EDD 10/11, peed on a stick Saturday night and was shocked. I thought I was out this cycle. This is my third pregnancy, DD is 6, DS turns 5 in two weeks. DH and I both work in higher ed.
EDD is 10/5, I peed on a stick the day after having whiskey tasting at my house. I was hopeful because H & I had been HIO. This is my third pregnancy; DD is 3.5, I had an ectopic last Feb that was a shit show and resulted in me losing my left tube (and my sanity). I work in sales and H works in IT, both hospitality/tourism, and we live in Central Florida.
My EDD is 10/7 based on LMP, but will most likely be closer to 10/12 as I usually ovulate later in my cycle. We've been TTC for 20 months and I started fertility testing in November so I didn't track at all in January as I awaited my follow-up consultation with the RE to go over results... and BAM! preggo. Go figure. I took a test Saturday AM and am still in a state of disbelief.
DH and I are both so excited, first time parents. We have a lot of fur babies in the house so it will be quite an adventure preparing them for a human sibling.
Hello My EDD should be around 10/16. At 8 dpo I was cleaning my bathroom and found an old wondfo test and decided to test it for fun. Wasn't expecting anything because I am on the pill lol. It came back very positive, almost as dark as the control line. After screaming my head off, I went to cvs to purchase FRER. Within 30 seconds it came back +. :Do We live MD. Am a SAHM for now. I have 2 girls plus a foster mom as well. After more than 6 miscarriages and an ectopic, it's amazing to be pregnant again. This is number 3 and last for us .
Oh heyo! Found out we’re pregnant with baby #4 a couple weeks ago. EDD is October 1st, but I’ll have a repeat c-section so it’ll be a little earlier than that. I was temping and tracking and doing all that stuff but for some reason the BFP was still a shock.
DS is almost 5, DD1 just turned 3 and DD2 is 22 months. We live just outside of Boston but I went to college in central Florida so @dolewhipper and @smg2302 can I be an honorary member of your club?
My EDD is 17 Oct, the day before my 35th birthday, haha! No AMA for me!
I found out two nights ago when I took a preg test at home.
This will be my second child. I was part of J18 for my first. Hoping for some J18 moms to join me here.
I absolutely loved my last BMB so am looking forward to the experience again. Can't wait to get to know you guys better as we support each other through this journey.
Hi! EDD is 10/09. This is my 3rd pregnancy, DS is 4 and I gave birth to a surrogate baby a year and a half ago. I tested on an FRER last Wednesday because I didn't want a BFN bumming me out too close to my bday and was surprised by that second line. Leave it to me to plan a bday picnic at a winery two days before finding out I'm pregnant... I wasn't going to intro because I thought I was having a CP (1st trimester is a mind eff for me), but I got a nice dark second line on a dollar store test this morning, so I am cautiously optimistic.
Anyway, DH and I just celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary and have been together since the dawn of time. He works in sales, and I'm an accountant. DS is pretty much the most amazing kid ever. We have a sassy little 5 yo rescue pup who weighs in at a whopping 11 lbs, so she's pretty much a cat. We spend most of our free time at the park or Disneyland.
Hey everyone! Let's see... I'm a 38 year old mom of two boys, 3 and 15 months old. Hoping this will be my girl! But like I said on the other thread in the 1st trimester board, this baby will be born right around when my younger boy will turn 2, so if it's a boy, I should be totally set with clothes being the right size for the right season, so yay.
I found out I was pregnant... maybe 9 days ago? I did it the day my period was supposed to start, so there it is. I'm due 10/7, which is 5 days after my brother's wedding. Whoops. Hopefully I'll be able to make that. Feeling kinda bad about it. Oh well! Hoping this will be our last baby. I'm old and tired.
Oh yeah, and I've been a SAHM for 3 years, and I used to be a high school history and economics teacher. I live in the SF bay area.
Hello ladies! Hubby and I have been TTC since summer 2018 and finally went the IVF route. Ended up changing clinics before cycling because the doctor refused to start me on anything unless I dropped 2 BMI points. If I had been an inch taller it wouldn't have mattered. First appointment with the new clinic was end of September and finally started my first cycle on January second. I'm 40, he's 45 and we were told we had a 20% chance even with IVF. Surprise! One embryo was transferred on 1/17 and the little pancake stuck around. I'm due 10/5 and may likely be taken a week early due to clotting disorder and being on blood thinners (so they can have me stop the meds 25-36 hours before going into labor).
Technically this is my second pregnancy; first was 10 years ago with another man -relationship and pregnancy ended abruptly. My hubby is so excited and supportive and it's completely different this time around. We are slowly telling people who knew we were doing IVF. Everyone else can wait until I feel more secure in this pregnancy sticking around. My beta levels are doing great and we have our first ultrasound scheduled for 2/17.
Hi!! Our EDD is 10/7! This is our third pregnancy—#1 we lost at 6 weeks, #2 resulted in an amazing little boy who is now 14 months old! After 6 months of exactly-26-day-cycles, we had a false positive on January 2 and I got my period a day later. So this time I waited a few more days and tried a couple different kinds of tests just to make sure. We live in Seattle and I work for one of our local pro sports teams.
Hi! EDD is 10/16. I am AMA which makes me a little nervous. DH and I have been TTC for several months. I found out that I was pregnant 9 DPO. Originally, I expected the test to be negative, so I didn't look too closely at it. However, a couple of hours later, I looked at the test again and saw a second line. I thought that it was an evap line but wasn't sure, so I retested later that day and got a second line within less than 5 minutes. I have now retested several times, and the line just keeps getting darker. I am still shocked that I am pregnant because I felt like it would never happen again. This is my second pregnancy. I have a two year old son, and I participated on the August 2017 BMB.
