The baby has started pressing her head/back outward in a way that makes me feel like I’m having a heck of a BH contraction. But then I feel my belly and it’s wicked lumpy/baby shaped. It’s not bad, but she did it somewhat regularly this morning so it made me freak out a little.
Also I can never sleep enough. No new, but getting worse.
Don’t know if this is a symptom or not but.....definitely chipped my back molar last night while eating a gummy worm! I don’t know whether to laugh or cry yet. Fortunately, I have a dentist appointment this week. Not in pain currently so I’m hoping for the best!
Killer headache this morning. It’s probably because of crappy sleep and the weather change. But I’m on the fence about going up to the pharmacy and having my BP checked. It’s probably not that (see above) and I feel like it’s being melodramatic to even waste time getting checked. But.... last time I had a killer headache during pregnancy I ended up in the hospital being induced. Ugh. Might just sit with it for a little longer and see if it fades.
I think right now exhaustion is my main symptom. Like fall asleep sitting in my chair at all hours of the day. If I disappear it’s cause I’m napping under my desk...💤
also this stuff is delicious!

Excruciating sciatic pain. I’ve barely been able to walk for the last couple of days. Can’t make it through my shifts at work. I’m feeling very cranky that I can’t do anything.
Okay. Husband pushed me in to getting checked. Pharmacies nearby apparently don’t have a mini clini so there wasn’t a human to do the check. But the machine read me at unbelievably low. It almost certainly wasn’t remotely accurate. But I’m going to take it as a sign that I’m not in a blood pressure danger zone, and I just have a shitty headache.
@professormama have you taken anything? Last time I gave my doc a call about a headache they advised me that some tylenol will usually knock out a regular headache but won't touch one from pre-e.
@MRDCle I haven’t. I’m not actually sure we have any Tylenol in the house. I’ll have to check. That’s a good point though. When I ended up in the hospital last time, I had taken Tylenol and it had zero impact.
Heartburn amd restless legs are still driving me up the damn wall. Pepcid AC and Zantec dont work through the night. I can handle the heartburn during the day but not when its waking me up at night when im already tossing and turning a bunch.
Baby girls kicks and rolls are so strong now. Hard to believe she is supposed to get even bigger in there!
My husband is having a hard time sleeping because of my snoring, which started last trimester. Ha-ha He snores too.
I feel like my baby is on my lap when I sit because my stomach is so far out now haha phoenix92885 said:

Backpain is killing me today, I feel like the chiropractor helps for a day or two and then it sneaks right back in. I feel like I need to start wearing a band/belt/taping my belly to make it stop.
@lin0442 I'm getting those lumps, too! I can't tell if it's head or butt, but I think it's pretty funny. But it is SO hard. Honestly, though, guys, I'm kind of getting freaked out. I don't think baby is kicking as often as he/she used to. I'm glad I have my midwife check up today. I need to tell her and to hear the heartbeat.
@lin0442, that's exactly what this LO has been doing all weekend. Makes me think Braxton Hicks, but then I realize it's too baby-shaped, haha.
@professormama, ugh, I hope your headache gets better soon!
@thatbaintforbetty, I haven't tried that brand, but seltzer is basically the only thing I can stand to drink lately (DH just added water softening stuff to our treatment system and our water tastes gross to me right now).
@ysotte, I'm so sorry about the continued sciatica pain! No great suggestions, just sympathy. Mine is slightly better if I work out - are there any low impact exercises that help it?
@kangstadt It’s one of the difficult things about the GD. I pretty much can only have water. Though canned flavored water gets expensive, so I try to limit the amount I have. This stuff is pretty good imo and it was on sale!
Saturday night DH suggested a movie night and said we should get snacks. By which he meant him get snacks since I can’t have any. I said I was at least going to get something better to drink.

