@brookert615 yea I think we’ll start trying again at the end of June when that cycle starts, but I’m going to Florida with my MIL/SIL and selfishly don’t want to start a new medication and potentially feel like crap the whole time. So we’re thinking we’ll start working with the RE the next cycle which would be towards the end of July.
You look at events like weddings coming up on your calendar and start trying to come up with reasonable excuses for why you aren’t drinking in case you’re KU right before.

When you go to the local pharmacy for the “usual” which consists of pregnancy tests and candy and the lady at checkout gives you two thumbs up as you leave.
This (see spoiler) pops up on your twitter feed & you're like "...opioid users can use OPKs to help them get off drugs?!" Spoiler alert: Totally not an OPK. Article (that I didn't read in full) is here.
You come up with ideas like this and feel truly annoyed that The Bump hasn't thought of it...instead of the "what does a + HPT look like" thread on 1st
trimester there really needs to be a thread where people explain in
detail what their symptoms were during their TWW as they got closer to
their BFP. In fact it should be required that every pregnant user post a
detailed description there of how they felt on each individual DPO.
Wouldn't this be a good thread to obsess over?? I've grown tired of
analyzing everything using countdowntopregnancy dot com - a good site if
you want to spend 30 minutes typing in different symptoms only to
circle back to the conclusion that you cannot tell if you're KU from
looking at a website.

You confess to YH that somehow you still get excited every night that in the morning you get to take your temp & pee on a test stick. And the guy actually says, “I look forward to it too. I just don’t tell you because I don’t want you to feel even more pressure.” These are now the things that make me swoon.🥰
That you've bought so many HPTs and fertility supplements that your randomly get a "Sperm Check" coupon with your Rite Aid purchase. I just got some seasonal stuff that was on clearance this trip so the lady looked at the coupon and then handed it to me with pure confusion.
@bobbyflies2020 Bahah! I should! I waved the coupon in his face but the at-home test kit is like $60! I wonder if anyone has used them/think they're reliable?
You walk past the baby section in Target hoping for some magic vibes to come your way soon

@inthewoods23@flowntheloop I try not to go too deep into the rabbit hole, but I've def thought about how we would tell my in-laws (my parents have passed away, so no one to tell on that side). @mvt2003 my sister did the "only the best X get promoted to Y" stuff for all of us. My parents got mugs, I got a wood plaque thing (home decor), and my brother got a shirt. I suppose I can still do that for the ILs, but that type of thing is a 1 time opportunity.

@inthewoods23 Every time they've announced, my BiL has been too excited and has just called people, no special announcements. (He called and woke an uncle and aunt up at like 10pm to tell them). You're right it's kind of a 1 time thing though. Maybe I'll just let husband take the lead on it.

You dream that a nurse at your RE’s office is confidently encouraging you, saying, “Oh, you just need Durafit! We’ll order you Durafit & you’ll have guaranteed success!” So you wake up & google it: it’s a material used in car parts, custom stretchy seat covers, & maternity support panties?!?
