@dogmom5 me!! I’m generally better but still have bad nausea in the morning and was so sick last night and kept vomiting. I’m still on Diclegis for morning sickness.
I’m starting to feel big and wobbly. I’ve had lots of growing pains and my lower abdomen is just generally achy 😖
@dogmom5 me! I am a lot better than before, but got sick Friday morning. I still get an upset stomach most evenings, but thankfully I don’t actually get sick most of the time. I still take bonjesta daily to help with it.
20 weeks today
Mostly feeling OK except the occasional heartburn, upset stomach, achy abdomen. I’m tired, but not much more than usual. My stomach popped a lot over the past couple weeks so I can tell he’s taking up a lot more room!
Not feeling too bad. Main issues are painful gas, constipation, and heartburn. This kid is kicking up a storm in there and I’m pretty sure he moved breech. I was getting strong kicks in the left upper belly now they are low (like kicking my bladder and butt hole) lol.
I’m sorry y’all are still puking! Hope that ends sooner rather than later for y’all!
@sgrn18 I keep thinking I am a week behind where I am. Oops!
I am feeling mostly good. Terrible heartburn and I get car sick if I’m not driving. Also, some nights I sleep wrong and get terrible pain in my back and right hip for a day or two.
23 weeks today. I’ve officially had my first Braxton Hicks contraction of this pregnancy. Didn’t miss that. I had terrible prodromal labor for weeks last pregnancy. I’m really hoping it doesn’t happen again.
Been getting dizzy lately. Anytime I stand or go from laying to sitting. I've even had it after I've been up and walking around. I've had to grab the counter because my vision started to go. I haven't had that with either pregnancy. Physically I feel good! Can't wait until tomorrow and I can see baby and be reassured that nothing is wrong.
22 weeks. Had a good week of no puking. Thought it was over lol nope! Spent most of the day yesterday throwing up. Other than that I feel okay. I'm soooooo tired though! Anyone else????
Mostly fine, though I have a knot or something in my back that is killing me. Feels like someone punched me in the back of my shoulder. Also more tired, like @ruemcclanahan. I don't know if that's because I've been more active or what (was dead on Saturday after going on a cleaning rampage, and passed out early yesterday after a cooking rampage). It's different from first tri, then I was tired just by existing, now I can do things but am more easily wiped out.
Good luck tomorrow @remi1014! I'm in the same boat, hope we both (and I think there was someone else with an appointment tomorrow, but memory fails...) have smooth appointments!
20+5 I'm still getting nauseated in the evenings as well, and I'm still on my B6+Unisom combo.
@remi1014 - I get dizzy like that when my blood pressure drops. It's pretty common during the 2nd tri as your body adjusts to the increase in blood. My OB said the only thing for it is to drink lots of water and move slowly.
I’m super emotional still. It feels like my emotions have been turned up to 10 and I’m already a super emotional person so I don’t need to feel things stronger than I do. It’s exhausting.
My hips are super loose. I feel like I’m on a tilt a whirl all day. It’s very hard to stand in correct alignment. My hips just naturally slip forward and that over extends and locks my knees, which is why my tailbone hurts. It takes physical and mental effort to stand correctly, like there’s no support or resistance in the correct position. I was just at the chiropractor and I’m already hurting again.
In other news, I’m gaining weight much slower this time. I’ve only gained 10 pounds. I think I was more in the 15-20 range with my other two pregnancies. I guess being so miserably sick for 3 months had an impact.
@Omie_Wise have you tried using a belly band or support to kind of help hold things in? I know I used it with my last pregnancies because I had severe pubic bone pain and it did help!
@remi1014@akoros It's me - I have my AS tomorrow and can't wait. I'm so anxious but feeling really helpful for a good appointment.
Symptoms are minimal but I'm growing fast so I'm feeling wobbly and the heartburn comes and goes. We usually walk my son to/ from nursery school but to get home its up hill and I can't push him in the stroller up the hill anymore without feeling completely out of breath - wearing a mask doesn't help (but I'm all about the mask).

@dogmom5 It was getting better but yes, unfortunately I'm still getting sick too. It sucks and I hate it.
I'm 20+2 Feeling pretty alright aside from the vomiting. I've been getting blood pressure drops a lot recently, which has been unfortunate. Lightheadedness is no fun to deal with, especially in the middle of a counseling session. Four more weeks to go at my current practicum placement. I can do it!
23+1 Having quite a bit of hip pain that's making it difficult to sleep, I'm trying the pillows but they just don't seem to help much. I'd say I'm waking up 5 or 6 times a night and have to change positions to try and decrease the pain.
Also been having issues the last few days getting short of breath with even very minimal amounts of activity, especially in the mask! I'm hoping this is temporary.
@ellieemc26 I have been having hip pain in my right hip. Some days it makes me waddle like I’m nine months pregnant. And my shortness of breath has gotten pretty bad too. I am okay without my mask, but that’s only at home. At work I feel ridiculous because I get so short of breath if I need to talk while wearing a mask. And talking while walking and wearing a mask is basically impossible.
23+1 Very tired, but I think that has to do with sleeping late and waking up early. Sorry to hear some of you ladies are still feeling sick. My biggest symptom this week is probably emotions. I cried like 3 times today, once while eating a muffin.
21ish weeks. I have been trying to wean myself off Zofran (weaning as in seeing if my nausea can handle it, we’re not doing too bad) so my BM’s have been epic. Sorry, TMI. I’ve been incredibly weepy, like back to weeks 4 and 5 weepy. RLP and insomnia. So much fun over here!

