Hello fellow Dec 2019 moms!!! This is our first, I and I'm 5 weeks 3 days today, we found out at 3 weeks 5 days. As of right now, our EDD is Dec. 18. Guess we'll find out for sure when we go for our first appointment. So excited for my first appointment May 14, to finally be able to see our little bean!!!
Hey friends! So excited to be here! My due date is 12/25 (it's going to be a fun holiday season)! We have a 4-year-old and a sweet pup! We had a very early loss back in December so I'm a bit anxious this go-round. Can't wait to get to know you all!
Like a few others, I am cautiously excited about my BFP! I just found out this past Tuesday that I’m pregnant with our first! And I’m also trying to keep my substantial worries and fears at bay...I’m just over 4 weeks, due 12/24.
I’m 30, husband is 36, we have a 5 year old dog, and I’m a middle school teacher.
I'm also a teacher! Wondering how morning sickness is going to affect my teaching. Thankfully not too bad yet! I teach kindergarten though so we've got slightly different situations (though sometimes my kids create enough drama for middle school!)
@mama_mea Due date twins AND both teachers--I love it! I'm worried about the morning sickness and teaching, too. I'm not sure how I feel about the final weeks of school coinciding with my first trimester. I'm also not tenured (though I've been renewed for next year), so I won't be sharing the pregnancy news with the school anytime soon...might make things a bit trickier!
Good luck! I hope your sweet kindergarteners are understanding!
This is my third pregnancy and when my daughter was born in 2012, my bump group was a lifesaver and some of those women are still my fiends now 😊. Super excited to get to know everyone through the next few months.
EDD is 12/23, daughter was born in 2012 and my son in 2015. We live in Philly 💜. Congrats everyone!
My EDD is December 22nd, although I do wonder if it will change by a couple of days as I ovulated later than usual last cycle. We will see in a couple of weeks!
I am excited but treading lightly, I had an early loss last month that really threw me for a loop so my anxiety is pretty high. I have a DD that is 3 and have been married to my DH for five years.
My EDD is December 31st, but as this rainbow baby will be number 3 (4th pregnancy), I'm not sure I'll make it past 12/31. I had a missed MC March 2018, and have been TTC every month since. I got my BFP last week (really early to my surprise), so I'm being optimistically cautious that I'll be able to stay here for the remainder of the year. Since I'm last on this party train, my first OB appointment isn't until May 20th. Until then I'll be cheering everyone on and keeping my fingers crossed for a sitcky baby!
I have DS (D14 Baby) and DD (O16 Baby), married to DH for 6 years (together for 16) and am a WAHM. I look forward to connecting with everyone!
Married to DH for 6 years (together for 16) DS born 12.13.14 DD born 10.15.16 BFP 1.24.18, MC 3.13.18 BFP 4.25.19, EDD 12.31.19
Hello! STM here, my first was a boy in June 2017, just got my BFP a few days ago, a rough EDD of Dec 27 (exactly 6 months away from my son's birthday!) I'm 37, in Ontario Canada, and trying to become part of another strong community, and help out any FTM's because this group was a lifesaver/sanity saver for me the first time around. There's still ~60 women from my J17 group who are in a Facebook group together and going strong!
Hey All. I'm cautiously joining Dec 19 after a positive test this evening. Due 12.28.19 and have a 6.5yo DS and a 5yo DD. *TW* I had a MMC last summer, and while we weren't preventing, this is a bit of a surprise as we assumed a 3rd baby just wasn't meant to be. So much so that we just scheduled DHs vasectomy for early May.
Nice to "meet" you all. I may not jump too far into this board until after my 1st US, but then again, maybe I will.
@loandbaby I’m in the schools with an autism program I really enjoy the medical side but I love where I’m at now... especially since I only have to work 3 days a week and have basically the same schedule as my kiddos! 💚
Cautiously joining this BMB. I’m 32, DH will be 33 next week, together for 11 yrs but married for 5.5. Two fur babies (14 and 15) and I’m an SLP in an elementary school in CT. Currently expecting with a due date of 12/28. **TW** This would be our second living child. We lost our first son when I was 4.5 months pregnant, then had a miscarriage at 5 wks, had our rainbow who is now 20 months. Betas were low at 14 and 16 dpo (54 and 267) but are more than doubling, so my Dr. isn’t that concerned at this point. Don’t go for my scan till 7wks 5days on 5/17. **end TW**
Hopefully I get to stick around to get to know all you lovely ladies!!
Im a STM with a 2 year old DD. DH and I were TTC for almost a year and got our BFP on 4/17 (two days before my 5th anniversary) i told DH on our anniversary. Based on LMP my EDD is 12/24-12/28 so Christmas baby. ❤️❤️❤️
Im a corporate accountant and my husband is a security systems administrator living in PA.
Hi everyone! I have two kiddos (4.5 and 3) and having some anxiety about having a third (we both work FT and I feel like we barely have it all together at the moment!) But we really wanted another one so here goes! Based on LMP my EDD is Dec 14 but I ovulated very late; based on ovulation it's more like Dec 21... we'll see at the first US which is Friday May 3...seems like forever.
Hi everyone! First timer here. I'm a little over six weeks. EDD is 12/14. This is my first time ever being pregnant and so far all is well. I'm so excited to be on this journey, my husband and I have been together 5 years and we finally decided it was time to grow our family! I look forward to getting to know you all. -Heather ♡
I have 2 LOs (10 and 7) and my EDD is 12/25. I had c-sections with both kids, so I’m thinking that I will probably end up having another. My first appointment is 5/14.
*TW* I am trying to be cautiously optimistic, but I previously had a MC and a MMC, so I’m pretty anxious. */TW*
Hi everyone! FTM here, though we’ve got 2 cutie crazy doggos. EDD is 12/12 right now, curious to see if that will be adjusted after my first appt next week.
I’m just over 6.5 weeks now, and I’ve been lucky that my symptoms have been pretty mild so far—if I didn’t know I was pregnant, I’m not sure I’d suspect it—but that makes me nervous is a whole different way.
Anyhow, DH and I will both be 30 when LO comes along, we’re excited about this big new change. Looking forward to chatting with you all. 🙂
Estimated due date is December 12th. This will be my 4th pregnancy and hopefully 2nd baby. I have a 20 month old girl with my husband of 5 years, and was on the September 17 BMB. I'm an ICU RN and have Type 1 Diabetes so will most likely be induced at the end of November/early December.
Edited due date because I was wrongggg

