Idk if i pulled a muscle or if its round ligament pain coming out with a vengence but theres a spot on the left side of my abdomen about even with my belly button feels horrible. Coughing, sneezing, or moving wrong feels like a knife to my muscles. Everything im reading about it basically says to tough it out. Might go soak in the bathtub later to loosen that muscle up.
@jayhawkmom4 how long have you had acid reflux -- mine just started a few days about but it happens all of the time now... did you try avoiding certain foods first?
@phoenix92885, sounds similar to the pain I had in first/second trimester which ended up being an umbilical hernia getting pinched. I'd bring it up to your doctor next time you're in, or earlier if it's that painful.

Mine was going on for months and getting worse and worse! I tried everything and couldn’t get it calmed down.
Love hearing about all the sleep stuff from you guys, @tmblickley@rennie1108@MRDCle@jayhawkmom4 and @kangstadt ! Kicked DW out to the twin bed in the nursery tonight and been feeling kind of sad about the whole thing but I think I’m coming down with something so it’s all for the best. Besides, she says it’s more comfy than our queen bed? At least im not the only one with new sleeping arrangements!
Also dealing with awful reflux. It’s still not as bad as it was with DD but it’s getting close.
Also seeing king little stars floating around my vision more often, but my bp has been great. Not sure what it is. Anyone else? Or maybe it’s related to my GD?

Def give a call for floaters. Pre-e/HELLP doesn’t always present with high BP.
I’ve always had floaters so I try not to read into them more.
TMI question: I just had a little bit of black gooey stuff come out. I felt it and no blood came out or anything (if that makes sense). They told me to come in for any bleeding but I’ve been to the bathroom 3x since and no signs of blood at all. Could it have just been a small part of my mucus plug? Or just a weird pregnancy thing?
@mrstmoose have you had recent sex or anything that would irritate your cervix but not to the extent of lots of blood? That’s the only thing I can come up with.
@mrstmoose, I seem to have a lot of egg-white discharge the day after sex, but never any color to it. I'd probably put a call in to my doctor if it was me.
@phoenix92885 I have pretty much the same except mine is a little bit higher. My doctor tried to tell me if was probably the baby kicking but I can totally tell it's a muscle pain. Plus I get weekly ultrasounds so I know her get are on the other side
2 days a slipped in the rain at Disneyland and fell twice. My hands and knees took all of it but I had a pain in my groin when I walked afterwards. Yesterday I was in my feet all day and today I woke up with a constant pain in my pelvis. I wouldn't call it cramps because the pain doesn't come and go, just feels achy like I'm about to start my period
@lyse01 and @kangstadt no sex. I’ve been on strict pelvic rest since 21 weeks. No other signs of blood so I’m wondering if was a small part of my mucus plug. Or just some weirdness altogether.
The pelvic girdle/pubic ligament-nerve pains are getting worse again. My first pregnancy they were pretty bad by month 7 so at least I made it a tiny bit further. So far though, at about 5000 steps for the day I’m in a lot of pain walking or standing. I was hoping for 7000 steps a day to stay active, but days I hit that I suffer all night. Moving in bed is terrible. Baths help. Tylenol, maybe? sciatica still rough too. And on the edge of too many Braxton Hicks many days. 6-10 weeks to go though, I can do this.

Reflux, is important to treat. It is damaging your esophagus each time it comes up and can cause scaring quickly.
I have GERD (reflux all the time) and take daily ranitidine or Prilosec pending which one works at the time. It makes a huge difference and protects your digestive system from damage.
@mrstmoose boo to no sex (unless you don’t want it). I don’t know what it could be though.
@kbirchtree I’m hitting a point every day (usually 4-5 pm) where I’ve clearly overdone it and need to lie down and enforce my own rest. If I had a Fitbit or something, I’m sure I’d see a pattern of steps too. I find that the more I try to drink water during the day, the faster I recover from the BH contractions (or they’re less severe), but it doesn’t really change the fact they happen. Tonight DH has to finish some work outside before rain so DD and I watched a 45 minute (educational) YouTube video to keep her occupied and me lying down.
Also, my normal GERD/reflux makes it all the way to mouth in the form of regurgitation, which has damaged the enamel on my teeth to the point where every new dentist asks if I have a history of eating disorders. It’s been helpful to me to turn into more of a grazer (not working and being solely responsible for the kitchen has enabled me to do so easily) and eat smaller meals, since my stomach digests food at a rate that’s multiple standard deviations slower than normal. Not that that holistic approach has helped the past few weeks - now, keeping a bit of food in my stomach plus a bottle of Tums handy is key.
I've had a cold for about a week now and added diarrhea and vomiting to the list last night/this morning. Last week my OB said to call if I had a fever that won't break with Tylenol. I haven't had a fever so I haven't called. Baby is moving a lot so she doesn't seem to be affected by it, but I've been making sure to drinks tons of water and take medicine regularly and rest a lot. Hopefully it passes soon.
+1 for SPD/ pelvic ligament pain. I didn't do anything physical this weekend but any sort of independent leg movement hurts so badly. I don't know how work will go this week.

I cant take being pregnant anymore. I feel faint weak and light headed just standing and walking around normally. I feel like I can't do anything besides lay down. Sleep has become a thing of the past my back and stomach hurt always heart burn and peeing constantly. I eventually pass out from sheer exhaustion around 7am. Sorry end rant.
I was woken up by reflux in the middle of the night for the first time last night... I just have to say, you mommas that are dealing with this daily are freaking champs!!! It's the living worst.
@frenchfrymama Totally agree with you on the reflux. I wake up only about 20% due to reflux, but it is the f'n worst. I cough so much I have snot coming out of my nose. I may as well have thrown up, it's that gross.
@stefanielyn1991 I am so over it, too! I know it totally sucks, but just think how close we are! I know, sometimes it doesn't seem like it to me and I have a total meltdown, but relatively speaking, we are close!
Suddenly feeling huge this week which I know is probably just me being dramatic from lack of sleep. Can't wait till this itching is gone!
Also: for those of you who have bad reflux I feel for you, I've only had it maybe 4-5 times and it's horrible! Can't imagine dealing with that constantly at night ugh.
@booksandlace My left hand/fingers have been tingling for a couple weeks now. It's real fun, especially since I work in a lab and use my hands for pretty intricate stuff. Good times.

and DD was practically asleep in the car. Get home to put her down for a nap, and now she’s climbing her easel and bookcase. 😩😵😵
