From the options provided my vote would be for Chadwick, his nickname would probably end up being Chad with his friends. It different but not ridiculous or anything and it flows well with Jasper.
Per your husbands upset-ness about the junior thing...my brother is a junior and my uncle is a junior, it has been miserable on them. Everyone always messes up there names, social security numbers, etc. It's very difficult. Not saying it couldn't work but my dad tells me all the time he wishes he wouldn't have named my bro after him, and my uncle has always hate being a junior. Makes things more difficult then it needs to be.
My dad actually told me a story that was on the news the other day about a son who went to buy a car and he's a junior and they gave him an amazing interest rate, just to find out later the reason he got that amazing interest rate is because they ended up pulling up his dads credit history instead of his own, so not only did he get a great monthly payment and interest cause of his dads credit history but now they sold a car to the wrong person and it's now on the wrong credit account, crazy right? I would have been furious, but the child did it unknowingly besides wondering wow didn't think my interest rate would be that good. It wasn't until later that they found out when he father noticed a ping on his credit report. -- so I agree with you. Don't recommend junior ha
we suck at middle names so we haven’t come up with any of those yet
lol I know but it's actually a British name, so that works for us ethnically! and Jasper is Persian, which is mostly what the boy person is (he is a true "mutt," but 23 and me says he's about 30% Persian, which was the highest percentage).

Our DD has a Dutch name because my family is Dutch. My husband is Irish so we are going with an Irish name this time.
Our names for boys are Cillian, Augustus, Tadhg (tie-g), Cian (like Ian but with a k sound) and Brannon
Girls names are Niamh, Saoirse (sheara-sha), Roisin (row-sheen) (means pretty little rose), Sadhbh (sigh-v) (means wise), Cadhla (ky-lah) (means grace), Aine (awn-ya), Florence and Fiadh (fia)

@Fluffy1187 I think Emerson is adorable!!
Boy: Samuel, Theodore, Mathias
Girl: Eleanor, Lucy, Charlotte
@Fluffy1187 Our neighbors have a daughter named Emerson and we always just call her Em. I love it! I've never heard of a boy being named Emerson.
@lalarose22 I love Samuel too! Our daughter now is named Liza, so I'd love something short to go with it.
