  If I had your luck, instead of mine... I'd have a healthy living child at home from basically not trying to have one, 1 MC (sounding from not trying either), and be "worried" that 'trying' for 6 WHOLE months indicated a decline of fertility, despite the medical community agreeing that a couple with no issues can take up to a year to get PG normally... instead of having spent over 4 years trying to have a living child and only having 5 MCs...   
  
  But thanks for barging into our group with all that lovely information.  I really enjoy people who don't try to fit into a community and getting to know others and the room just all putting their fertility 'woes' out there saying "SUPPORT ME SUPPORT ME SUPPORT ME!!!!"  Maybe try getting to know people in a group first and slowly dip your toes in the water...

  Aug '19: Letrozole + HCG trigger + IUI + prog supp - BFN (MH: 16mil)

  Sep '19: 2nd IUI, same protocol - BFN (MH: 16mil) 

  Dec '19: IVF #1 w/ICSI, PGT. 5 retrieved, 4 fertilized, 3 blasts, 3 PGT-A normal.

  Mar '20: FET #1, perfect 5AA blast transferred. BFN.

  Your post is only 5 lines long but there sure are a lot of WTF in it.
  
  1. Read the rules to know how this board operates. 
  2. Try to read some of the posts. You'll realize a lot of members have never been pregnant before so how would they know what works?! Your " tips of how you all got successful pregnant" comment is tone death.
  3. Having been on BC before or not, it's not going to affect your chances of getting pregnant. Plenty of people get pregnant WHILE ON birth control.
  4. Doctors will tell you to try for at least a year if you're under 35 y/o. 6 months isn't much. It can take up to a year for a healthy couple to get pregnant. Plus, you have a history of getting pregnant twice in the last 3 years.

  10/2018: MFI (2 SA under 9 million/ml)
  11/2018: HSG shows right Fallopian tube slightly damaged 
  1/2019: Husband diagnosed with grade 3 varicocele
  4/05/2019: varicocele repair surgery
  6/13/2019: BFP!!! EDD: 2/22/2020   Baby girl born 2/27/2020
  7/18/2019: Total Motile Count at 3 months post surgery = 51 millions!! (number must be >20 millions to conceive naturally).
