Anyone else feeling a lot of pressure and pain down there? I’m 24 weeks and I don’t remember this starting so soon with my first!

Secondly, we have some rules threads to read first, then there is a questions thread every week where you can ask questions like this and get some answers from other expecting moms. It'll probably go over better in that thread. If it's bad, you should probably ask your doctor.

Well being that this is an online forum and not that serious I didn’t know there are ‘rules’ for a pregnant woman just asking normal questions.... but okay. And I don’t owe strangers online any explanation for why I haven’t posted before. I have the bump app and am due in August...no need to have an attitude. And if you do, you should probably question why you’re having control issues over an online forum. Thanks for proving to me that this is a not place to trust to ask for advice 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

@kelly90289 The only place you should trust to ask for advice is your doctor. There are many of us on this forum that have been interacting for months, what @oklahomak pointed out was the rules thread that we all follow to help keep the thread organized. It would be lovely if you started there, then introduced yourself, and began joining in on our regular conversations, including the “Weekly Questions” thread. If that’s too tough for you, then best of luck.

QFP. And we don't owe you, a stranger online, any response to a question. Pretty much every single online forum you go to has guidelines and groups within them have their rules for posting. Welcome to the internet. This is a community not your personal Google.

The way that I was approached is what I have a problem with. There was no need for rude comments or sarcastic memes, like it’s a mean girls club. I’m entitled to post what I like just like anyone else is. And not for nothing I see people posting questions like this all the time without ‘following the rules.’ Y’all don’t own the bump, not sure why people have appointed themselves as gatekeepers. Anyway, I don’t feel I should have to introduce myself and give personal info to ask a question or see if people are experiencing similar symptoms. What an uninviting and unfriendly group of women.

QFP. Did someone send you an invitation? Because we have been here making the effort to make this place a community. Just because other people post questions in other places and don't follow the rules, doesn't mean that we allow it here. That doesn't make us unfriendly. It makes us consistent. Like I said, we are not your personal Google. You don't just walk into an established support group in your neighborhood, run up to the front of their room while they are conducting a meeting, and shout what you're experiencing to see if anyone else can relate, do you?

No...I joined the August 2019 Moms because I am due in August. Because I have a free app with the freedom to do so. I’m still blown away by your attitude towards me. You’re coming off as a loser that has too much time on their hands. Is your only sense of purpose and importance to bully other people that don’t do what you want them to do on the internet? I don’t need to rely on the internet for a sense of community. I have my own community in real life. Maybe get a job, or some real friends instead of trolling away on the internet in a pretend community with the premise you’re giving each other support.

Ha God forbid someone ask a question to other pregnant women!!! Imagine that!! I hope none of you nasty women have any interactions with other women going through a difficult pregnancy. What a miserable group of mean girls with b*itchy responses with an inflated sense of self importance. So if things can be easily googled why have an online forum to begin with??? What a dumb thing to say. And what a dumb high school-esque forum. Guess that makes sense that those with bad personalities have to resort to bullying people online. You 👏 don’t 👏 control 👏 this 👏 app 👏 .

If we're such an aweful group of woman why do you keep coming back? Just ignore us.
We have an online forum to create a community of woman who can offer advise, and support, something you may not understand since you seem to think online forums can't be a community.
If you took a little bit of time to look around you will see that this is really a lovely group of woman who are happy to offer encouragement and support to any one who takes the basic courtesy of reading the thing that says "read this first" and following the guidelines.
Many of us have been on this site for ~16 weeks and we've built real relationships and offer each other support through all the ups and downs of pregnancy.

This is actually an amazing group of women, who genuinely care about each other. Even though we've never met.
No need to get butt hurt Kelly... The responses you got were the same as anyone else who didn't follow the accepted rules of organization.

HA you could have fooled me. ‘Lovely’ and wonderful and supportive people would not have greeted me with such rude responses. I don’t want to be part of a dictatorship or mean girls club where you’re only nice to people if they do what you say. If you scroll above to the beginning of the convo, why would I want to take the time to get to know anyone? Lol. I don’t understand why someone couldn’t just kindly ask me to repost in the ‘correct’ thread that is like 5 topics down by the way. That would’ve been the normal, supportive thing to do. I know man, ‘the rules!!!’ Let me get off this miserable app.
