just to feel at ease 😬
Hi all! This is my most recent ultrasound at 12 weeks & 3 days. We aren’t sure the gender yet, hoping to know on the 12th of this month. This is my rainbow baby and we are just praying everything continues to go smoothly.
Little baby was super wiggly. Looking healthy and happy though which is always a relief! No gender determined today because baby was way too wiggly lol so we are stuck waiting until the end of august to know for sure! My placenta is anterior this time which will be different because my son was posterior and I felt ALL the movement!
Lil potato was suuuper wiggly for our 12w look yesterday. It’s so much fun to see them dancing around in there, husband and I got a good laugh watching. I think it made things more real for him, too. Going in later this week for blood work and nipt, hoping to know gender soon.
Latest ultrasound at 12 weeks, currently 13w3d. They changed my due date to 1/18 since he's measuring big! They keep saying everything looks great, but I can't stop worrying (I've had 3 miscarriages, so it's almost like I'm just waiting for bad news). Wondering when I'll feel "safe"...
