First appointment: two under my belt at this point. Ultrasounds show we are on track! Waiting on NIPT results in the next week or so. Symptoms: SO tired for months, that and the queasiness are subsiding. Some cravings and mood swings, dry skin on belly and boobs.

Hi! I’m due September 9th. I found out by testing two weeks after our IUI. I thought I’d be emotional and cry but I was shocked and took 5 more tests. First response digital said negative and every other test was positive! Got a blood test shortly after. It’s starting to sink in...at 17.5 weeks!

How’d you find out? My PCP was putting me on a medication that could cause birth defects and I have not had regular cycles for years so I felt it was the responsible thing to do to take a test. SURPRISE! Never expected it to be positive.

Any symptoms? NONE! Had no idea I was pregnant and was not trying. Complete surprise. Blood test before appointment showed 5-7 weeks so I did intro appointment and they said sneak in for an ultrasound to try to get somewhere on dating. Ultrasound tech informed me I was at least 20 weeks within the first 30 seconds - major shock! After all measurements, they're estimating 22 weeks, although I'm personally guessing 21 based on what I know my life to be at that time.
