I got my first scan this morning at 5 weeks 6 days, due to previous ectopic. Baby is where it's suppose to be and has a heartbeat of 98 bpm. We couldn't hear it yet, but it was very obviously "fluttering". The tech said it probably just started beating within the last few days. I'm measuring one day behind, but they were not concerned. I know that this picture is really hard to make out, but I wanted to post out of excitement! I can't wait to see everyone else's! ❤️❤️❤️

First ultrasound was yesterday at 6 weeks 0 days. Babies are measuring right on, both had heartbeats that we could see but not hear! Feeling more optimistic about this pregnancy! It's TWINS! My RE has us going back tomorrow to keep a close eye!

Thought I was 8w2d based on LMP, but i knew I had ovulated late since the test took an extra week to turn positive Ultrasound showed 7w0d. 1.03 cm and HR 143bpm 😊

Does this look like twins to any of you?? She said she didn’t “think” it was another one but also couldn’t get a closer look to be sure since I was only 6 weeks. This is my 3rd and I’ve never had another blob so just curious what y’all think!

Measuring 6w6d or 7w1d, lol. Either way, right on track. 131 BMP and 1.03cm. Next appointment will be in a month-ish. And man oh man, this eased many of my concerns, worries, and "what ifs". 💕

Hi! 6W2D today. I had my first US. The bottom picture was via abdominal US and the top pic is the transvaginal US. I have a follow up US next Thursday when I’m 7weeks so hoping to see more but interested to know what anyone thinks about the two spots on the second photo? The US tech was interested in that and trying to get a better view but we couldn’t see two unless we used the abdominal? I’m just happy to see something on there honestly.

Ahhh there’s a baby there this time! Tiny little blob with a heartbeat! I cried I was so relieved. IVF is so much work. My IPs were over the moon when I called to tell them after. This is at 6w5d.

First TV US. Measuring right at 5 wks. Super early due to previous ectopic. Doc was just happy we could see the sac so early. My hcg was just around 1000 so again, impressed and happy that we saw it implanted where it should be. I’ll go back in about 2 weeks from this US to hopefully see it’s strong and growing! Just so thankful it’s not another ectopic.

Had my 2nd ultra sound today. Had a quick one right at 6 weeks due to go to urgent care for nausea. My little one is already stubborn like both parents (kept curling into fetal position which made it harder for the doc to measure) but baby is doing great. Heart beat was 180 bpm. They estimated my due date for Jan 1st!

First ultrasound today. Measured right at 7 weeks,  a couple of days ahead of what I guessed. EDD is Jan 10. 

She told me it was too early to hear the heartbeat (not sure why I know I have heard the heartbeat this early in previous pregnancies) but told me it was 127 bpm. 

Also got the referral I wanted to see an MFM due to my history. Will see them for the first time and have my next OB appt both around 12 weeks.

Got to see the little blob and its heartbeat today! 🙌 Trying not to read too much into the measurements (2 days behind at 6w1d) because they weren’t worried. Heart rate was 126 bpm. Staying cautiously optimistic!

Saw the sac at 6 weeks but no flutter, I was told it’s too early. I might have been only 5 weeks and 5 days. It definitely had me worried but the tech didn’t seem concerned and neither did the doctor. Our next appointment is May 31st but I feel very unsettled.

7 weeks today and measuring at 6wk6. 116 bpm heart rate. The doctor said any heart rate above 100 should be fine, so I’m remaining optimistic. Going back in in about 2 weeks!

2nd US today to follow up on last week’s since we couldn’t see much more than the sacs. Today they confirmed there are two gestational sacs but only one has a baby in it. The other measured 5w3d but no baby so they think it is likely vanishing twin syndrome and the empty sac will be reabsorbed by my body. While we were a little sad about that we got to see our baby! I’m 7w2d today and measuring 6w6d which they were happy with. Heart rate was 132 which they said was good as well! Next US is at 12 weeks.

Hi all! New here. I’m considered high risk due to previous history so I’ve had 3 ultrasounds and am 8w2d approximately today. Here’s my most recent, where we got to see the umbilical cord and hopefully will get to see even more on Tuesday. Have a great weekend all!

Had US today and we're having twins!
A is 6w3d and B is 6w4d and both had measured heartbeats 120 & 133 and they looks good so far! Feeling overwhelmed with thankfulness for twins after 2 mc's. Happy Day!

We had our first US today and got to see our little babe at 9w1d!! Very cool to see the little heart flutter on the screen. Doctor said everything looks great and confirmed EDD 1/3/2023.

 Went for my first ultrasound today for my first pregnancy and baby measured 8w3d with a heartbeat of 167 BPM. Due date January 8th! I'm so excited to hear that everything is perfect and progressing well. 💓

I was told I will get my first ultrasound at 20 weeks. Is that normal? Do you only get an earlier ultrasound if there is an issue/concern? So exciting seeing all of your beautiful babies at the beginning of their growth!

@ejs2021the first ultrasound between 8-10 weeks is usually a “dating” ultrasound to determine your due date and detect a fetal heartbeat/viability! I think if you know your due date and are super low risk/ have no complications it is reasonable not to have one until the anatomy scan at 20 weeks. However myself personally, I need that first one for ease of mind lol

Had another U/S today since this is IVF/surrogacy! He looks more like a human and less like a blob today at 8w4d! The tech also allowed me to listen to the heartbeat (171). It was awesome, I wish his daddies could have heard it.

@jennifer_louise they are hoping to attend the anatomy scan in August. They live halfway across the country from me, but have family just a couple hours from me.

6w1d just had my first ultrasound today. There was a large sac but a very very small pregnancy, if any. Dr said she did see a yolk sac, definitely a pregnancy, but I didn’t see much of anything. Measuring at 6w 3d -sac. Dr measured 5w4d on embryo but said may not be accurate because it was hard to get a measurement on baby vac use it was so small. Worried I hope it doesn’t end up being a miscarriage:( is this normal at this time?? Maybe it was too early

I had my second ultrasound on Wednesday at 8 weeks 4 days. At my last scan (5 weeks 6 days), we were not able to hear the heartbeat, but could very much see it (98 bpm). However, at this most recent one, we saw AND heard that beautiful heartbeat, 179 bpm. Of all the images the ultrasound tech could have gotten, she printed off this one for me where baby looks like a little Cornish game hen 🤣🤷‍♀️. Regardless, I'm feeling so blessed that this little pumpkin is growing and healthy so far! ❤️

07w03d.  I find first ultrasound appointments so stressful because I’ve become so accustomed to bad news.  I can’t even express my shock and relief at seeing this little one measuring right on schedule with a strong heartbeat.  I have another ultrasound scheduled in two weeks to keep an eye on things but I’m so glad we’ve at least made it this far

Today is 9w0d and we had our 5th ultrasound. One more before we graduate to my OB. Baby A is measuring 9w3d with a FHR of 171bpm & Baby B is measuring 9w0d with a FHR of 165bpm.

Had my first appointment today with my OB! Was told i was measuring a little behind but they think i ovulated late which they weren’t wrong since I was measuring my ovulation when TTC so my due date was pushed back a week. Heart rate was 142. Due January 22nd 💙💕
