R/R: I had a pretty productive weekend - I worked (from home) on Saturday, did our tax return, and organized our bathroom closet. Yesterday I got everything together for our mortgage refinance. We tried to live stream mass yesterday but there were too many people trying and it didn’t work. Hopefully they figure it out for this weekend or we will have to see if any other churches are doing one. That was definitely the weirdest part about not going anywhere this weekend.
CS/Q:
@bows22 Good job on getting all those things done! Sorry about missing your church service. Lakewood church live-streams to many millions around the world weekly with no tech issues, if you’re open to a non-denominational Christian church in a pinch.
Month/Cycle: 22/IDK, benched for the most recent 3

WAYDTGKU: So many extra things
R/R: I’m actually enjoying aspects of the lockdown so far. There’s no traffic to speak of when I leave my house for the essentials. And my booty aches from sitting on the couch too much last week so I was actually pretty active over the weekend & will keep it up this week.
CS/Q:
@keikilove The lack of traffic is definitely a perk!

R/R: Sorry for being MIA, I've been struggling a lot since AF showed up with whether it makes sense to keep trying right now and it's been really weighing on me. I think we are going to stick with it to at least have 6 contiguous months of data, but I am still somewhat conflicted about it. Otherwise, things have been okay with work and MH and I have been making the most of social distancing so yay.
CS/Q: Nope.

R/R: In theory, we are closing on our house today. We have already extended closing by two weeks and then moved closing again to later today (rather than midday). The sellers last week asked for another two week extension, but decided they didn't want to pay for it. Last night at 9pm, our agent called saying that they are freaking out about being out on time. I am trying to be patient with all the virus drama, but when we were in the house last weekend to look at some work, they had nothing packed and no packing materials. The agent said it will all be fine, but I am going to be very pissed if we get there and they aren't ready! I feel bad for DH if that happens, since I will lose it and he will have to calm down a very angry wife and make sure I don't say something I shouldn't. But in theory, today is going to be great and I will be a homeowner again by this evening.
@bows22. Sounds like you had a productive weekend. We did not over here! My church is doing Mass on Facebook Live daily and then on weekends. Message me if you want some more details. Last week I went to daily Mass on FB, since I am just so stressed and needed that. The dog was running around like a crazy one, barking and being so disruptive. I was like Jace, we are in church. You have to be quiet. We would have been in the crying room for sure with him.
@keikilove. I noticed my hips were bothering me and I think it was from sitting on the couch so much. Good for you for being active. Less traffic is also amazing, since traffic is crazy here. A FB article keeps teasing that permanent changes will occur to people's commutes as a result of this. I haven't clicked on the clickbait though to see what they think will happen.
@keikilove I'm totally okay with being home all the time too. Except I have thing weird thinking that I shouldn't even step outside. Like I'll catch the virus just from wind like in the movie The Happening.
@legallykate this is a really weird and tough time for everyone. I'm having the same concerns but I also want to keep telling myself not to let my anxiety get in the way of going about my day as normal.
@dobiemom11 hope everything goes okay with the closing. I recall on our final walk-through the previous owners were still there and being new to home buying I had no idea it wasn't normal. And then, they ended up leaving a bunch of crap because they thought we might like to have it, like some old recliners. Also they left a bunch of junk like a fat tube tv and florescent bulbs to be trashed at the end of the driveway but you can't do that so then we're getting all these notices from the village. So aggravating. I feel like there's just no such thing as a smooth home buying process.

@bows22 - Good for you being so productive this weekend! I was somewhat productive, but also sat on the couch and watched alot of TV because it was the weekend. I ended up breaking my lenten sacrifice and watched TV friday night - DH was working late and I had already read three books during the week - I needed to watch something so I wouldn't go insane.
@keikilove - The lack of traffic on the roads is eerie!
@legallykate - Sorry about AF. It's such a weird time right now, but we're trying our best to not let it effect all aspects of our lives.
@dobiemom11 - That's so frustrating! The previous owners of our house left a bunch of crap in the attic! We finally got around to cleaning it all out a few months ago!
@inthewoods23 - Yay for getting the laundry done and put away! I'm so guilty of leaving it all in a pile on the guest bed for a week and just picking thru it to find what I need.

I was planning on going to the grocery store to stock up on some more fresh foods (meats, fruit, veggies), as we are all out of the fresh stuff. Guess it'll have to wait until tomorrow. I tried to order sushi delivery on Saturday night and our favorit place is totally closed until end of April I tried calling a few other places, but everyone was just doing pickup and not delivery, so we took it as a sign to just cook something at home.CS/Q: Nope

Saturday we did a TON of yard work that we had been avoiding, so that was good. I successfully completed week 1 of the 21 Day Fix, which was great!

Also I’m beginning to feel stir crazy being home so much! I think maybe having so much home time is not helping me just chill out this cycle but is causing extra fixation on it.
CS/Q: I think today’s temp was bad since I had gotten out of bed forgetting to temp or is it normal to have a spike?
@keikilove so glad you are enjoying being home. What have you been watching?
@dobiemom11 congrats on closing! Can you ask for extra money if they are not out on time for the inconvenience? Hope it goes smoothly and they are out! As far as shows I don’t have Netflix anymore but on prime we like Jack Ryan and Carnival Row. I personally love the Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.

