Eagerly awaiting Thursday appt to confirm whether or not it’s ectopic. Other symptoms include hot flashes, thirst, needing to pee constantly. No MS yet though.
4w4d insomnia, cramping/round ligament pain, bloating and so tired of I don’t drink my one cup of coffee. no nausea but I don’t expect any since my last pregnancy I didn’t have any, and no breast pain.
My symptoms are bloating, some burn-y feeling cramps, and tender breasts.
My daily "uniform" is usually leggings (active job). On 6 DPO I couldn't deal, so I've been wearing sweatpants since then. Today, I threw on another pair of leggings to see if I could do it, and so far it's ok, though I'm not sure I can last the whole day in them. I don't have to go into the office until much later today, so I can change before then if I need to. I ordered 2 pairs of activewear maternity leggings yesterday, and I just hope they don't look too *I'm pregnant* lol. I'll need them to survive the next 8 months (and who am I kidding, at least half a year after that)!
I was pretty superstitious during my pregnancy with my first, and was scared to buy anything baby or pregnancy related too early and jinx it, but this time I'm feeling much more... confident? Like, I'll buy maternity leggings at 3 weeks because I want to. I'll get more use out of them anyway. We'll tell people when we feel like it, that kind of thing. I want to allow myself to feel pregnant and BE pregnant early on.

I feel the same way, and I totally already bought maternity jeans bc they were on clearance and I love them (not the huge panel kind, the soft low rise kind)!
Feeling slightly nauseous this morning (before today I wasn’t exactly nauseous but I wasn’t hungry ever), some slight cramping, thirsty, and sore boobs (this one seems to be decreasing and I’m trying to pretend that doesn’t freak me out - if anyone wants to tell me this is totally normal that would be appreciated lol)
Random waves of nausea and heartburn. I’m not feeling bloated yet. I’m assuming that will strike any day. I actually feel very good overall. Since I’m having nausea already I’m glad we haven’t refilled our Zofran prescription since it ran out last time (we usually keep it on hand in case anyone starts vomiting. I’m not good with vomit.) because I’m not suppose to take that at all in the first trimester. @Aerialmrs I’m guilty of looking at maternity leggings because I know I need them. I ordered some last time but they won’t work for Alaska. I really need fleece lined leggings to get me through the next 3 months. I’m not sure where to get those in maternity.
@emeraldcity1214 Ooh, that's tough one! A lot of retailers are already switching over to spring clothing this month, maybe you'll get lucky and find some fleece lined ones on sale! I just ordered one Old Navy pair and one Gap pair to try out, but I'm mostly looking for athletic-friendly non-see-thru leggings (Yes, leggings are pants, lol!)
@Aerialmrs Leggings are definitely pants. I don’t know a single woman up here that doesn’t wear them. So comfy and I can get my snow pants over them without anything bunching up.
@agea I feel like at least once a day I am wondering what’s happening down there haha. So I’m with you!
Anyone having trouble sleeping? I’m exhausted all day and then when it’s time for bed I can’t fall asleep. When I do fall asleep I’m up every 2 and a half hours!!

