  • Applesauce and sharp cheddar cheese. Also, gummy bears.

  • @sejica Cheesecake was my main craving throughout my first pregnancy… I’m pretty sure there was a time when I almost ate an entire pie. It was pretty ridiculous ;)
  • whatever I can stomach at the moment. Except I’ve been craving good homemade cupcakes. Trying to talk my daughter into making me some mini cupcakes in a bunch of different icing flavors lol.

  • Burger King original chicken sandwich, I love it anyway but it just sounds sooooo good lately, especially on headache days like today.

  • @fantasyflyte I had one the other day! Yummy! My last pregnancy I craved the Junior Chicken from McDonald's. I had it like twice a week lol. That and cucumber sandwiches were my main cravings

  • Cheese, avocado (our salad last night for dinner had both of those, and rather than package the leftovers for lunch I just sat in front of the TV with the big salad bowl and fished the pieces of avocado and cheese out of it). Chocolate chip cookies (we baked over the weekend). Baked goods in general, as long as they have a pinch of salt or you can taste the massive amount of butter in them.
  • Ice cold fruit smoothies! 
  • I'm discovering that I'm not having cravings in the "I need XYZ all the time" manner, but more that as soon as I see a food, I immediately really want it. Hence why there are currently two frozen pizzas in my house.
  • @fantasyflyte Same here! I was at the store yesterday and walked through the freezer section and immediately my mind said “you absolutely need curly fries!” 😂
  • I just got sick thinking about some of the things y’all posted 😂 I normally love cheesecake but omg can’t imagine eating it right now! All I want is plain, bland, boring things. Absolutely no grease! Saltines, ginger ale, etc.

    Torn between making a breakfast skillet today (aka, for the love of potatoes) or a toasted bagel with cream cheese. They both sound equally delicious! ::sigh::

    ETA: for anyone wondering how this ended up, I settled on chips and guac. Thank you for coming to my morning ramblings. Now on to think about lunch!

    I'm averaging a bagel a day, lol. 

    I continue to crave things that no longer exist. Trader Joe's used to carry this orzo pasta salad with feta and spinach, and they didn't have it the last two times I was there. 
  • I had homemade danishes for breakfast, but unfortunately they completely crashed my energy. I guess I need to start paying attention to getting all of the food groups at meals, which is my least favorite activity... 
  • I probably should eat a real dinner and not just all the cake scraps from leveling off the cake I made for a party tomorrow.
  • I’ve been on a mandarin orange kick! But also went through a Taco Bell drive thru for nachos today, lol. Yesterday it was plain cottage cheese. It seems to be changing every day!
  • I’m having some serious food aversions. The only time I can eat is when I get a random craving, & I have to get/eat it pretty quickly before it no longer sounds appetizing. My poor husband has been running to restaurants & the grocery store multiple times a day. 
  • Red meat. Husband is making steak tips for dinner. 
  • Ugh, I am having all the cravings but can't seem to keep more than a few bites of food down at a time. I ordered for Thai food for dinner yesterday and had to eat what I wanted in multiple sittings. I was so traumatized after losing my breakfast and lunch and I really wanted to enjoy my noodles!
  • Pho for dinner tonight. Totally hit the spot. I told my husband “we might eat this every night till November” and he proceeded to remind me of all my pregnancy cravings from my boys, all of which lasted just long enough for him to decide to stock up on it and then it became an aversion… 😂
  • Had spaghetti with meatballs and ceasar salad for supper tonight, after barely eating all day. Time will tell if that was a wise choice.
    Got hubby to get me some hummus and crackers. Unfortunately he didn't get me the flavor of ice cream that I wanted (peanut butter fudge crunch) so I'm kind of pouting about that.

  • My husband is out with friends tonight and I couldn't stand the thought of cooking. So I took my son to a local diner. I had a steak and baked potato which have both been on my mind lately. Then finished with a piece of strawberry shortcake. I may end up regretting eating so much, but it was worth it in the moment.
  • I’ve been eating a lot of fruit, especially kiwis, and craving red meat in all forms. I’ve also been searching for drinks other than water, which is what I normally drink before pregnancy. Found out that Panera has a caffeine free green tea, so after I figure out how it is they accomplish that, I might be living off that. Anyone else know of some good caffeine free drinks, non herbal, all those safe things?

  • My cravings and aversions are really unpredictable these days, and always changing! Last night, even though I’d just brushed my own teeth, when my husband got into bed I couldn’t stand the smell of his minty breath! I was like “…please breathe away from me” and he was so confused. 😆
  • @joyfulchickadee it’s awful! And half of the time I honestly never know! Like right now I’m laying here debating if I’m about to throw up, need a bagel now, or will eat the bagel and then feel like I need to throw up. And it’s a total toss up whether it’s gonna make me feel better or worse!

  • @sunshine2417 I did that with pulled pork last night! We make a big amount and then eat it over a couple of days. 2 nights ago I wanted it so bad and ate it and then felt like crap and was fighting down the vom. Last night my husband made some and I wanted it but I was like "it made me feel like crap last night. What do!?" (steal a bite of his. That was my solution)

  • A friend of mine posted about going to Applebees the other day and now I NEED an oriental salad. My teeth need to hurry up and get here! lol

  • Going to bed last night I remembered a dish that my friend made 2 years ago at a potluck and now I need to go make it. It’s Paula Dean’s “Not yo mama’s banana pudding” and it’s soooo good—uses Chessman cookies, vanilla pudding, and banana slices. Totally go look it up. It’s 4:50am and I’m thinking about going to the grocery store to buy ingredients

  • Baked beans with potato chips. And pineapple...so much pineapple.
  • The only thing I am able to eat right now is toast. I have been craving macaroni salad (a very *specific* macaroni salad that a place I worked at in 2018 would often serve for lunches 😂) and those iced oatmeal cookies (the really hard ones). I'm trying to not spend so much money on my random cravings though so I'm not letting myself buy 4 different types of macaroni salad to see which one is the one I remember. 
  • McDonalds cheeseburgers and fries. :s Horrible I know, and I told myself I would be eating “super healthy” during my first pregnancy. Well, that went out the window! Haha. But, I’m limiting myself to McD only once a week… trying to eat healthy the other days so I don’t feel so guilty! 😞