Cleaned my entire home and bathrooms and lysoled all the door handles and railings and light switches etc. Least it smells good and feels clean. Bad thing is my dryer broke yesterday morning while I was drying some laundry and its completely stone cold dead. Wont even turn on or light up. Not sure what's wrong with it but what bad timing ugh.. 😖 We have a repair guy coming to check it and give us a quote for repairs. I hope it wont be too much $$$.

@allthingscozy I'm sorry your feeling frustrated and going stir crazy being home so much. I think we all are. Sorry it's making this cycle worse for you with extra fixation on it. Hang in there girl
@mvt2003 I felt pretty closed in on sunday too. Your not alone. Glad you were able to get alot done over the weekend and work alot in the yard. I'm feeling ya on being anxious. Were trying to avoid anything medical as well.
@feather_heather I'm sorry your husband's car didn't start that sucks. I hate car troubles. I'm sorry that you couldn't get your favourite sushi and that nothing was open for you. Seems to be the norm these days. I gotta go to the grocery store too quickly today.
@inthewoods23 sorry that you didn't get everything done on your list this weekend. At least you got more laundry than than I could do haha
@dobiemom11 yikes that doesnt sound like much fun. I hope all goes well with the house closing and that your able to get in and they have all moved out. I would be pissed to so I feel ya there. When I get mad I have to worry about the same thing and that's saying something I shouldn't and my DH usually has to be calm me down after.
@keikilove well I'm glad you are enjoying the aspects of the lock down so far. I am enjoying the no traffic part too lol Its
great going to work in the morning and there's very little cars on the road. I get to work so quickly now.
@bows22 I'm glad you had a very productive weekend. So sorry to hear that you couldn't stream live and missed your church service. I need to finish my tax return here too.
@keikilove I also have seen benefits from the lockdown - I have been loving seeing all of the people out and about (practicing social distancing 6 feet!) in my neghborhood. I hope I'll continue to see it!
@legallykate I totally understand about your uncertainty. I'm with you.
@dobiemom11 Ugh sending you so many good thoughts about the closing going smoothly!!! You don't need any additional stress right now! I'm with you on needing new shows to watch. I'm trying to convince MH to watch Outlander with me, but so far no dice.
@inthewoods23 Want to come fold my laundry? I washed and dried it aaaaand it's all still sitting in the hamper. I literally have no excuse for it, I was just knitting and watching The Outsider last night.
@feather_heather I just saw there's a "stay-at-home" order now, so stores will be crazed tonight and tomorrow morning. Grocery stores and pharmacies will be exempt from the order and it's not a travel ban, so hopefully it will be better Wednesday!
@allthingscozy Thanks, sweet friend. I think I just needed to see some sky haha. It hit me hard that we're most likely in this until far into April. Hoping your stir crazy feelings dissipate soon!

@mvt2003 haha I almost didn't fold things, but I had the genius idea to do it while I was watching Next in Fashion. DH kept laying amongst everything in my space where I'd fold stuff and had his head in my lap at parts. @legallykate I’m struggling with that too. It’s scary.
I kind of forgot what CD I’m on until today, it’s getting to the point where we have to make a decision. How does YH feel? I actually haven’t discussed it with mine yet. Since he still has to go to work pretty much no matter what he doesn’t really like to talk about how bad things could potentially get and I feel bad bringing it up, but I guess it’s time. It’s such a gamble with the interest rates but we don’t want to miss out so we pulled the trigger!
@dobiemom11 oh yes I will definitely PM you if I can’t find anything local. Thank you! Good luck today, I hope the sellers get their acts together at the last minute! We should do a thread of what everyone is watching these days!
@inthewoods23 nice job with the laundry! and omg I keep having the same thoughts with The Happening. I have to keep telling myself to get a grip! I know it’s very contagious but not to that extreme haha.
@feather_heather ugh what crappy timing with YH’s car. also IMO Friday night is kind of the weekend so I don’t think you cheated too badly!
@mvt2003 we might end up NTNP too. It’s so hard to know what to do. But great job with week 1 of the 21 day fix! I’m impressed! I need to start being a little more active because I’ve been feeling pretty blah/bloated but I was thinking more along the lines of yoga or a second walk haha.
@allthingscozy do you mean yesterday’s temp? I would always get a higher temp if I moved too much at first.
@mindyb2019 that’s awesome you got so much cleaning done! I hope your cleaning vibes rub off on me because that’s the plan for this coming weekend. We usually have a cleaning person but we’re not going to have her come until things calm down.
@tryingktogku oh wow, stay safe!
@keikilove Yay for being active this weekend! I'm low key enjoying the lockdown because I'm an introvert who doesn't like to go anywhere. MH on the other hand is not enjoying it because he's the exact opposite.
@legallykate I'm sorry you're having such a hard time with whether or not to continue TTC. Hang in there friend. You're doing awesome.
@dobiemom11 Oh man that sounds stressful! I hope they're all ready and things go smoothly for you guys. Yay for being a homeowner!!! Congrats! If you like crime shows, my friend just recommended Mind Hunters on Netflix. I haven't started it yet, but I'm excited to watch it. If you have Amazon Prime, the Marvelous Mrs. Maisel is hilarious (as long as you don't mind a lot of cussing).
@inthewoods23 Finishing laundry is an awesome accomplishment!! I got all my wash done, but there's still a load in the dryer and two loads in baskets that need to be folded and put away. It seems like a never ending chore.
@feather_heather That's a bummer about your sushi and then not being able to get anything delivered. What did you guys end up cooking at home? Hopefully it was yummy!
@mvt2003 Congrats on completing week 1 of 21DF! I'm thinking of signing back up for Beachbody On Demand since my gym is closed. I need some structure!
@allthingscozy So just to make sure I understand, you temped after you got out of bed? I would say that contributed to the temp spike. Are you doing OPKs or paying attention to CM to cross reference at all?
@mindyb2019 Sorry about your dryer! That's frustrating! I hope it's not a lot for the repair and that it gets done quickly. But yay for getting your house cleaned and sanitized!
@tryingktogku I'm sorry you're so anxious, but thank you for still working!! You're amazing.

