Out of control acne

I am almost 3 months and my face and chest is covered with itchy acne. I have tried acv as a cleanser and coconut oil for a moisturizer as I want to stay natural but it isn't working. Any suggestions?

    Try a clay mask. Check if coconut oil is noncomedogenic before using it more. Yea tree oil is known to kill bacteria and it’s natural. It needs to be used with a carrier oil though.
