@goldfishcraker I found out I was bleeding the same way as you, while putting in progesterone. I cried the whole morning cause I have done this before and it didn’t end well. Went to the ED saw the heart beat and had our follow US this morn and all was well. So happy you got good news as well!!! Also, yayyyyyy for good news @btate01
@geminigirl16 so incredible sorry for what you’re going through. Wishing you healing and strength for the coming days ❤️
Has anyone had ongoing cramping after exercise? I took my daughter swimming yesterday, we ended up staying in the water a little longer than usual (just over an hour vs 30 mins or so).
About an hour after I started having some mild cramping, but it persisted overnight and I still have it now. I’m hoping that it was perhaps over exertion and it will calm itself down over time.
@Jeenyus I had the same thing yesterday after a day at the beach on Friday. For me it ended up being mostly dehydration related. I drank as much as I could yesterday and it helped!
Went to emerge this morning as the cramping was getting worse, and I started spotting. Was told I have a sub chorionic hematoma. Baby is doing well, but the doctor said there’s a chance it will progress to a miscarriage.
At home taking it easy, and hoping for the best. All I can do it wait and see at this point.
Hey, all. The appointment did not go well. The baby is measuring about two weeks behind with a heartbeat of 74. If I don’t miscarry naturally, I’ll go in for another ultrasound next week to see if the heart has stopped beating or what’s going on in there. Then we’ll discuss next steps (probably a D&C). I pray that you all have beautiful pregnancies with sweet little babies. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

@elle-0409 Im so sorry you received such bad news. Hugs.
@Jeenyus thinking of you and hoping for this SCH to just be a little bump in the road. Hope you get lots of rest and someone at home is making sure your well taken care of.
The bleeding is getting worse It's no longer spotting. now it is a heavy-light bleeding. (Saturating TP, but not quite "medium" bleeding) And I'm on a blood thinner injection now.
My husband is at work for the night.
I'm trying to stay calm. That my body is just dramatic. But the blood thinner + bleeding makes me even more nervous. My last loss, I lost approx 2.5 L of blood. And I wasn't on thinners then. I want this baby to be sticky. I hope it's just my cervix being angry for no reason...
@goldfishcraker hope this morning is better. If you are on lovenox and already had a little bit of bleeding then it absolutely could explain the increase in bleeding. So many finger s crossed and sticky baby thoughts for you. So so sorry you are stuck waiting.
Thanks everyone! DH called and we chatted for 30 min last night. He tried to reassure me that it sounds cervical. And we made a plan if the worst happened over night. (Not gonna lie, we went over the schedule to see who was working on which ambulance, and who I would be comfortable coming for me if it came to that 😂😂😅🙈)
But after we got off the phone, my bladder was already full, and when I went pee, the bleeding was only spotting again. So I was able to sleep a bit.
The cramping is not pleasant right now, but still, not more than spotting. Hopefully I freaked out about nothing!
I'm back, I left the group and counted myself out because I didn't think there was any hope since my numbers had went down a bit but they did double and I've had an ultrasound since. I'm measuring what I should be. Heartbeat was 168 and I haven't had any spotting in about a week. So far so good.
Had a follow up ultrasound as I have been ranging from mild cramping, to strong/sharp cramps all week. Wednesday I squatted to pick up a child at work and stood to a small gush of bright blood. The rest of the week it has ranged from spotting to brown blood.
Symptoms have started subsiding - mild nausea still but I've been able to eat again, and my chest isn't as sore. I had convinced myself it was another loss.
I went in expecting the worst, but there was our little one, with a strong heartbeat, developing as expected. The tech showed me the hematoma, and also showed me the placenta that has formed. OB called after and said that baby is doing well, so just take it easy and try not to let the cramping and bleeding worry me (right?!). Unfortunately absolutely nothing can be done about the hematoma, cramping, spotting, etc, so just slow down a bit and limit my activity, no lifting, etc.
welcome back @mclove5894! @goldfishcraker glad you're doing better. @Jeenyus, a heartbeat is the best re-assurance there is! Now you can breathe a sigh of relief and catch up on some lost sleep.
