@bananapanda I was rear ended when I was 32 weeks pregnant with DS1. I got checked out and ended up being perfectly fine, but you can always get checked out just to be safe.
My car was totaled in April when someone else hit me and we had to replace 2 car seats. 😫 We’re just now wrapping up the case for a settlement since I ended up having major neck/back issues afterwards. So annoying.
@pirateduck@mdfarmchick@mamaqdubu thanks for the advice. I did end up going to urgent care to get checked over for the back pain. They said everything seemed fine and I could take tylenol and use a heating pad for 10-15 minutes at a time but not much else (as expected). They also did a urine test to make sure there was no blood in my urine which came back clear so made me feel a little better. Now I guess I'll just wait for my OB appt next Tuesday and hope the US can be scheduled shortly after that.
@rox7777 thanks for the reassurance! Dealing with all of the insurance and medical bills is so frustrating. We got rear ended a few years ago and I was in physical therapy for a few months after and still have problems with one muscle in my shoulder/neck area from the accident. Their insurance company didn't even want to cover all of my medical bills so we ended up having to get a lawyer which I never wanted to do because I'm not sue happy and always thought it was ridiculous to need a lawyer for a clear cut rear end accident. But now I know better and plan to call the lawyer soon so he can hopefully deal with the insurance and medical bills and leave me stress free!
I've been a little bummed about the prospect of needing maternity clothes. Until I remembered I work from home and can wear maternity leggings the whollleeeeeee time.

@catem07 I am the opposite. I am a little excited about the prospect of maternity clothes. I have refrained from buying much for my wardrobe for the last 3 years while TTC and kept telling myself I'd be able to buy a whole new wardrobe once I was pregnant and nothing fits. It's not that they are maternity clothes per se that excites me, just the idea of finding some new outfits in general!
@kaitieb14 we are planning to move in December - but only about 45 minutes away. I’m already trying to decide if I should just keep my regular OB or find one near our new area. The thought of switching OBs mid pregnancy gives me anxiety

That would be tough. Could you maybe find one now in your new town, and commute during these early months? Then once December comes, you will live closer to your OB, and won't have to switch mid-pregnancy?
@chewie5990 definitely find one close to the new house. If it gives you anxiety, just pick one now, and it will be easier to travel farther than now later.
I’m already dreading pregnancy cravings since I found out a few months ago I may have celiac disease and so can’t have gluten anymore. Last time I ate soooo much pasta alfredo (which I would never eat otherwise) and now I won’t be able to, so hope I don’t get that specific urge! 😂
@pascal86, there are so many GF brands out there now a days. So a ton of options for pasta Alfredo. I've been GF for about 5 years off and on, more seriously in the last year and a half.
