Got to see le bebe today!!! I elected for the dating ultrasound just to relieve some of my anxiety. Measuring 9+3 which is right on track 🥰🥰🥰 Feeling a million times better
The best part of a twin pregnancy is the amount of ultrasounds I’m getting
Wish I had a better one of Baby B. The tech got some cute ones of its profile while it was asleep on its tummy but they aren’t on my disc. Baby B is looking straight at the camera and then that’s it’s butt to the left and it’s got its legs up by its head.
Baby A with its arms by its face and feet in the air.
Had my first ultrasound today, needed some assurance there was actually a little human in there! Did the nerve wracking appointment solo (no partners allowed during COVID ) and I forgot to ask the heart rate but was told it's strong! 💓 things started to feel real today!
Little one is right on track at 9+2 due the very end of May!
Here’s one of the funny pictures from yesterday’s 12w ultrasound! Wondering if any of you have ever experienced this: the doctor wrote in the notes that the abdominal wall and the arms “could not be adequately visualized”. Does this mean my baby might not have arms? Wouldn’t they have said something, if the tech thought there weren’t arms? I could’ve sworn I saw them but reading the notes from the doctor has me panicked!
@ccmrc143 I think it’s probably more related to certain measurements that they take. As you get further along, they measure certain anatomy but it’s hard to get all of the angles at this stage. I wouldn’t worry!
had a quick appointment today to bridge the gap between 8wk and 12wk appointments. doppler didnt pick up heartbeat so bonus ultrasound it is! we are over the moon with relief today and feeling very grateful to have passed a previous milestone
Measuring right on track at 14 weeks!! She was bee-bopping around like crazy in there and I was just thinking, man - I'm really gonna feel this when she gets big enough! Everything looked perfect. I am beyond thrilled, as I never knew if I would be able to get to this point ❤😊🥰
Here's baby again! We had a good ultrasound this morning, baby measuring at another day ahead at 12w4d (12w2d as per LMP), had a 159 BPM, turned around to show us his bum, sucked on his thumb, had a nasal bone and a good NT measurement. 😍 Oh and looks like it's a boy 💙
@ruby0902 and @mimser so sweet!! I can't believe how much different they look at 12/13 weeks...I've never had an ultrasound at that time so I'm a bit jealous 😜
Had 12 week NT scan today. This baby would not move for anythinf and they were barely able to take the measurement I almost had fo go back in. My doctor signes me up for the NIPT but the nurse who does it wasnt in today so now have to wait till I go in on the 23rd for it.
Had a 16 week scan due to AMA and previous scan showing a tilted heart (which I didn’t find out until today). But the Dr said it’s within normal range, but barely. Other than that the baby looks very healthy and is measuring spot on. In for another ultrasound in a month, which will be my 4th. It’s exciting, but hopefully heart is still within ‘normal’!
Finally had an ultrasound today. We were going to wait until the anatomy scan but I wanted to have a more accurate due date based on the fetal size.
But the due date changed from 13w3d to 11w6d. 😆 Now I have to wait two more weeks for the tri 2 celebratory gif dance. 😅 And technically that puts me into June, but I will probably still be a May, because the doctors are very anti VBAC. This one said no, maybe after 4 years.
This little turkey was breach with its legs crossed in front of its business, so we couldn't confirm that it was a boy! So rude! Measuring ahead on all measurements by 5 days! We still got a cute profile pic!
Here's my smiling baby 😍 today at 14w6d Amniotic fluid was in a good quantity, cervix was long, cerclage looked good and my little baby was doing good! We looked at him from all angles, saw all limbs, a nice heartbeat, stomach and bladder. He kept "eating" it seemed, always had his mouth opened 😅
My surprise ultrasound! Not as clear as I’d like and she tried hard to get profile but couldn’t so this is as good as it will get. Baby was moving around SO MUCH and the little arms and fingers were all over the place. I got a video too it’s so cute!
16 week anatomy scan pics from today @ 16+3. Got to see his heart and kidneys and brain and spine. It was so cool. And I got to FaceTime my husband so he got to see him for the first time. He was sleeping the whole time despite all that prodding...hoping this means we'll have a chill baby? Pics of our little thumb-sucker below.
I had an elective scan tonight and found out it’s a girl! She has the longest legs! We got so many good pics, it was such a cute experience for anyone who has thought about doing a fun HD scan. We got tons of pics, and the whole 30 minute ultrasound video to music for $99! The second picture she is sucking her thumb. She was a crazy little thing, moving and kicking all around 💝