Yesterday I had mild back cramps and now I have them again today. I’m pretty sure it’s because I’m so stressed about my exam this Friday.
My hunger is also out of control. I need to cool it on the junk food. I had like a dozen mozzarella sticks yesterday, a Philly cheesesteak sandwich, 5 salami tacos, queso, a ton of chips and clam dip, and red velvet cake. I tried to convince myself I was balancing it out by eating a bowl of strawberries
+1 for heartburn @phoenix92885, it's gotten increasingly worse over the last couple of weeks (especially at night). +1 for out of control hunger @harveyisaboysname @lin0442@rennie1108 LO also seems to think it's fun to push himself as far out and up into my side and ribs as he can go, which gets uncomfortable very quickly, but also had me convinced it was a lot of BH. I've now distinguished it's a lumpy little baby butt/head.
@ysotte, I might need to borrow your stretching ideas. Woke up today with excruciating glute/low back pain that hurts to walk. It feels muscular, but not sure what I did other than sleep on my side all night.
The warmer weather (80s up from 40s) has made my fingers and feet BALLOON. I hadn't noticed any swelling up till now, but I "lost" both my rings in less than 24 hours despite one being 1/2 a size bigger than the other.
I also can't make myself stop sitting up in the night when I roll over because I'm so groggy. I'm pretty sure I add an inch to my future diastasis recti every day.
@thatbaintforbetty: I don't know how much seltzer water you drink when you're not pregnant, but have you ever thought about getting a SodaStream? We got ours for about $40 (you have to look around a bit to find one cheap) and we LOVE it. I like carbonated water best with lemon and bitters, but you can also get alllll kinds of flavored drops, too. It's like 75% cheaper than the stuff in cans.
@mighty_montgomery I don't have spots on my face, but I've gotten them ALL over my forearms. I know it's a somewhat typical symptom, but it's weird. I look like I have a ton of sun spots now (instead of just the few that I already had).
I'm struggling. My sleep has been terrible which is making me grumpy and emotional all day.
@TheSouffleGirl We actually had one awhile back but got rid of it because my DH didn’t like the taste of any of the concentrated flavors and thought they went flat too fast. We were trying to make his soda habit more cost effective but it was a no go. I liked it but didn’t drink enough at the time to justify the cost and the space it took up. If I had more space I think I’d totally look into getting one again but my kitchen has zero storage and I’ve already had to pass on more essential kitchen items simply because I have no room.

@thatbaintforbetty: Yeah we basically have ours instead of a stand mixer, which I always feel like is the right priority until I try to make anything involving butter. I think some of the stick soda makers are supposed to be okay now, though?
@kangstadt They hurt to do and are kind of awkward because of the belly, but they’re definitely helping me.
The two in the middle I feel like help the most. The last one I don’t really do because It requires laying on your stomach and it’s a lot of work setting up pillows to do it. I also do a few other stretches, but this stuff seems to work the best.
Being due at the end of the months means I can sometimes come to this thread to see what my future may hold. Lol. Like back when you guys were talking about increased cervical mucus I was like, “I don’t have that.” Then two weeks later, boom! Me too. And y’all were talking about insomnia kicking in again and I was like “I’m sleeping ok....” and then yeah. A couple weeks later, me too. I know symptoms vary for everyone but now I’m definitely feeling the urge to go ahead and get back into some light yoga to help with pain.

When I have glute & lower back pain, the middle left helps me sleep too!! Pre-pregnancy I would do the middle stretch on my stomach instead of my back and let the weight of my body stretch the area. That feels sooo relieving; I would highly recommend. :-) That pain is so debilitating, @kangstadt I hope you can get it worked/stretched out ASAP! Great reason to get a massage from your partner or a spa, too. ;-)
@mighty_montgomery, I had a prenatal massage two weeks ago actually! It was super relaxing, although I probably ruined any benefit by going and working ou5 afterwards, haha. I keep trying to get DH to give me massages but he half-asses it while he's sitting in bed on his phone *rolls eyes* (unless I get naked and promise a happy ending, lol).
Re: Symptoms w/o 2/4

But I love feeling him move.
@mrstmoose yes - those wiggles and squirms are what's really keeping me going these days.

Sleeping so poorly. And this last several days DD has decided not to nap so no naps for me. Ugh.