@disgruntled_pelican the feeling of being able to go to the bathroom easier after weaning off of zofran was amazing 😂 I had been drinking Metamucil for weeks until I finally weaned off of it. I still get sick but not as bad as it once was
Feeling alright mostly. The odd backache, headache and hip aches once in a while but generally good for the most part. My constipation has seemed to have returned these past 2 days and im not happy and im sore and raw trying to strain and push when nothing happens 😭 I hope to get relief soon. I haven't had this problem since the very beginning of pregnancy. I've also been short of breathe from mostly everything I do (stairs are the worst)wearing a mask def doesn't help.
One (maybe?) positive of the constipation is that you're building strong muscles? During my cervix check both the doctor and tech went "whoa" when they asked me to push....I didn't ask, but maybe I should have
I am 23 weeks tomorrow and for the last week or so I have been getting waves of really bad cramping. I think they might be Braxton Hicks, but I feel like its too early for that. Also, this is my third pregnancy and I'm still not 100% sure what Braxton Hicks feel like, but I dont remember having anything this painful in my other two pregnancy's
@mrs_massie I’ve had a lot of Braxton Hicks. They can be uncomfortable but they’ve never been painful for me. Just feels like my whole uterus is super tight and they let up usually after a few mins. Could your cramping be poop cramps? I legit convinced myself I was in preterm labor a few weeks back but turned out I was constipated and gassy AF lol
@sgrn18@_orchid_ These are very menstrual like cramps. They last for about 10-15 seconds and I get them a few times a day. I dont think it has to do with gastric issues because it doesnt feel like thats the area its coming from.
Well.. i just had a rough night. I've been constipated for a few days now and took a little bit of a safe Dr approved stool softener(Restoralax) which i have a couple times before with this issue. Well I took it a couple days ago now and i ate dinner tonight and about 35 mins later I started to feel cramping down below for a bowel movement and I ran to the toilet and because I was so backed up I was having painful bowel movements. I ended up vommiting into a bucket from the pain and was sitting on the toilet at the same time on and off for a good 40 mins. 😫😩 literally my dinner didn't even get digested it came out almost whole. I was hot and dizzy and sweaty etc. This is the first time ive ever puked during pregnancy. Is this normal? Has anyone else ever thrown up from a painful bowel movement?? Should I be worried with my baby or no?? I've had this happen before in the past when not pregant too. If I cant handle this pain and throw up from it then how the hell am I supposed to survive labour pain? I feel like ill just be puking on myself every constraction I have 😢😭
@mindyb2019 that’s happened to me before both pregnant and not. It’s so painful!!! I always feel like I’m dying. And always vomit because my intestines are going haywire. And hot and sweaty and my heart starts beating through the roof. Those are my thoughts too when I’m like how the heck will I handle labor?!? But there’s a huge difference in experiencing expected and unexpected pain and being prepared with coping mechanisms.
@mc0303 im sorry this has happened to you too but it makes me happy and relieved to know I'm not alone. Omg right?? Sooo painful and I always feel like im dying too. Its legit the worst. Maybe that's why I vomit cause my intestines are going haywire. Ya true. I never thought about it like that way as to labour etc. I guess I will have coping mechanisms etc. Thanks for your information.
Anyone else here feel really pregnant lately? Lol cause I do. My belly is definitely growing and I can see it but even though i still don’t look overally huge to anyone else outwardly, I just feel really pregnant today. My back hurts, my belly feels really tight and full and bloated and stretched. Every time I move I’m sore or ache and my pelvic is sore and achy ughhhh 😩 I just don’t feel like myself anymore
@mindyb2019 I feel like I look way more pregnant than I am today. I look and feel enormous and everything feel tight. I did some yoga but I'm still waddling around like I'm due any day.

Ugh yesterday we walked too much and too fast and I was so sore all day. The pelvic pain and hip pain was awful. But I’m much better today. Normal pregnancy pains.
I’m under so much stress right now that I’ve been cramping a lot. The stress is house related and I’m trying to just chill out and try not to let it get to me. Blah. It’s so hard!

I’m feeling ok. I’m tied most days. I have acid reflux most nights when I’m laying down and hip pain.