So far we haven't had any positive tests in our county yet, but two were just confirmed in the next county over, so it's only a matter of time. I'm also super anxious about all of this, but I feel like overreacting is better than underreacting at this point. Ugh.

R/R: Happy Monday Ladies!! We are getting into a groove with this WFH thing. Had a good weekend...super lazy day Saturday and much more productive day yesterday. Mondays are a little better when you are home...but I’m still ready for the day to be over!
CS/Q: None.
@bows22 sounds like you had a super productive weekend, good job!! Hopefully you can get the livestream for your church to work next weekend.
@keikilove I’m so glad you are able to look at the positives of this crazy situation...that’s not always easy to do! Yay for being active too, hopefully you can keep it up!
@legallykate sorry AF showed and for all the anxiety that goes with deciding how to proceed! I hope you feel good about whatever you decide to do!
@dobiemom11 fingers crossed your closing goes on today without a hitch! I know that will be a huge weight lifted to get that over with!
@inthewoods23 good job on getting the laundry done...hope you can knock out the rest of the list soon!
@feather_heather sorry YH’s car wouldn’t start so you are stuck at home. Hopefully you can go to the store tomorrow and get some of the fresh stuff you need!
@mvt2003 sounds like you had a nice productive weekend, sorry the closed in feeling hit though! I’m glad getting out of the house for a bit and talking to a friend helped!
@allthingscozy sorry you are feeling stir crazy. If you got out of bed before you temped, that could definitely cause a spike...but today looks like a dip, so do you mean yesterday?
@mindyb2019 yay for all that productivity...boo for the dryer breaking! Hope it will be a quick/inexpensive fix!
@tryingktogku glad things worked out with YH being home for this cycle! Hope you get CH’s soon!
@legendairymomma sorry to hear YH’s medicine may be affecting things! Hope the more relaxed cycle helps you to not stress too much about it all though!
@linzrunz sorry YH is being grumpy and you feel like he isn’t taking the virus as seriously as he should be! I agree, I’m happier to over-react than under-react at this point!

@mvt2003 MH watches outlander with me bc all the boobs 😂 season 2 he skipped bc not much happened (his words) but was back in toward the end and watched all of season 3.
@mindyb2019 so sorry to hear about your dryer! Ugh what a bad time for that to happen. When is the repair guy coming?
@allthingscozy my temp jumps up like that too if I get out of bed. I have a CVS thermometer with a recall button so I set an alarm about 15 minutes before I get out of bed to take my temp, snooze a bit, and then recall the temp after I'm up for the day.
Ugh sorry I've been MIA! Between this virus and my spoiler I haven't been in a great mental state and have been trying to not be on my phone. There are 15+ confirmed cases in my small town (as of yesterday, I'm sure the number is higher today) and we got an email yesterday that 5 of them are school employees in town so I'm just sitting here waiting.
I got here late today so I'll do a full check in tomorrow if I can get on earlier.

Just wanted to post an update, we did buy a house today. It was a rollercoaster day, since I found out this morning that I was laid off from work. That put me not in great mood. The sellers also were not out of the house when we went to closing, but finished up during closing.
TW: Inappropriate questions at closing
But it is done now and I really love it. Lots of cleaning and work to be done, but I have a bunch of time to work on it. All in all, being laid off isn't the absolute worst, but it has taken me so long to find a job that I actually really enjoy. They say it is temporary, but still ouch!
Been crazy, so didn't check in as often. Sending lots of contact free hugs your way!
@dobiemom11 you weren’t kidding about the rollercoaster. Happy about the house and bummed about the job, friend!❤️