I cannot wait for 12 week milestone and while I try to stay positive - I am terrified before every scan.
My consistent symptom is extreme fatigue. I am sleeping crazy number of hours. I hate all food since last week and if at all I want to eat - it is only fruits or cold food. My only craving is gazpacho. Have also been feeling chills since yesterday.
We live in NY. I am really hopeful this time and looking forward to stick around till Dec.
All the best everyone! Looking forward to get to know all of you more. X
Hi All, I am FTM with an EDD of Dec. 16. I got married in August and DH and I live in Northern Virginia. We got the BFP on our first try, so though we were trying, it was a bit of a shock to say the least. Looking forward to lots of support and sharing with you over the next months!
Just found out yesterday. Due 1/3, but will only go to 39 weeks (latest 12/27). I have an 8 month old daughter, and with the guidance of my OB, tried for our second while off of immunosuppressants for my autoimmune diseases. Luckily I went into remission while pregnant with my daughter and was able to discontinue meds. I didn't expect to get pregnant the first month we tried, but so happy to be expecting number 2!
EDD 12/29. This is our fourth pregnancy and all losses previously, including the birth of our daughter at 38 weeks that only lived for 44 minutes. I am extremely nervous! I haven’t even called my OB yet because I just had a MC last month at 4 weeks 3 days. I am hoping to get through this week without a loss and will then call for labs and to schedule my first US. Is anyone else obsessively testing over again to keep seeing the two lines? *praying for a good outcome this time*!
Hello all!! By LMP my EDD is Jan 2 (I know wrong board) but I think when I go to the OB my EDD will be in Dec. Because of my Hashimotos and hypothyroidism my Endo made us wait to try for this baby. I have not told MH that we are expecting yet as I just found out. I have told my 3 yr old son but of course he doesn't understand it. We live in South Texas and have 4 dogs. I work at a Mother's Day Out program 2 days a week (that my son also attends but NOT my class lol) and I have a work from home job. I look forward to interacting with you wonderful ladies over the next 9 months.
I am a 28 year old elementary school teacher in Kentucky due December 19th. My husband is 33. We do not have any children, but this is my fourth pregnancy though. We suffered a miscarriage last year in March and I’ve had two chemical pregnancies. We are cautiously optimistic as this is further than I’ve ever made it (6 weeks today) and I have the help of progesterone. We were just getting ready to look into fertility drugs and bam - I’m finally pregnant after a long year and a half of trying, testing, and heartache. We can’t wait to be parents and I look forward to getting to know you in the meantime.
Hi! I'm due with #4 around Dec 20. I have an 8 year old, 2.5 year old, and 14 mo old, all boys. First two were the result of A LOT of IUIs. Last two were surprises, though I suppose I can't claim too much shock about this last one. That third one was very unexpected, though! lol. I'm still nursing the younger two, but am really hoping to at least wean the 2 year old, if not both, before #4 comes. No morning sickness yet, and I tend to get it bad, though I think breastfeeding helps. My biggest concerns right now (other than my sanity) are space in the car and in the house. We currently have all three in one row in an X5, but are looking at adding an Expedition or Navigator XL to fit all the kids and the double jogging stroller! Oh, I'm a SAHM, originally from central Illinois, been in PA for many years, currently TDY with Air Force hubs in the South.
@SpongeWorthy, my heart is bursting for you! I might have actually squealed out loud when I saw your name - so, SO many good vibes for an uneventful, quiet, easy, predictable nine months! What a way to close out the year!

Hello all! Expecting first baby. Married ten years. Was told would never have children by multiple doctors so this is our miracle!! Living in central PA. Have two cats that are not adjusting to the lack of attention well as I’m sick almost constantly. Yay!!
Hi Everyone! I am a 30 yo STAHM and my EDD is 12/18. This will be my 5th baby / 7th pregnancy. We have been trying for a few years on and off, after a couple of MCs. I have three DD ages 13, 10, and 8. And one DS age 5. I have yet to tell anyone the news because we are waiting until I hit that 4 month mark. Then I will breath a little easier. I look forward to getting to know everyone and wish you all the best!
Re: Introduce yourself here!

I’m 30, husband is 36, we have a 5 year old dog, and I’m a middle school teacher.
I can’t wait to get to know you all better!
I'm also a teacher! Wondering how morning sickness is going to affect my teaching. Thankfully not too bad yet! I teach kindergarten though so we've got slightly different situations (though sometimes my kids create enough drama for middle school!)
Good luck! I hope your sweet kindergarteners are understanding!
Once contract signing time comes up next month I will finally tell my school. They're pretty good about women leaving for babies.
I hope it goes well for you!
