I got up at 6am yesterday and walked on the treadmill for 30 min. I also plan to try and get a 30min workout in each day this week. Hoping not to gain too much this pregnancy since I gained 40lbs with each of my last two!
Married 12/28/13 I'm 34 DH: 45 DS 1/29/16 IVF 2 Failed Female Embryo transfers in 2017 DS 3/28/18 BFP and DD FET Due 12/22/21!
I've been really good about not ordering things we don't need!
With my anxiety about betas/ultrasounds/etc, I distracted myself with doing quite a bit of online shopping (mostly for myself and DD). It worked at distracting me but I spent a bit more money (well a lot more!) then I should have! Nothing to worry about, of course, but I need to reel it in a bit, heh, and find other ways to cope with the anxiety. With my pregnancy with DD, I dove into video games to keep myself distracted but I can't do that as much now, so I'm trying to figure out other ways to take my mind off of things.

@2b1gmom I gained too much during my first pregnancy too. I've been pretty good about getting some exercise in lately, so that's my well done for the week!
I slept through the night last night for the first time in WEEKS!! Y'all have no idea how great that felt. I haven't been able to get comfortable to the point that I've debated on buying a whole new bed. I read either here or another group I'm part of about magnesium helping with sleeping. I took it & slept so good!!
@mommaduck2490 that’s so awesome! I miraculously slept over 7 hours last night and felt like a whole knew person!
my WDW is that I’ve made a point everyday since last Monday to take a fast pace 45 minute walk with my friend at work and today we took 2 walks. My feet are killing me but I’m so happy to be staying active!
@brookert615 I hate skin checks so much -- they really stress me out. BUT I'm incredibly fair skinned with reddish hair/blue eyes so I try to do them as regularly as possible. My daughter's also extremely fair skinned and I'll start taking her with me when she's a bit older. She has two congenital moles (one light one on her upper arm and a darker one near her ankle) so I want to keep those monitored and maybe eventually removed if the derm thinks it's best.

@mbradfo2 I am also very fair skinned and I used to tan back in the day for my psoriasis. I seriously was so worried but just a lot of relief now haha. Definitely a great idea starting her early!
