FFFC - 2/7

Re: FFFC - 2/7

  • @ruby696 that's amazing! My insurance sucks but it's free (my school pays 100% for entire family - health, dental, and eye) so I guess I can't really complain. But it's going to cost us about $2,000 to have this baby. I had much better insurance with DS and it cost around $900 and that was with an induction and c-section.

  • @sunshinesea22 @catem07 MH's also charges $100/month additional if I want to join it since I have the option through my employer.
  • @jhysmath I can’t even really comprehend what you are talking about with your contract, but it sounds like a load of BS and I’m mad for you!
  • Again, I generally just think the whole system sucks and the insurance companies are having a great time with record profits off the backs of hard working people who just want to have a happy, healthy, financially secure family and it makes me sick!
  • I knew I had decent insurance but reading this makes me even more grateful, I won't see an increase for DS2. And I don't pay too much for insurance I think it works out to a little over 200 per month and that is with vision and dental. I do miss my state insurance because they were awesome and accepted everywhere and the state paid our deductible for us so I had no out of pocket costs.
  • @ruby696 I think we just became best friends with that gif. LOVE The Goonies!

@pourmeanothermocktail Don't feel bad. You are human. It happens. If you think EI will help, definitely be a squeaky wheel. I'm originally from IL and only moved out of state when I got married. I've heard its gone really downhill in the past six years.. I hope that you're able to find a way to make it work!

@rox7777 The moment you said Atlantis Resort, all I could think about was that old Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen movie Holiday in the Sun. The song is now on repeat in my head. Thanks for making my Friday sunnier!
