@shoogapoff I think I would feel that way too. It was strange for me with the count because they said they like to see 10 on each side and I think I had 15-20 alone on the left ovary. It's a bit awkward to be the overachiever in the IF department

What are you doing this cycle? (Testing? Treatment?): Letrozole (5mg), IUI, and Progesterone.
How are things going?: Going pretty well! So, I actually started a post on Monday saying that “work is already a little calmer than last week; so hopefully that continues!” Well, here I am on Thursday just now posting! 🤦🏼♀️ I’m looking forward to a super low-key weekend at home with DH this coming weekend, especially after traveling the last two weekends. I had my monitoring appointment this morning! RE said I had 2 follies, but they needed more time to grow. I actually decided to not ask the specifics on size this time, because that actually stressed me out last cycle. I trigger on Saturday night and the IUI is Monday morning...I’m just hoping/praying that those follies are perfect and that timing is perfect too! That’s not too much to ask, right?!
Any questions?: None.
GTKY: Repeat from the weekend due to minimal TB traffic: Top 3 things on your bucket list? 1. Become a mom; 2. European vacation with DH, we also hope to do a ton of traveling in retirement but would love to go to Europe before then; 3. Someday build a house on a fair amount of land (also in retirement).
@mvt2003 I’m so sorry that you had a rough weekend and you still have so many stresses this week! I’m glad that you are feeling a little better now after talking with DH and working out a lot!! I hate that for you that you may not be able to have YH with you for the FET, that sucks! I hope protocols change in the next couple of weeks!
@gingermama29 I’m glad things are going better this week, and that the BC side-effects are subsiding...I hope that continues!
@kpearse99 I love your low stress attitude, friend! I’m trying to channel that this cycle too! I feel like I say that I’m going to, but it doesn’t always happen!
@inthewoods23 I’m sorry about the FET date...that happened with my second empty due date, I missed it by a couple days and then felt terrible that I didn’t acknowledge it on that date. Sometimes I think our mind/heart tries to protect us with stuff like that! I’m sorry you are in a weird funk lately...I hope you can find (have found) something that makes you happy this week!!
@misshelen86 so much great news!! That’s awesome about YH’s count and that you can start with IUI soon if that’s what you all decide to do! So good the lesion hasn’t grown too, hope it stays that way as they continue to monitor!
@emeraldduchess yes, I love that reminder...and I have to think that your rainbow is coming...and hopefully so many others around here! This is the one that @kpearse99 mentioned that I had...
It’s so hard not to think about the past, especially with losses...but I think the best is yet to come for all of us! 💜
@pom9207 hoping so badly that you got wonderful news with your beta!! 🤞🏻
@shoogapoff yay, that is so exciting!! Keep that hopefulness and think positive thoughts, friend! I hope there is nothing at all that will exclude you all!!
@keikilove I’m so sorry for a the stress and the “what-ifs”, it’s so hard not to wonder. Just like my spoiler above says though, we have to keep moving forward! That stinks that your clinic isn’t starting back, but I’m so glad things are progressing with the backup clinic and that insurance will cover their treatment!
@legallykate I love your hopefulness, and I’m sending all mine your way!!! 💜
@bows22 Aww, thanks, friend! I have been thinking about you lately, for whatever reason. I asked them about surgical vs diagnostic hysteroscopy and they said I could decide which I wanted, but if I chose diagnostic and they did something, I'll have to come back to get it removed. Since we're paying cash, I'm going to do diagnostic and pray they don't find anything.
