Hey there! TTM here! I was wondering if anyone has experience with the sneakpeek test or plans on using it to determine gender early! With my first(girl) we waited until the 20 week anatomy scan at my doctors office. With my second(also girl) we chose to pay to do an ultrasound at a local studio at 15 weeks. I love the idea of knowing even sooner! They say you can use it as soon as 7 weeks with 99.9% accuracy! Has anyone used this yet and did it accurately predict your babies gender?!

I'm planning on getting one! I had to wait until 20 weeks for both my kids. I was supposed to have an earlier ultrasound at a local place for my daughter, but it was literally 2 weeks after the first shut downs so obviously that didn't happen lol. In my last BMB a couple of people used it and it was accurate

Yes! I used this for my first pregnancy! It was super accurate for me and it was fun to find out earlier than normal.

I did hate the experience though. It took several blood pokes and squeezes to get enough to fill the vial. In the end it felt like a blood bath and I was convinced that they were going to tell me my blood clotted and I’d have to do it again. Luckily my first try to just fine and I got my results quickly. If you can have someone take your blood for you that would be ideal. Doing it myself was pure misery.

I considered it but read quite a few reviews that said you have to be extremely careful because if there's any male DNA (e.g. Your male partner or male child) on you it can contaminate the sample. Thus, male results should be received cautiously. Too much of a concern for me so I don't think I will.

Hi everyone, have you all taken the Chinese gender prediction test on The Bump yet, I did it just to see the ‘accuracy’ if it would say girl from when I had my daughter in 2019 and it did haha and I took it now for fun, curious to see if other moms have done it

I did SneakPeek for my daughter (2.5 now) and it was correct. I have a husband and son, so I was definitely concerned about the male dna existing everywhere in my house possibility compromising it. It was an easy process and worked well. If we decide to find out this time, I’ll probably do it again. I’m bad at waiting! Lol

@mflowers929 both kids? Haha even with the 50/50 chance it didn’t get either of them correct. I just thought it was a fun little peek to see what’s ahead lol

I tried the Chinese gender test based on the info from my last pregnancy (a boy) and it said girl. I tried it for this time and it said boy. I'll have to wait and see if it ended up 0/2 or at least gets the 50%.

Haha I’m really intrigued to see if any of its predictions come through for any of us @ashnicell. It said girl for my last pregnancy and it was correct so let’s see if I get 2/2 lol

@natasha212 Chinese sex prediction was right-wrong-right so far (66%) and predicts girl for this one, as does shettles method.

Did it for our first and it was right! I tested at nine weeks and it wasn’t too bad. Planning on doing it again for my second!

We bought one and have it patiently waiting on the counter for two more weeks until I can take it! My friend is trying to convince me to wait until birth to know the gender, as that’s what she did, and I have 1 boy and 1 girl… I don’t think I have enough self control for that though.

@natasha212 same as Sunshine, the sneak peek. I got it on sale $10 off so it was $89 (which is honestly still cheaper than paying for an ultrasound). I know of a few ladies who used it and it was super accurate for them so I'm excited to see!

I finally ordered my sneakpeek test online and it should be here tomorrow. I'm 7+4 today and they say it's 99.9% accurate at 7 weeks! I'll post our results here once I get them and would love to hear everyone else's! We have 2 little girls so 🤞 for a happy healthy boy this time!

Also! The Chinese gender chart was right for both my girls and it says boy this time! Hopefully it can keep up with its predictions for us!

@mflowers929 am I losing my mind or did SneakPeek used to say you could test at 10 weeks, then recently it was 7 weeks, but today the website said 6 weeks! I swear I was waiting until tomorrow because I’d be 7 weeks tomorrow but… then today said 6 weeks! Lol

@sunshine2417 when I first checked and ordered it said 7 weeks, but when I went to register it it said "lets check to make sure you're at least 6 weeks" which kind of confused me too lol.
Mine made it to Quebec today so fingers crossed I'll know by Wednesday!

I just talked to their customer service today about a shipping question, and they just recently updated their validation to be for 6w0d. I sent mine in today at 7w0d by LMP, 6w2d by today’s ultrasound measurement.

@sunshine2417 the finger prick one. I washed and sanitized but still never know lol. Also apparently you're not supposed to get the blood under your fingernails? But that was kind of impossible especially with how thin my blood is from being on the blood thinners
