Finally getting my oldest two combined into one room. Once that's done the nursery can be started, DH has a few things to put together. We just picked up a dresser today and the new rug should be arriving sometime this week. I'm so happy we finally have all the big items we need for it. Nothing like waiting until 34w to get it together with the bedroom situation. 😂
Here’s baby boys nursery so far. Only thing we’re missing is his name above the bed - my mom is going to do fabric letters for us in plaid, chevron and polka dots in a blue pallet so it should add that last pop of colour - she also made the blanket hanging on his crib. And hubby has to patch a few more spots in the wall - but it’s getting close!
I’m a lurker from the June 2019 board, hope you all don’t mind! Due 6/19. As a FTM, planning the nursery has been my fave part of this whole process! I went with a National Park theme, basically as an excuse to order a cool mountain mural and do a gallery wall.
@cindler I live with my parents...have for the past 4 years and will be for the next 1.5 to 2...my mother's survival is something I contemplate hourly:/
Well, we finally painted (light grey - "distant star" from behr) but are waiting on new carpet before actually setting up the room. Can't wait to finally get all the baby stuff organized. It's so nice to see your lovely nurseries on here!
I haven’t checked in much since finding out at 20 weeks I was having two babies instead of one. It’s been a wild ride since then. We are finally settled and just waiting on the girls to arrived. Nursery is complete!
Baby is sleeping in our room so we don't have much for a nursery but I'm happy enough with the girly space she is getting to call her own. To make up for it almost everything was DIY and made with love! Finally put up her sign as the final touch tonight.
Re: Nursery Plans
ETA: my mom might not survive the day.
@bartonolivia that is a beautiful setup! Perfect for your little Lola! 💕
Putting these birtch tree decals on the fully painted wall.
Rocker will be in the corner of the full green wall and the window wall, crib will be closer to the other end of the green wall. So excited!
