@ktmaesim it's on loan from a friend! Came with the Jolly jumper wood stand as well. I think I need to put some sort of netting inside because the holes are a little large though.
This could also probably go under why my pregnant self is crying, but my sweet, amazing husband just spent the afternoon totally clearing out all office items, rehoming them, and putting in all nursery furniture into that room. We now have the bookcase, chair/ottoman, and changing table/dresser totally set up in there, and everything that was in there is now rearranged in other parts of the house. The only things left to do with that room are to assemble the crib, and put up any wall decor. He's amazing. I nearly cried with joy when he showed it to me a few minutes ago. It actually looks like our little boy's room.
Since I’ve had to stay home so much during this pregnancy, I’ve poured my energy into the nursery! I described it as “modern mountain” mostly because I wanted an outdoorsy theme but didn’t want to paint the walls and they were light teal. My grandma is an artist and painted a new painting for our little guy. 😍 My cousin and aunt sent us ALLLL of the decorations from the baby shower they were planning that we had to cancel and those ended up being most of what decorated the nursery! Still a couple finishing touches left - light fixture, curtains, changing pad, etc. But it sure feels real now!!
also, procrastinating the touch up and trim paint until almost 28 weeks was not my smartest move. but, it’s done! so now furniture can get put in the right places and I can evaluate what else we need!