EDD will be around October 18, I’m guessing. This is my third pregnancy. My daughter passed away after being born at 24 weeks and my son was a 30 week preemie who is now 21 months.
I’m really excited and really nervous as I don’t have the best track record with pregnancies.
We live in England and love it. Can’t wait to get to know you all!

Hello Ladies! EDD is 10/1 with #1. We are so very excited and nervous. We have been trying on & off for 1.5 yrs, having had an ectopic 6/18, & a cp 9/19. We have our first U/S this coming Monday, at 6w4d due to my AMA (I am almost 38) & the ectopic. Patiently impatiently awaiting that date.
I work in Construction surveying & my DH is a welder. We live in Wyoming & have plenty of fur babies, some of whom are going to have a hard time adjusting to a new sibling 🤞🤞.
Being a serious introvert, I tend to be a lurker. I love to read about all your journeys, and I will try to be as involved as I can. Good luck to everyone!
Hi everyone!! I woke up hungry one day two weeks ago and just knew I was KU! I took a test and got a BFP! This is kind of a surprise for us as we weren’t actively trying and had recently (though hesitantly) decided we done. DH and I have a total of 7 kiddos so far! I had two boys and he had a boy and a girl when we got married, since then we’ve had three more in the past 3.5 years! I was very active in my Nov17 BMB and my AUG19 BMB and I’m excited to get to know you all!
Also, I’m an EMT and DH is a FF/Paramedic and we live in Massachusetts! @kmalls Hi local person! 😂
Alright ladies, the lurking is over I guess! I have been hesitant to post this early due to a chemical pregnancy a few years ago, but here I am!
I have an 18mo old boy and we decided this was our year for #2 as I am pretty anxious to be done with kiddos we are a 2 and through team, for sure! I am 36 right now, and my due date is currently 10/6, one day before our 3 year anniversary! I have to say I was very anxious about being able to get pregnant again. I was active in the TTGP board ready for it to take a while, just because my cycles have been a bit off since I got my period back after nursing for 10 months until last May. I guess our timing was good so here we are!
I am 5+1 and got a blood test to confirm the 4 BFP (first of which was at 12 DPO, CD 25). I have a physical on 2/21 so I figured I'd ask my GP to request the HCG test as well since I was already going to get labwork done. Came back positive this AM! No prenatal appointment until 9 weeks bummed out because last time I got a US at 6 weeks, but of course they made me pay for it since it was an early one...thanks US healthcare! So I guess I will live with that. I feel more relaxed than with my first and there is really nothing else I can do right now aside from TRYING to eat well and taking my prenatals!
H and I both work in tech, I am a project manager and I work full time from home. We are in California.
Stoked about a possible October baby since it's my absolute favorite month! I gave birth at 39+2 with my first, so who knows if I will be early again. I was very active (still am) in my previous BMB so I am looking forward to getting to know you ladies!
@morethanamama first off, congratulations... but I find it really shady, and in poor judgement, of you to have been constantly posting in the TWW thread of the TTGP board ALL last week saying that you couldn’t and wouldn’t test until you were on CD 30 (which you said wouldn’t have been until this past Sunday). So you lied to all of us when you, in fact, were getting positives starting at CD25. This last Friday, when you posted, you said it was CD28 and 17 dpo... so that timing doesn’t even match up if here you just said you got your BFP on CD25 and 12dpo.... we opened our arms to you and you lied to us for a week straight (probably even lied to us about other stuff but who knows now)....why?

@kpearse99 I am amazed by how easily you drop the word "liar" and "shady". I don't even feel the need to explain myself but being called names, whether internet or IRL, is not something I appreciate so I am going to have a go at it.
Nope, we didn't wait until day 30. Obviously, my brain is already mush, I do realize that I wrote here CD 25. Flo (app) is already past the period dates and it's incredibly confusing. I have been going 100 miles an hour for the past month for various reasons...I guess I must be human and making mistakes?
Since I have to (?) clarify, it was CD 28. We tested once we got home from our staycation (Friday 1/31). We had an event with alcohol involved the day after, with friends who are known to be nosey, and I was already antsy (which I shared). Not sure where I said I "couldn't" test? I said many times I so wanted to but really wanted to wait given my experience with a CP in the past.
I convinced my H to use one of the $1 tests we had already bought. My son was out of the house with my mom, it was a good time. The line was faint since it wasn't FMU, but it was there. I stopped posting in the TWW after that (per rules), and tested again on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. I honestly think that the TTGP board is tricky about this; I felt like it was still too early to get excited and I did not think it made sense to share. I thought that following the rules and not posting in the grad thread was a good idea, since I had not participated very long. I didn't even want to post here until 9 weeks. And in any case, I don't even know what will happen, because it's still so early, so all of this is really all irrelevant ATM.
I don't think this response will do anything to change your mind. Honestly, it does not matter to me either way. As far as I am concerned, anyone on the internet can be fake including you, me, and everyone else on here, no matter how long they've posted or how much they shared, or how much info they post for people to backtrack like you did. I had a wonderful experience with my previous BMB and even met some of the women in person; my hope was to repeat the same experience with other women empowering women, but it seems like there's a lot of name calling and bashing.
I will say that I am very sorry if I somehow offended you - or anyone on the TTGP board for that matter. That is never my intention online or IRL. You are entitled to your opinions, and I am entitled to mine. I believe that you could have just asked a simple question. Instead, you took some of your time to write a full on finger-pointing post. I am happy if writing it brought you some sort of happiness, or maybe just something new to talk about in the TTGP board. I would just like to let you know that sometimes, SOMETIMES, you don't have all the information and all the pieces of the puzzles to actually go out there and accuse people.
I sincerely hope October is your month. I appreciate your congratulations, even though I find them a bit empty given the rest of the content of your post.