YES! All day I feel like I'm about to pass out and when its time for bed nothing.
@runningoncookies I don’t have insomnia yet but I would have random night during my last pregnancy where I couldn’t sleep. Luckily it was never a consistent thing.
Just started week six. Definitely tired. Crampy and so much bloating! Didn't happen in my last pregnancy. And today I've started gagging over foods which is fun. My last pregnancy I was so so sick for 9 months and on tons of diclectin. So fingers crossed for me ladies!
You guys...my boobs hurt SO BAD! I don't remember them hurting this much with my first pregnancy. It almost feels as bad as when my milk first came in with my son. They kept me up all night!
I'm literally only 4 wk 1 day, and since my first pair of maternity active leggings arrived in the mail yesterday I'm totally wearing them today. The belly panel is too big, but I folded it over and they are very comfortable! The bloat is out of control and looks like I did with my first at like 17 weeks already. I'm having trouble wearing any of my normal pants. I hope the bloat goes down some before the actual bump starts growing or this is going to be harder to hide than I thought. They are Gap blackout maternity leggings with pockets if anyone is wondering!
@Aerialmrs I’m not sure if it’s the fact that I’m always in leggings or another type of comfortable pants but my bloat doesn’t seem near as bad this time. I think the bloat hits me a little later or maybe it’s already hit and I just can’t tell because I rarely wear regular pants. I usually live in my jeans but since moving up here its warmer to wear my fleece lined leggings.
ETA (hit post too soon)
I think my nausea is kicking into full gear. I’m not sure if it’s due to my progesterone or not. I had nausea a few days ago that nagged me all day and then nothing. I know it’s normal to come in waves but this woke me from a dead sleep.
No one told me morning sickness could start so soon🙃 I will say I’m glad the exhaustion hasn’t totally hit me yet, last pregnancy I would fall asleep anywhere
@agea I am 5w2d and have no morning sickness. I don’t expect to get any since I didn’t have any last time. HOWEVER, my most prevalent 1st trimester symptom set in today: CONSTIPATION 😂 it sucks so bad.
@agea I am 5w1d, no outright MS yet but I have been feeling picky with my food, not a lot has sounded good - today was about the textures though. I normally love yogurt with granola for breakfast and I didn't like the crunchy this morning lol.
@williams-jen@cheers28 thanks, that makes me feel a little better. I’m 5+2 too. Hoping nothing is amiss.
I’ve always been in first tri in the summer and the heat exacerbates the MS. I’m (probably falsely) hoping the cooler weather is giving me an easier time of it. but in all likelihood it’s probably looming on the horizon.
4+3 today, and no outright nausea, but I do get a little queasy after eating a meal, like the kind of mild queasy you get when you eat too much at Thanksgiving... but I'm not eating too much, and it lasts a few hours, which is just annoying.
Also - new symptom maybe: pre-dawn insomnia? The past 3 nights I fall asleep fine but then wake up around 3:30am to pee, and CANNOT go back to sleep. Thank goodness I have headband/sleep bluetooth earphones, so I just lay there with my eyes closed for hours and listen to podcasts until my 5yo wakes up.
Some days I’m fatigued in the afternoon... some days I don’t feel anything at all. This happened with my DDs pregnancy too. I remember the whole first trimester WISHING I’d “feel more” to ease my mind. Now of course those who get super sick are thinking “why would you ever wish for that” 😂😂 but the lack of symptoms is brutal sometimes on an anxious mind.
8 weeks today. Guys I'm so sick. Up to six diclectin in a day which makes me so groggy. And I still threw up in the kitchen sink making my 3 year old lunch. Thank goodness I'm not working due to covid. And thank goodness for my husband who is super helpful. If anyone has any tips I'll take anything. I was like this with my last too, hoping it passes sooner this time around.
@wettnugget i hear you. I am so sick too. 7+5. I've been taking just 2 diclectin at night because they WIPE me out and I need to work. I throw up every morning without fail and am nauseous all day. I struggled with my first 2 babies as well...ugh. I have found that hot water with lemon really helps ease my stomach. I have one every morning now and usually one after lunch. And unfortunately fast food French fries work like a charm I hope you get some relief soon. Solidarity!!

No MS yet though.
On and off nausea, hot flashes and I could honestly sleep all day.
So far very nauseous and extremely tired.
I also wake up sweating sometimes which is super not fun.
Tired, THIRSTY, bloated, and I wake up very hot!

And yes, @wettnugget definitely helps it feel "real" before I see an ultrasound or hear a heartbeat!

I’m tired. But not sick, I don’t trust this at all.

@williams-jen I second you on the constipation though. In my first pregnancy I literally went 11 days without going. It was horrifying.
