My 8 month old keeps pooping in the middle of her naps and waking herself up. It's really interfering with her ability to get enough sleep. Anyone else have this problem? Did it go away on its own or did you do something to fix it?

    Perhaps it’s because she’s relaxed so a bit easier to poop then? Personally, I’d try to create some calm and soothing awake time before nap time and do some leg exercises to try to get her to poop before it. Not sure if it’d help, but just an idea.
