Trying to Get Pregnant

Need positive stories- Acupuncturist thinks im pregnant, negative test at 10dpo

Hello everyone, trying to get pregnant with my second baby. First was successful on the first IUI, with stark negative on 12 dpo and barely there on 13 dpo. This is my third and likely last IUI, and my husband does not want to do IVF. I saw my acupuncturist yesterday, who after pushing from me to tell me, said my pulse felt like I was pregnant. This morning I took a test at 10 dpo and it was negative. Even though it took longer to have a positive the first time around, I'm having trouble holding out hope. Anyone have an acupuncturist correctly know they were pregnant? What about being wrong? Positives after a 10 dpo negative?!

I'm on progesterone so symptoms are all over the place but they were the last 2 months also, so it doesn't help. Thank you!
