@stashattack It definitely made the ceremony memorable! My school had like 11 different graduations so they were pretty manageable. They read names for all the undergrads and masters students but didn't hood them like the PhDs so it wasn't too bad. Where I am now, the do a mass hooding at the seats so somehow we graduate about 5000 grads and undergrads in 2 hours....
@marebear15 we are quarter system so I have until Sept 25 for classes to start but lots of revamping of my course to do in the meantime so it feels too close...
@FyreFlyeRush Ugh, the heat is trying to kill me! I actually said the words, “it’s only supposed to get up 99°“ today 😒 I’m so ready for Fall.
@marebear15 LOL I was thinking the same thing but just put into perspective that I’m just about halfway done. I need to get out of the mind frame that I’m still super early into this pregnancy 😳 Though there is a teacher at my school who is also expecting and is a week ahead of me. She doesn’t waddle yet, but she’s also on her first, so I’m rationalizing that uterus had been there done that and is just an overachiever 😉
