12w+1d, I thought this was a bad ultrasound picture at first, because I usually can get a nice profile by this point. But my mom noticed the umbilical cord, and now I think it's pretty cool!
r these 12 week ultrasound? 😀 it's interesting though. When I found a gallery last night the images 12 week 3d ultrasound look absolutely different than what you've posted here )) maybe it's because they've just put 3d images?
In Toronto, Etobicoke, Thornhill, Scarborough, Vaughan, Markham, Mississauga, North York, and East York, A Date With Baby is unquestionably the finest when it comes to providing high-quality 3D ultrasound offers.
I went and got a private ultrasound just for fun today since this is my last baby and I haven’t had a sono since 8 weeks (and won’t have one for three more weeks for the anatomy scan). It was sooooo awesome! This is my fourth baby and I swear, it never ceases to amaze me! I also had to see for myself that it was a girl (as a reminder, I have three boys at home!). So, after sneak peek, my NIPT and now the sono, I can finally believe it’s a girl! 🤣 Something about seeing it with your own eyes, lol.

I had my NT scan this afternoon and everything looked perfect 🤩 I am measuring 12+1. I told her we already knew the sex and she was like ‘oh good, bc it’s really easy to spot on him’ 😹 I forgot to ask about where my placenta was so I guess I’ll do that next time.
He was so well behaved compared to my first who was THE most uncooperative fetus.
This is my little guy (2 weeks ago), measuring 12w4 days but LMP was 11w6d. I’m not sure I’ll believe he’s a little guy until our 20w u/s, but so thrilled he’s growing and healthy in there.
Had my 15 week ultrasound today and everything looked perfect and baby is measuring and growing bang on to where he should be at yay! 🥰 I got to see my little guy wiggling around and kicking. He even yawned. Soo cute.
I can't believe some of us are almost to the point of getting the anatomy scans done! I'm due at the end of June so my next appt (next week) isn't the AS but I know some of y'all are getting soooooo close. This pregnancy has flown by so far.
From my anatomy scan yesterday, baby boy measured nearly a week ahead on everything and was super active. Definitely gave the tech a run for her money lol
I had my anatomy scan yesterday and baby boy looks PERFECT!! All his parts are healthy and normal. Wooooo hooooo! 🥰 Thats his fist by his face lol His HB was 147 and he was wiggling around in there and was pretty cooperative for the tech. They did confirm it was a boy for sure. I got to see his little wee wee and scrotum 😆 I feel so much relief now that’s over.
Anatomy scan was today and everything was perfect ❤️❤️❤️ baby boy was all over the place the tech was like chasing him around 🤣. So happy that everything looks good and he's doing okay in there
AS today went well. The tech spent a lot of time looking at the heart and wasn’t saying anything. Then the dr. came in and looked at the heart for awhile, so I was getting really nervous , but he said everything about this baby looked normal and he didn’t have to see us again.
Anatomy scan yesterday and she did not cooperate so we get another ultrasound in 3 weeks at the next appointment. Heres her creepy face since she wouldn’t give us a profile 😂
Today we found out that this little critter is our 4th baby girl! I’m so excited and can’t believe we will have all girls! I think my H is a little bummed, but I guess we are just a girl family.

I have my AS scan tomorrow morning and I’m petty anxious. As this pregnancy was rather unplanned I was on medication that has the possibility of causing some heart defect, and while there is a chance that everything is okay, there is also a chance that it’s not. And then I worry about what happens if it’s not. Just need to keep distracted for another 17 hours until my appointment 😳. Here’s hoping next update is a positive one!
I had my 20 week scan today and little sis is looking healthy. They said I have marginal placenta previa, or low-lying placenta previa, has anyone else had this? I’m a little anxious and worried about the worst case scenarios and just trying to stay positive hoping for best case. The follow up ultrasound isn’t for 8 more weeks. Waiting 8 weeks during a pregnancy for important news is going to be painful. Best case it resolves on its own 🙌🏽

My husband's aunt had a placenta previa at 21 weeks, but it resolved by 30 weeks and they kept an eye on it. She ended up having a breech baby anyway, so they went with a cesarean birth. I've also had 2 clients (former doula) with previa and they both resolved by birth, but I am not clear on the timeline with those. Both clients had vaginal deliveries, one of them very smoothly, the other had an OP (sunny-side up) delivery but that was very likely unrelated. Good luck! It is my understanding that they usually resolve themselves and in the case they do not, a cesarean birth is scheduled, which would be the safest option at that point. I do not have first hand knowledge of previa or cesarean births, just second hand as friend/family member/doula. I hope you get some peace soon!

Here's my little nugget from my AS today at 19+5. He is doing great! The one thing they flagged was that I seemingly have marginal cord insertion which is apparently more common when you are old and when you have used assisted reproductive technologies (guilty and guilty). The US tech (who I randomly was best friends with in elementary school but haven't talked to in almost 30 years - small world) didn't seem too concerned, nor did the NP I met with today (I didn't see my doctor) but of course I have been Googling and making myself crazy. Would love any insight anyone has!

@legallykate i had marginal chord insertion with my second and no one seemed as concerned as I did. I had a follow up scan a few weeks later and it had resolved on its own.
@mrs_massie Oh wow I didn't even know that was possible, thank you so much for sharing that! I go back in 4 weeks for another U/S so FX I will likewise get good news.

@it_is_a_baby I currently have complete placenta previa. Most (like 90%) of partial previa move up on their own by 28-32weeks as the uterus grows. Try not to stress girl!
@disgruntled_pelican@legallykate@sgrn18 thank you all so much for your advice and experiences! I feel so much better after reading your posts. It’ll be a long 8 weeks waiting for the next US, but I’m feeling very hopeful now that it’ll resolve on its own without any complications.
@legallykate@sgrn18 did your doctors give you any special instructions other than no intense exercise? Are you/did you do any form of exercise or did you just try to take it easy until the follow up US?
@it_is_a_baby I don't think my doctor even told me no strenuous exercise or any other restrictions, they just brought me in for some extra U/S's. I was admittedly not doing a ton of strenuous exercise at the time but I didn't make any changes.

I had my anatomy scan and everything is looking great and on track 😁 Such a weight off. I didn’t realize I had been referred to an MFM doctor and bc of my history I’m going to go in once a month to see the little monster. While everything is going smoothly, I’m so thankful we’re going to track his growth more closely.
